To cancel a scheduled pickup in the Lyft app, open the app and go to the 'Scheduled rides' section. Select the pickup you wish to cancel and tap on the cancel option. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. If you're within the cancellation window, you won't incur any fees.

If you lost an item during a Lyft ride, you can report it through the Lyft app or website. Go to your ride history, select the ride in which you lost the item, and choose the option for lost items. Follow the prompts to provide details about your lost item, and Lyft will assist you in contacting your driver to arrange for its return.

If your ride never arrived, you can request a refund through the app. Go to your ride history, select the trip in question, and follow the prompts for reporting an issue. If you need another ride, you can also request a new trip from your location.

If you were charged twice for the phone retrieval fee, we suggest checking your trip details in the app. If the charges appear incorrect, there should be an option to report the issue under your payment history or help section. Make sure to provide the necessary details to resolve the duplicate charge.
