While using Lyft, I encountered an alarming situation where my driver seemed to be under the influence of heroin. I wish to maintain anonymity for safety concerns. The driver exhibited signs of nodding off at a red light and I noticed two syringes on the floor along with blood on her leg. Observing a bag in her purse that resembled heroin, I became worried about the trust riders place in Lyft. Though I found a piece of mail with a name and address (Hannah Higgins, [redacted] Gallagher St. Louisville, KY [redacted]), I opted to speak to the driver discreetly about her condition instead of involving the authorities. Reflecting on it now, I feel contacting the police may have been necessary in this situation to ensure safety for all parties involved. My intent is solely to share this information anonymously.

As a Lyft Pink member, I left my phone in a Lyft ride with driver Bruce on Saturday, October 28th at 5:08 pm in Portland, Oregon. I have been trying to retrieve my phone for over 67 hours now. Losing my phone has made it challenging to access important accounts due to two-factor authentication. Despite reaching out through various channels like Instagram and email, my case has not been escalated to a supervisor. The current customer service agent's response times do not align with my and the driver's timezone, causing delays. The driver has admitted to having my phone, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I took a Lyft ride today on November 2, [redacted] for a 3-way trip involving a drop off and a pickup. The driver picked up my husband and dropped him off at Cooper Elementary, but then left abruptly without waiting the full 5 minutes allotted. Instead of picking up my husband at the same location as the drop off, the driver returned to my house without anyone in the car and argued with me about the route. I was wrongly charged for an incomplete ride where he did not fulfill the entire trip as planned. This forced me to order a second Lyft ride for my husband and children from Cooper Elementary, which should be visible in my ride history. I was billed $8.99 for a ride I never received. The reservation did not have the correct pickup or drop-off address that I provided. After waiting almost an hour, the ride did not show up, so I had to take a Yellow Cab, costing me an extra $21.00 on top of the $8.99 you charged. I simply want a refund as this is unfair. I cannot afford to lose money like this. If I don't receive a refund, I will inform others not to use your services due to what happened to me.

Upon my arrival in Houston, TX on Friday, November 3rd, I ordered a Lyft around 7 pm to get to a restaurant for a meeting. The estimated pickup time was 10 to 15 minutes. After a delay, the initial driver canceled, and a new one arrived at 7:20 or 7:25. Strangely, the app had the wrong destination, resulting in a cost discrepancy. I am facing charges from a Lyft driver due to a spill on his seat, but I am physically unable to have caused it. This morning, I attempted to arrange transportation to work. Unfortunately, I experienced a hacking incident online three weeks ago, compromising my phone, texts, and other data. When trying to use your app, it indicated that I was blocked, although I have never utilized it previously. This situation has impacted all my emails, with intermittent success only in texting. On November 17th, I arranged a ride from the Four Queens Hotel in Las Vegas around 7 a.m. Unfortunately, despite receiving a text saying the driver had arrived, no one showed up. Disappointed by this no-show and the subsequent $10 fee, I felt compelled to find an alternative ride to the airport. If this is the standard policy, I am considering avoiding Lyft in the future and kindly request to be removed from your contact list.

I canceled the trip with considerable notice the night before. I received confirmations, so why wasn't the driver informed? I was charged $[redacted], and I demand a refund.
