My ride never showed up to my residence to pick me up . I need my refund back or a ride to come get me at my residence?

If your ride never arrived, you can request a refund through the app. Go to your ride history, select the trip in question, and follow the prompts for reporting an issue. If you need another ride, you can also request a new trip from your location.

I left my phone in my drivers car. I was charged a $20 fee for him to bring it back to me. But I was charged twice.
