If your cell phone was factory reset, your Straight Talk account is not lost. You can recover it by signing back into your account using your existing login credentials.

To unlock your Straight Talk phone, it must be active on Straight Talk for at least 12 months. You’ll also need to ensure it has not been reported as stolen, lost, or associated with fraudulent activity. If your device meets these criteria, you can request an unlock by contacting Straight Talk customer support.

To change your email on Straight Talk, you need to login to your account on the Straight Talk website. Go to the "My Account" section and select "Update Personal Profile." You will find an option there to change or edit your email address. Enter your new Gmail address in the specified field and make sure to save the changes. After you make this change, all future communications from Straight Talk will be sent to your new Gmail address. Please note that Straight Talk may require you to verify the new email address, so check your Gmail inbox for a verification email from them.
