How Do I Reset My Straight Talk Account Password?
This article describes what you should do if you have lost access to your Straight Talk account. If You Forgot Your Password
- Go to Straight Talk's home page.
- There will be a dialogue box to log in underneath the My Account link in the navigation bar. Click on the Forgot Password link underneath the password text field in this box. You will be taken to the password recovery page.
- Enter the email that is linked to your account in the Email text field.
- Complete the CAPTCHA.
- Click on the Submit button. You will be sent a password recovery email.
- Click on the link in the email. Follow any additional instructions you are given.
If Your Forgot Your Username or Your Email
If you have forgotten the username you use with your Straight Talk account, or if you forgot your password and the email you have linked with your account, then follow these instructions:
- Go to Straight Talk's home page.
- Click on the Forgot Username link underneath the Username text field in the login box under the My Account link. You will be taken to the username / email recovery page.
- Enter your phone number or your phone's serial number in the text box provided.
- Complete the CAPTCHA.
- Click on the Continue button. Straight Talk's system will check that you have an account with them.
- You will be sent the email address that is linked with your account.
- Go to Straight Talk's home page.
- Use the email you were given to log in to your account by entering it into the Username field.
