Hello, my name is Marvin Cox. I purchased a Straight Talk phone on October 5, [redacted], at my local Walmart in Sweetwater, Texas [redacted]. My best friend, Mike Woodward, performed the activation using his phone ([redacted]), specifying it was for me and not to be added to his personal account. The representative gave me the number [redacted]. However, when I checked the Straight Talk App on my phone and PC, it shows an existing account without any connected devices. I can log in with my email but not with my phone number. I am receiving emails from Straight Talk on both devices. I have shared my purchase receipts and paperwork with my friend, who has not received any messages. I plan to buy a Straight Talk Home Internet Gateway but want to resolve this issue first. I'm currently transferring my service and number from Verizon to StraightTalk. The process began yesterday, but at some point, my number was changed from [redacted] (correct) to [redacted] (incorrect) on my account page with StraightTalk. I'm concerned this may cause issues with the transfer. My Verizon bill is due on Friday, 10-27, so I'd like to finalize the transfer before then.

I've had this Straight Talk phone for 4 years. It was off for 2 years. When I tried to turn it back on, the system said the SIM card was outdated, so I bought a new one. However, when I tried to activate it, I had no luck. I called customer service but kept getting hung up on. They now want to verify my account for this prepaid phone. I provided them with numbers I called 3 years ago but they could not verify the account. It's frustrating as they asked for my PIN code. Isn't a PIN code verification enough? I've spent money on this issue unnecessarily and still have no working phone.

I recently discovered that my account, which I have had for over ten years, was taken over by another person as an administrator, resulting in the loss of all my points. I believe proper communication should have taken place before such a drastic action was allowed. Additionally, my phone has been deactivated, adding to my frustration. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with your services, and I am extremely disappointed. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and effectively. My TCL phone's screen stopped working. It has a built-in SIM card, and I need to transfer my phone number to my previous phone. However, I can't access my account because I can't recall the email and password. My sister set it up for me. Is there a solution to either recover my account details to proceed with the phone transfer or a method to transfer the number to my old phone while retaining it?

I accidentally left my phone in a public place and someone picked it up. They changed the phone number, and now I can't access my Straight Talk account to add my new phone. Every time I call customer service, they hang up on me. The phone is linked to my Gmail account under James Gesson. My email is [redacted]

My daughter attempted to transfer her phone number to a new phone, but the transfer failed, and we received an error message stating that the old Sim card does not support transferring to an eSIM. We contacted Straight Talk Wireless multiple times for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to help us. In fact, on several occasions, they disconnected the call without resolving the issue. My daughter is currently without a phone, and we are unsure of our next steps.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my phone. It was stolen but I managed to recover it. However, I am unable to access it now. After speaking with one of your representatives, I was informed that they would be sending me a new phone. They mentioned that a bag would be sent first for me to return my current phone, followed by the new device through the mail. I contacted an agent online to assist with my account. The agent mentioned needing to assign a new number to my phone but assured me that I could use my current SIM card temporarily. She also mentioned providing a ticket for a one-time courtesy use. She stated that my $45 silver plan activation was successful, but I haven't received the $45 card yet. Can you confirm the status of the card?
