Cancel Comcast Payment Arrangement Online

  1. Go to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, select ‘Sign In.'
  3. Sign in to your account with your username, email address, or mobile number and password.
  4. Click on ‘My Account' and ‘Billing.'
  5. Select ‘Bill Summary' and then ‘Scheduled Payments.'
  6. Select the pencil icon next to the payment scheduled date and click on ‘Cancel Payment.'
  7. Follow the prompted instructions to cancel your scheduled payment. You'll receive an email confirming the changes. Note that it may take several business days for this change to be reflected in your account.


Set Up Comcast Payment Arrangement Online

  1. Go to https://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, select ‘Sign In.'
  3. Sign in to your account with your username, email address, or mobile number and password.
  4. Click on ‘My Account' and ‘Set up Auto Pay' under the Pay Early button.
  5. Select your method of payment and fill in your billing information. Accept the terms of service and click ‘Continue.'
  6. Review the information you provided and select ‘Confirm.' Note that it may take up to 45 days for the autopay to be set up in your account so keep an eye out on your bills.
  7. You'll receive an email confirming that you've signed up for autopay.
