Money deducted but ticket not booking

We apologize for any inconvenience. Sometimes, due to connectivity issues or high server demand, your ticket may not get booked but the amount might get deducted. Do not worry, the deducted amount is always safe. If the booking was not successful, the amount will be reverted back to your account within 7-10 business days. However, if after 10 business days, the amount has not been credited back, do keep your transaction details handy and get in touch with our customer service for assistance. Please note that response times may vary due to high demand.

Railways cancelled my train, when or how will I get my refund?

If your train has been cancelled by the railways, you don't need to worry about the refund. It will be processed automatically by MakeMyTrip. Once the refund is initiated, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original mode of payment. The entire booking amount will be refunded without you having to cancel the ticket from your end. However, please note that refund timelines can vary depending on the bank or payment method.
