I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience trying to contact customer service at LIGHT IN THE BOX. Years ago, working as a tour manager in Hong Kong, deals were closed with a simple handshake and the work was always completed reliably. However, I have encountered multiple issues with this company, including unanswered phone calls, returned emails, and a complete lack of reimbursement. I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding in September. Unfortunately, the dress is too tight around my arms, even though it fits well everywhere else. The company is asking me to provide measurements and photos to process a refund, which they never requested when I placed the order. I am disappointed with their customer service, especially since there is no phone number to reach them. They claim the clothing is made to order based on the measurements I provided, but the sleeves have no stretch at all, making it extremely frustrating.

I am having an issue with Light in the Box regarding an order I placed. They are currently disputing my request for a full refund. I ordered a standard size 26 outfit in a specific color offered, without any customizations or special measurements. Despite this, Light in the Box informed me that my order is considered custom because they did not have that size and color in stock. I was not made aware of this when I placed my order. I believe that a standard size order in a selected color should not be classified as custom. Light in the Box is only offering me a 40% refund, but I am adamant about receiving a full refund.

The replacement flashlight also does not work properly - the on/off button stays red, it doesn't charge, and the light does not stay on when unplugged.
