Hello, I am struggling with the return process for my order [redacted][redacted] due to late delivery and poor quality and fit of the items. Despite sending 7 messages to customer service, I am only receiving the same return instructions that I find difficult to follow online. I canceled one item successfully for a refund, but I need assistance returning the other items including a semi-formal dress, a party dress, a whiteness item, and a swing dress totaling £[redacted]. I tried to do the right thing but was only offered a 40% refund, which is not satisfactory. I am extremely frustrated and considering filing a formal complaint. Hello, I placed order number [redacted]5 on 02/07/23. At the payment stage, it stated that the order would arrive within 6 working days. However, I have not received any information about the dispatch or the expected delivery date. This lack of communication is disappointing as I relied on the specified delivery time. Hello, my name is Jeffrey. I recently ordered a men's button-up shirt in white, size XL for $30.81 on July 4th at 7 am. I was expecting an email confirmation or shipping notification but upon checking lightinthebox.com, I found no record of my order. I've noticed that the women's cardigans listed don't specify what material they are made of. It would be helpful if this information could be included. For other products like shirts and trousers, details such as color, size, and material are provided, but for the cardigans, the material type, like cotton or polyester, is missing. Having this information would make it easier to decide whether to purchase a cardigan or not.

I am looking to order a case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 and want to ensure it has the appropriate side, bottom openings (on-off, volume, charger slots), and back slots (3 vertical, large round holes on back left side and 1 much smaller hole next to the top large hole) for camera shots. The photos on your site lack the detail I need for this specific phone. I recommend having a single conversation for clarity instead of multiple emails that may not provide accurate information. I need help with returning an unsuitable suit. My son had a motorcycle accident right before prom, leaving me busy at the hospital tending to his broken leg, collarbone, ribs, and toes. I no longer need the suit and want a refund, not an exchange. However, I can't see my order when I log in, causing me worry. I purchased 3 tops from LightintheBox, but unfortunately, none of them flatter me. The return process requires measuring the tops, which seems unnecessary because I'm not returning them due to size issues but rather because they don't look good on me like they did on the website. The measuring request is confusing. I'm unsure if they expect me to measure the tops or provide my own measurements. This part of the return process is frustrating and unclear.

Good morning, I placed an order with the number [redacted] for two men's shirts on March 25, [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for April 7, but was incorrectly marked as an address issue and returned to the sender on April 21. I contacted the local GLS with tracking number [redacted] and they confirmed the return was due to the address problem. I have been in touch with LightInTheBox's online customer service, and they mentioned they will resend the package once they have it back, but it may take five weeks. Considering it was sent back on April 21, today being July 15, [redacted], the five weeks have already passed. I would like to receive the package soon or a full refund of the total amount of €51.42. I look forward to your response.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe vor einiger Zeit eine Bestellung aufgegeben und superschnell erhalten. Jetzt möchte ich wieder sehr viel bestellen (mein Konto ist super gedeckt). Ich logge mich bei Paypal ein. Dann werde ich wieder auf die Seite von Ligthn Box weitergeleitet und muss meine Adresse ändern. Aber was soll ich ändern? Erstens geht nichts zu ändern und ich habe bei Euch ja schon bestellt und alles erhalten. Die Bezahlung mit Paypal hat auch funktioniert. I would like to return a dress I bought from Light in the Box. The dress is described as white, but it is actually off-white. They are asking for a barcode from the product packaging, but there is none. They have also requested a photo of the dress, and I can email it to them. However, I am not very tech-savvy. The following are the key events: 1. I placed an urgent online order for a kitchen faucet on June 19, [redacted], unaware of the duty fees associated with the delivery. Eventually, I had to purchase a replacement faucet locally due to the delayed shipment. 2. After returning from vacation, I learned that Light In The Box indicated my order was held by DHL. 3. Despite no attempts made by DHL to collect the duty fees from me, the item was sent back to Light In The Box. 4. Numerous attempts to contact Light In The Box were unsuccessful, as my emails remain unanswered. 5. I have yet to receive two dress shirts. The delivery service continually leaves packages in the open mailroom. If I did this during deliveries, I would be fired. They appear too lazy to bring the package to my apartment door. This has been happening since June [redacted]. Light In The Box offers great items, but I cannot monitor the building's mailroom all the time. I have lost around $[redacted] due to this issue. Consequently, I have decided not to order from them again. If you reside in an apartment building, you may want to consider the same approach!

I am very frustrated that your company does not ship to APO addresses. Many businesses successfully ship to APO addresses, so I fail to understand the rationale behind this restriction. Please provide a detailed explanation of why you do not ship to APO addresses. Just citing company policy is not satisfactory. I hope for a sensible justification for this decision.

I recently purchased three mother of the bride outfits from Light in the Box, My World Store, but unfortunately, none of them fit me. I am currently attempting to initiate a return and receive a refund for these items. However, I have encountered an issue as I was informed that these outfits are not eligible for return. Despite being brand new and unworn, the company states that made-to-order items are non-refundable. The only customization I selected was the size, and at no point was it made clear that these items were classified as made-to-order.

I would like to initiate a return for my recent purchase. The dress I received did not have any attached tags, invoice, or written instructions for returning. I purchased a formal pants outfit for $[redacted] on July 24, [redacted]. The payment was debited from my bank account on the same day. Strangely, I did not receive any email regarding the order. Upon receiving the outfit, I found it stuffed in a plastic bag emitting a horrible smell. The size was labeled as 16 instead of the 12 that I ordered. The outfit appeared to be tailored for an extremely tall and slim woman, not close to my size. There were no receipts or packing slips included, and my saved order information mysteriously disappeared from my favorites. I am disappointed by the lack of contact information available to resolve this issue. I possess evidence of the purchase from my bank statement, which I can provide upon request. I plan to return the outfit and may file a consumer complaint if this matter is not rectified promptly.

I received the hoodie I ordered for my son's birthday today, but unfortunately, the writing is incorrect. It should say "What A Wonderful Nightmare," but it says "Whit A Wonderful Nightmare." The return process will incur additional costs, which I find unreasonable considering the original shipping fee was $43.40. If I have to cover return shipping and an additional fee for the replacement, it will total $65.00. The return of the products was completed on July 6, [redacted]. As per the return verification, I was informed to wait. It has been over four weeks, and I have not received the refund. Upon investigating the package via the tracking number, it appears to be in customs in China. A MISSING INVOICE IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE RETURN PROCESS. The package was sent according to your instructions at all times, and I kindly request that you proceed definitively to resolve the refund for the order since I do not have an invoice, and you did not mention sending any invoice. I hope you can resolve this matter with the documentation you have on hand.
