I bought $[redacted].00 worth of items from Light in the Box. Unfortunately, all the items I received are either worthless, ill-fitting, or three sizes too small. Out of the 16 items I ordered, I need to return two dresses, two shirts, a pair of tights, and only one out of four pairs of shoes fit properly. I have attempted to reach out to L.I.T. Box without success. Moreover, I struggled with the lengthy return form and was unable to submit it. I am seeking assistance to secure a refund for the clothes and shoes. Thank you for your support.

I recently received the oil painting canvas I ordered from you, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality. The painting arrived with a tear, and the overall quality seems subpar as it appears more like a print with messy painting on top. The black outline of the body is extremely messy compared to what was shown online, where I liked the subtle outline. I have photos to show the issues. The orange paint on the sides where the canvas wraps should blend but instead stands out, creating a jarring effect. I would like to return the painting and receive a refund. Good day, I purchased 3 items from Ligh in the box limited website, but I got the wrong size. I would like to return them and exchange them for the correct size. I am unable to process the return from my account as I used my partner’s phone to make the purchase without logging in. I have a copy of the payment made via PayPal, including the transaction code and the merchant's order number. I recently realized that my house number was missing from my address, causing my package to be returned to the sender, LightInTheBox. Despite your website showing that I received the item, it hasn't reached me. I received a dress in size 16, which is too small, and it seems like 1 to 2 sizes off at the upper body. The zipper won't go past my waist. I have photos on my phone showing the fit issue. I am 76 years old and not very good with technology. Although I allowed Light in the Box access to my pictures, I am struggling to email them. I want a refund as this was my first order with them. The tags are still on the dress, and all barcodes are intact. Can someone assist me with this return?

I would like a full refund for the dress I purchased as the size does not match the 16 US size as advertised. Unfortunately, I am having trouble emailing the pictures of the mis-sized dress as requested. I have all the images on my phone but am unable to send them via email. Could someone from *LITB provide me with a return address? The tags are still intact on both the packaging and the dress. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and have informed my credit card company about this problem. I lack the technical ability to transfer the pictures.

About a month ago, I ordered 4 hair wigs. So far, I only received one, and the remaining three haven't arrived yet. I've tried tracking the items, but no luck. Dear Customer Service Team, Last July, I ordered two dresses through your website, thinking it was an Amazon affiliate due to a redirect. I purchased a men's suit vest a month ago (Order #[redacted]7) in XL, but it was too small. So, I reordered in XXL (Order No. [redacted]3), yet the XXL was smaller than the XL.
