On 10/17/21, there were unauthorized withdrawals totaling $94.42 from my bank account by Google. These charges were not authorized by me. After my bank's investigation, it was determined that the entity making the charges had obtained authorization somehow. Since I have no knowledge of these charges, the authorization must have been granted through Google. I request a refund as I did not give approval for these transactions. I have not made any purchases recently and need this matter resolved promptly. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you, Patti Pruitt.

From 10/17/21 to 10/19/21, my bank account was debited $94.42 for various Google charges. Unable to reach Google on 10/20/21, I contacted my bank, who investigated and discovered that these charges were authorized by Google to multiple sources. I did not authorize these payments as they were made to unfamiliar companies. As a 72-year-old living on social security, this money was meant for my medication. I kindly request a refund. I prefer not to cancel my movie channels and other services tied to these charges. Thank you, Patti Pruitt [redacted] [redacted].

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a doctor managing a small nursing home in New Delhi, India. I recently discovered Google My Business, an app for enhancing your online presence. After creating my business profile on the app, I was impressed with the platform (I have attached a screenshot of my profile). While exploring the business profile manager, I found an option to add an ad to my business (attached screenshot). The payment structure seemed reasonable, so I deposited Rs. [redacted] via my debit card to start an ad campaign. However, despite two months passing, my ad hasn't been successful. I contacted Google My Business support multiple times via email, but their advice did not resolve the issue. I followed all their suggestions, including verifying my profile, adjusting my budget, and creating a Google Ads account separately. I even added an additional Rs. [redacted], hoping for results. Yet, I have paid a total of Rs. [redacted] with no ad views or deductions. After reaching out to Google My Business, they redirected me to Google Ads, claiming it was an ad-related matter. When I contacted Google Ads helpline and spoke with Ms. Garima, she asked for a customer number which I couldn't locate. Despite explaining that I funded my ad through Google My Business, she advised me to contact Google My Business again. I am now at a loss and seeking assistance, but struggling to receive support from such a reputable company. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Dr. Suresh Gupta Geetanjali Medical Centre Contact: [redacted], [redacted]

Hello, I forgot my password for my Gmail account. When I click on the "forgot my password" option, I am prompted to enter the last password I remember as the only way to recover my account. Trying another method results in Google not verifying my account ownership, preventing me from answering security questions. What should I do? Is there an alternative method to answer additional questions and regain access to my account?

I have been receiving notifications from Google that my email account would be closed in about 20 days due to password issues and age restrictions. At 65 years old, I was frustrated by the loop of trying to reset my password and being told I needed parental consent. Despite attempts to restore my old email account at a local Boost Mobile store, the issue persists. Now, I have lost valuable photos, contacts, and a long-standing email address. I have created a new account, but I urgently require assistance in restoring my old email and recovering all my photos.

The hacker claims to know me, states he is gay, and is requesting inappropriate things regarding my Gmail account. Could someone assist me in regaining control of my school-related Gmail account?

I am having trouble resetting my password, which hasn't been changed recently. I am unable to access any Google services like Chrome, Drive, or Search. Every time I try, I receive an error saying there have been too many login attempts. Even though I can provide the 6-digit verification codes, I am unable to set a new password. These unsuccessful attempts seem to be causing further issues. Despite interacting with kind representatives, I feel they may not have the necessary expertise to resolve my issue. This problem has persisted for over a week, and I am both frustrated and confused by the verification process. The lack of direct customer service support is making it even more challenging.

I own an Acer Chromebook. I accessed letter writing documents through the Play Store and downloaded the document app successfully. I was able to type several letters. After resolving printer issues, I found I couldn't edit the information in the letters. Consequently, I deleted all the documents. However, I'm now unable to install a new document as the app is unresponsive. It fails to open the letter application with the heading at the top, preventing me from creating new letters. How can I resolve this issue?

I have an iPhone 8, as does my wife, and we have an HP desktop computer at home. Up until a few weeks ago, our email address, [redacted], worked fine on the desktop and both iPhones. I attempted chat support but found it unhelpful. I also tried to replicate the settings on my wife's phone with no success. I have subscribed to the 100GB Google One service. A charge of $2.12 was deducted from my account on 12/4 by Google Storage. Despite this, I am currently exceeding my 15GB limit. When will the 100GB limit take effect? I prefer to pay for the service annually rather than monthly. Could you please guide me on how to set this up?

My phone replacement arrived, and I hurried to transfer my SIM card after backing up my data. When I tried to log in, I realized I couldn't remember my password well. I changed it but faced issues with Google recognizing my device. I switched the SIM card back, but the process felt frustrating with the tiny card. I prefer using facial recognition but find it limiting. Having the option to use a unique painting corner for authentication would be more appealing. If needed, you can reach me through my roommate's email at [redacted] Please avoid permanently linking the accounts as my roommate plans to move soon.

Hi, today I accidentally installed a random file on my PC, which turned out to be a virus. I had to factory reset my PC and changed my Gmail password. Now, when I try to log in, it asks for an 8-digit verification code. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the code since I also factory reset my phone. I really need help as this account is essential to me; I use it for school, work, and many other things. My account is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance, have a nice day.
