To get a refund for an unused app from the Google Play Store, follow these steps: 1. Open the Google Play Store app. 2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner. 3. Select "Payments & subscriptions," then "Budget & history." 4. Find the app you wish to request a refund for and tap on it. 5. Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts. Refund requests must typically be made within 48 hours of purchase. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund request.

To recover your account, visit the Google Account Recovery page. You'll need to enter the email address associated with your account. Follow the prompts to verify your identity and reset your password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, make sure you have access to your verification method.

If you're having trouble logging into your Google account on a new phone, ensure that you have the correct email and password.
