To check the status of a claim for a damaged bag filed with Spirit Air, you can call their Baggage Service Office at the airport where you reported the issue. Their Customer Service can also assist, being reachable at 1-855-728-3555. Unfortunately, online status checks for luggage claims are currently not available. Please remember to have your report number ready when you call as it will help the staff assist you more efficiently.

If Spirit Air changes your flight by more than 2 hours or the change causes a significant inconvenience, you have the option to request for a refund. Under such circumstances, Spirit Air would refund the full purchase price to your original form of payment. Please remember, though, that if you voluntarily change your own flight, the standard change fees and fare differences would apply. Spirit is committed to providing customers with as much notice as possible to adjust their travel plans accordingly.

Spirit Air's refund policy varies depending on the circumstances of your cancellation. If you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking and the booking is made 7 days or more prior to the travel date, Spirit Air will provide a full refund. For any other cancellations, the refundability of your fare depends on what type of ticket you purchased, as some fares are not refundable. If your fare is refundable, there may be a cancellation fee. If your flight was cancelled by Spirit Air, you are eligible for a refund or travel credit.

In the event your flight changes, Spirit Air provides customers the opportunity to cancel or change their flights without any penalties. In such cases, you can request a reservation credit to be used for future travel. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the cancellation date. However, if Spirit Air cancels your flight, you can request a full refund. It's always essential to maintain clear communication with the airline regarding these matters to ensure the right solutions for your specific situation.

When you cancel your Spirit Air flight, if you purchased a refundable ticket, you will get a refund. If not, the money you spent on the non-refundable ticket goes into your Spirit account as "Reservation Credit" which can be used to book future travel. However, you must cancel more than 24 hours prior to your flight to receive this credit. It's essential to remember that Reservation Credits expire one year from the original booking date.
