If you have a Verizon Wireless account and want to switch to paperless billing, follow the instructions outlined below.


Change to Paperless Online

  1. Go to https://www.verizon.com/my-verizon/
  2. Sign in to your account with your User ID or Verizon Mobile number, and password.
  3. On the red navigation bar at the top, select ‘My Verizon.'
  4. Hover over ‘My Bill' and select ‘Paperless Billing.'
  5. You will be redirected to the Paperless Billing Overview page. Look through all the reminders and then press ‘Continue.'
  6. You will now be enrolled in paperless billing and should receive a confirmation email about the change to your account. You will also receive an email or text alert every month when your bill is ready.


Contact Verizon Wireless Customer Support

If you're having difficulties completing the process online, you can call into Verizon's customer support team. You will have to provide some personal and account details to verify that you're the account owner. Make sure to specify that you've already tried online, otherwise you may just be redirected to making the change online yourself.

The customer service representative will either walk you through troubleshooting steps or sign you up for paperless billing virtually. You should receive a confirmation email that you are now signed up for paperless billing.
