If your product is defective, we recommend returning it for a refund or exchange. Be sure to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Returning items by mail may involve return shipping fees, but you can return purchases for free at any Tillys store location. Please note, all returns or exchanges should be completed within 60 days of original purchase. Even after that time, Tillys may still help resolve the issue at their discretion.
