Returns can be initiated by visiting one of our store locations or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that certain items, such as swimwear and underwear, are final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. For online returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
