My recent Groupon purchase is not showing in my app, only via email. I decided I want to get a refund and cancel my order but cannot do it as you can only do it through the App. HELP!

I purchased a Sam’s club membership on Groupon and trying to redeem it. Their is when I try to redeem it it want me to put my card information and charging me again.
