Hello, I recently contacted one of your staff members regarding a voucher I bought for a family of two adults and a child. Unfortunately, the harvester mentioned they couldn't read the code. Subsequently, I received two additional vouchers, which appear to be duplicates of the ones I purchased earlier. These vouchers are for two people for a three-course meal and dessert, but they have the same code numbers as the unused vouchers. The missing voucher was supposed to be for two meals and a child. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I bought 5 tickets for the Hotwheels Monster Truck Glow Party at Fort Bend County Epicenter on Monday, 11/6/23, using the email [redacted] After purchasing, the confirmation screen indicated the order was complete and mentioned an email would follow. However, I have not yet received an email, it's not in my spam folder either. When I try to log in with the same email, it says I have no account. The tickets were supposed to be available within 2 hours, but when I checked my Groupon account, it only shows "Order processing - refresh again in one moment." I followed the link for the order, and it still shows "Order Processing." My account has been charged $[redacted], yet the tickets are nowhere to be found. I'm unable to access them as my account appears to be missing as well. Please help resolve this issue. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for the belfry fire and ice experience for two individuals. As the expiration date approached, I reached out via email to inquire about a refund so that I could repurchase the same item. I am open to receiving Groupon credits instead of a cash refund. Initially, I was informed that I was not eligible for a refund. Despite this, I have had positive experiences with Groupon customer service in the past and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a representative or utilize the live chat feature, both of which seem to be currently unavailable. Several issues have arisen that prevented me from using the Groupon, and I believe extending the expiration date would have been a helpful solution.

We recently purchased two voucher codes for the "Mode, Heim, Handwerk" exhibition in Essen, Germany, scheduled for November 9-12, [redacted]. When attempting to redeem the vouchers on the Messe Essen ticket system, we encountered an error stating that the voucher code 'XXX' is not recognized in the system. I recently ordered 2 'Mini Flying Balls'. One of them arrived on its own on November 9th, but the other one did not. The courier marked it as "delivered," and now I am missing the blue ball with the tracking number #[redacted]10. I reached out to the courier who provided 2 tracking numbers but delivered only one parcel. I am unsure why they were shipped separately when it was one order. They've already cancelled my card and suggested I contact Groupon directly. Due to security concerns, I prefer not to provide any credit card details in writing. I bought a service from Demi & Darlene Spa (Item #: [redacted]) on October 2, [redacted]. I reached out to the business to schedule an appointment but had to cancel due to an illness. I have reached out several times to Groupon regarding a voucher I purchased for a gel manicure and pedicure appointment on 24/10/23. The experience was disappointing as the technician took over 5 hours and did not complete the services properly. Despite promises of a refund, I have not received any reimbursement. The appointment was unprofessional with delays, incomplete treatment, and additional charges proposed for basic services. After multiple attempts to resolve this with Groupon, they offered varying refund amounts from £7 to the full payment but I have yet to see any money returned to me.

After entering the voucher number and selecting "redeem," I was prompted to input credit card details for a 99-cent processing fee on Groupon's platform. Unfortunately, the payment did not process successfully, and subsequent attempts to restart the process were unsuccessful. Upon re-entering the voucher number, an error message stated that the voucher had already been redeemed, although the transaction was not finalized. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue either by providing a new voucher number or issuing a refund. Numerous attempts through chat and email with Groupon have not yielded a solution, and I am disheartened by the time spent addressing this minor $10 purchase discrepancy.

I received my package, and unfortunately, there seems to have been a leak as there was a strong smell of diesel fuel coming from the box. Upon opening it, I discovered the ice machine was covered in the fuel, leaving an oily residue. Despite my attempts to clean it with Dawn and hot water, the machine remains oily. Further inspection revealed the fuel had leaked inside the machine, making it unsafe to use. I have researched and found this poses a health risk if used. Attached is a picture of the box to show the leakage. I am requesting an exchange or refund for the Five Colors Portable Compact Electric Ice Maker Machine Mini Cube 26lb/Day. I am feeling upset and anxious due to my recent experience with Groupon. I discovered $50 Groupon bucks in my account, which I learned was from a gift card after contacting customer service. When I attempted to order 40 units of Botox using the Groupon bucks, I struggled to apply them during the purchase process.
