My eBay account has been suspended due to inactivity, and I've been trying to reach out to customer support since mid-January. Despite multiple attempts to call, I keep getting automated responses. The email-based support hasn't been helpful either, as they suggest only calling can resolve my issue. It's frustrating that after 2.5 months, there's been no progress. I'm requesting a call from someone who can assist me or to delete my account. My contact number is [redacted].

Order number 24-04[redacted]0 was received by a customer, but unfortunately, they stated that they received the wrong color of the product. They asked for a 30% refund, which prompted the seller to apologize and explain that the mistake was due to the Covid-19 situation causing issues in the shipping warehouse. Initially offering a 25% refund, the customer increased their demand to 40% and then to 50% when filing a complaint. The seller is feeling pressured and does not appreciate the escalating demands, considering it to be unfair behavior bordering on blackmail. The seller is willing to provide the agreed upon partial refund but is unhappy about the customer's approach. The customer has already reported the situation and is seeking assistance from the forum to address the issue with the customer's behavior.

Hello, I recently started selling on eBay and received a notification that my account was suspended. Despite this, all the packages I sent out were successfully received. Due to concerns about COVID-19, I paused my listings briefly until I discovered that the post office could collect packages from my home. I’m uncertain if I unknowingly violated any listing rules, as I also have a separate buying account on eBay that has always been in good standing. I’m eager to continue selling on the platform, especially since I had followers and active bids on my items. Hello, I am from France, and my eBay account has been suspended. Whenever I contact customer service, I receive responses from different representatives with varying reasons such as "security" without specific details or mentioning a second account suspension that I am not aware of. As a result, I woke up one day unable to send a checkout for my recent sales, yet eBay continues to charge me fees for unpaid items. I attempted to find a contact number, but the one I discovered, [redacted] 16 16 00, is not operational despite trying various dialing codes. My operator informed me that the number does not exist. Hello, I hope all is well. 1) I am unable to pay for the invoice dated April 5, [redacted], with order number [redacted]80-[redacted]27. 2) I have been trying for over 24 hours. 3) I contacted my bank, and there are no issues with my card. 4) The card information I provided is correct. 5) My card has a zero balance except for around $15 in pending charges from ALIBABA after this problem started. 6) I cannot add cards to my account. 7) The pay button on the cart is grayed out. 8) I have followed all the suggestions provided by previous eBay representatives, even though they seemed illogical and basic. 9) Could you please escalate this to someone who has the necessary knowledge and permissions to resolve my account issue so I can make the payment? 10) Kindly inform the seller that my account is experiencing difficulties with payment. This is an urgent message. I'm unable to contact eBay by phone due to the COVID-19 virus. Yesterday, during a remote connect session with Dell, the technician updated my Microsoft Edge browser, causing me to be locked out of my eBay account. I can't reset my password because I'm not receiving the required email. I've worked hard for years to build my eBay seller account, maintaining a [redacted]% feedback rating and being a top-rated seller with a store of over [redacted] items and ongoing auctions. I don't want to lose everything and start a new account. Can someone help me? Cindy H.-mybaysidecollectibles I also want to mention that for years I haven't received direct emails from eBay, except for those related to buyer messages, purchases, shipping labels, and surveys, despite contacting eBay about this issue without resolution. I purchased a set of golf clubs on eBay and used PayPal for the payment. The seller then claimed to have canceled the order. When I requested a refund, they assured me they processed it, but no refund was received. I suspect it was a scam. I have already reported the issue to PayPal. Unfortunately, eBay's resolution process seems inadequate to address this. I am finding it challenging to explain the situation to them and request their intervention for a resolution. The experience has made me wary of future eBay purchases. I had a previous issue with a buyer on eBay, and I find their reporting system to be subpar. Thank you.

I made a purchase on eBay, but the seller used a fake tracking number that shows the item as delivered when it was not. Many buyers, including myself, have been scammed by this same seller. I tried to open a dispute for item not received, but the system blocked it due to the fake tracking information. Now, eBay is asking me to return an item that was never sent to get a refund. I have no way to contact the dispute center to explain the situation and no one is reading my dispute comments. The seller is taking advantage of buyers, and eBay's system is not helping. Can you provide any assistance with this issue?

I came across a Golf Cart listing on Facebook, and the seller mentioned using eBay for the transaction and delivery. She said eBay had already contacted me, providing a customer information number: 1-[redacted]. I want to verify if this is a legitimate eBay customer service number before making any payments. Upon entering my debit card details, I received a message indicating payment processing failure and suggesting that I check my payment information and billing address. Initially, I believed the problem was isolated to one seller, but it persisted with a different seller as well. I have been regularly purchasing items using my card on various platforms without any issues until recently when I faced difficulties trying to confirm my orders. After expressing my interest in the vehicle, I was contacted by Megan Jones, who claimed to have an eBay account to facilitate the transaction. Subsequently, I received an email from eBay instructing me to purchase 5 eBay cards with $[redacted].00 on each and provide the card numbers over the phone. Following this, I was asked to send an additional $[redacted].00 due to an alleged insurance problem regarding the shipment. When I tried to contact the number given, it was disconnected. I still possess the cards and can provide the email correspondence if needed. Losing $1,[redacted].00, especially in these challenging times, is significant to me. Hello Evelyn Baumel, I purchased 50 face masks with visors at $2 each along with a shipping cost of $10. However, the seller, jara2592, informed me via email that I need to pay an additional $30 for shipping. The seller's eBay store did not specify this kind of shipping cost, and I noticed that the seller increased the price per mask by $2.50 and added $15 for shipping after I had already checked out. It seems the seller, being new to eBay, may not have a good grasp of pricing and is making changes as they see fit. I am hesitant to pay the extra $30 for shipping and considering canceling my order. I recently received threatening texts from someone claiming to be from eBay. They instructed me to purchase a $[redacted] eBay gift card, scratch off the back to reveal the code, and send them a photo of it along with the postal tracking receipt. Later, I was told that the customer had been charged twice and that I needed to purchase another $[redacted] eBay gift card within 24 hours. They threatened legal action if I didn't comply. I suspect the customer was involved in this scam as well. Despite the person texting me having the eBay logo, it seemed suspicious that they were communicating via text. I have saved all documents and texts related to this incident. Upon checking the eBay site, I discovered that the 13-digit code had already been used before the physical card was received. I have lost the $[redacted] gift card, the speaker, and the postage in this fraudulent scheme.

I am seeking assistance with the Macbook Pro 15" Model Description: RFB MBP 15GLS/2.2/2X1GB/[redacted]/[redacted]-USA Mode ([redacted]41). I need to address any issues related to this transaction. The customer reported the computer wouldn't turn on, but upon receiving it, I found it started up promptly when plugged in, revealing only a password issue set by the customer. I have requested the password via email to prepare the device for resale. I have taken a photo of the startup screen if necessary. The computer is fully functional, with the only complication being a password set by the previous user.

I purchased what was supposed to be a Mophie charger but received a no-name brand power bank instead. This seller, tyschum-89, is running a fraudulent operation. I have pictures of the item and want to take legal action against them. eBay needs to improve their screening process to prevent this. I am very upset and disappointed. I bought 10 pieces of disposable face masks that are no longer available. I requested a refund since I never got the item and mistakenly initiated a return process. However, I never received the item to send it back. How do I get my money back for an item that was removed and never delivered to me? The seller is asking for the item to be returned, but I never received it. This seems like a fraudulent situation where sellers take payment, remove the item, and never ship it out. I applied for a loan yesterday and unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam. Being 69, I should have known better. They deposited money into my bank account, and then I purchased five $[redacted] gift cards as instructed. I scratched off the numbers on the back and provided them over the phone. Now, my bank account has been debited $2,[redacted] because of this fraudulent activity. I urgently need assistance to stop the payments on these gift cards. I made a purchase, but I discovered the item I bought was wrong. I reached out to the seller, who agreed to cancel the order. I received an email with the option to accept the cancellation request. When I try to click on the button, I am prompted with a message stating that I should only accept the cancellation request if I haven't paid or received a refund yet. Since I haven't received my refund, I am unsure how to proceed with canceling the order.
