I sold a necklace for $2,[redacted] and have been waiting for almost a month to receive payment from the buyer. I contacted Customer Service via email yesterday, providing them with all necessary details. The representative instructed me to change the payment status on my profile from "yes" to "no." Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the wrong option, leading to my account being closed. Despite my efforts to rectify this, Customer Service could only offer me a credit of $[redacted] and suggested reposting the item for sale. However, I am unable to do so as the buyer already has the necklace. I believe this issue can be resolved by someone in a higher position. Despite being told otherwise, I will be writing to CEO/President John Donahoe to seek a resolution. This payment is crucial for me to sustain myself. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Dear eBay, I am facing an issue with my orders being delivered to the wrong address due to the incorrect address listed on my account. The correct address you should have on file is [redacted] S. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. It seems that the listed address, [redacted] S Rainbow Blvd, is causing all my deliveries to go astray. The delivery person claims to have placed items in a nonexistent mailbox at this address. As a result, two of my items have already been wrongly delivered there. I kindly request that you update my address to avoid future complications. Please ensure that my items are sent to the correct address at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Anjuli M.

I need help with my return and a/c block. My order number is 19-04[redacted]6 for a 'black leather studded crossbody bag'. While waiting for the return shipping label by March 26, [redacted], my account was blocked. The item I received does not match the description; it is branded 'Cross' while the listing photo showed 'Chanel'. It is obviously counterfeit, so I requested a return. If my account is blocked, does that mean I won't receive a refund even if the return label is sent, and I ship the item back? Kindly advise. I believe the seller is not following the policy. Please lift the block. Thank you.

I had a return pending for the single magenta cartridge for my HP Officejet [redacted] from Order number: 12-04[redacted]7. I asked the seller to cancel the order before shipping, but they refused. Despite this, the package arrived today, March 27th, [redacted]. Due to pandemic rules, I couldn't reject the package, so I returned it unopened at the post office around 4:00 pm. The female clerk accepted the package and confirmed it would be returned. She didn't provide a receipt, and the package was accepted at the Long Island City, 21st St, and 30th Avenue station.

I purchased a pendulum on eBay. In the pictures, it appeared to be fully assembled. My first offer was declined, but my second offer was accepted. However, when it arrived, it was in multiple pieces. The seller mentioned it was taken apart for shipping, but I couldn't find any reference to this in the listing. The pendulum arrived in five pieces: the stick, bob with rating nut, threaded rod for the rating nut, and a small piece of wire. I asked for a partial refund due to it arriving disassembled, but the seller suggested I send it back. When I inquired about the charges I paid, including shipping, tax, and eBay fees, they advised me to contact eBay directly. I attempted to resolve it with the seller without success and was directed to contact eBay for further assistance. I'm looking for guidance on what options are available to me. The limited writing space makes it challenging to provide all details. Feel free to reach out for more information.

I would appreciate the opportunity to regain access to my eBay account. Recently, my account was unexpectedly suspended without a clear explanation. I have been a loyal eBay user for the past decade, with only one previous issue that was promptly resolved. This suspension has disrupted my plans for buying and selling, which are crucial for my business endeavors to support myself financially. I believe this action is unfair and I seek a prompt resolution to reinstate my account.

Recently, I received suspicious messages prompting me to receive money through PayPal, leading to a situation where my account was compromised. After realizing this, I swiftly closed my PayPal account and opened a new one. However, a payment for an item I sold was mistakenly sent to the closed account. Despite my attempts and those of the buyer, we have been unable to cancel the transaction. I am uncertain of what steps to take next to ensure the funds are redirected to my new PayPal account. Any advice or assistance with resolving this issue, possibly involving eBay's intervention to refund the buyer, would be greatly appreciated.

I need to report a potential scam involving the sale of my iPad Pro. Initially agreeing to sell it for $1,[redacted], I got an email from a buyer mentioning payment through Paypal. Shortly after, a suspicious email from Pay Service, posing as Paypal, requested I send the iPad before authentication. Realizing something was wrong, I insisted the buyer make an official offer via my EBay listing first. However, no official offer was made, and communication ceased. Regrettably, I turned down other legitimate offers assuming the sale was final. The Pay Service email appeared authentic with the Paypal logo, but it now seems deceptive. The buyer's listed as Kazza13kieran. I suspect a ploy to receive the iPad without payment. While attempting to verify with Paypal, I struggled to reach customer support.

After purchasing item number [redacted]73, I received a notification from the seller saying the item was removed due to account concerns. The message assured me that since payment was made, I should expect the item to arrive soon. If not, I was advised on how to open a case in the Resolution Center on eBay's website. However, my attempts to contact the seller using the item number resulted in an error message. I now seek assistance in canceling the order to initiate a refund promptly.

I made a purchase on eBay on March 26th for a home gym workout. Shortly after, I realized I had selected the wrong item and emailed the seller requesting them not to ship it. Despite not receiving a response, the item was shipped. I intended to refuse delivery on March 28th, but was not home. Upon receiving the item, I decided to keep it due to its size and weight. I paid someone to assemble it, only to discover that seven parts were missing. Despite this, I was still charged $[redacted]. I am very disappointed with this company, Durapowers. I have contacted them, provided pictures, and a list of missing parts, and am requesting a partial refund along with the missing parts to be sent urgently.

I recently purchased Ignition Coils Pack of 8 for a 2[redacted] Chevrolet Avalanche [redacted] 5.3L V8 from seller "eccppautoparts". However, upon receiving it, I discovered that the part doesn't fit my truck. The seller has agreed to exchange it, but they are asking for the order number. As I checked out as a guest, I don't have access to the order history to provide the number. The seller is requesting pictures of the old and new coils and additional information to proceed with the exchange. My name is Vincent Veasey. Thank you.

I placed an order and it was delivered to the wrong address. The seller is no longer on eBay, and I am having trouble resolving this issue. I followed instructions to close a return case, but now I am unable to take any further action on it. I have been trying to contact customer service for two weeks, and I have evidence of the shipment going to the wrong location. I believe I am entitled to a refund, but I am encountering difficulties with the process.

The seller claims the item is with eBay in Wichita, Kansas, but it isn't listed for sale on eBay. After sharing your contact info, eBay instructed you to pay with gift cards and provided a customer service number [redacted]. They gave order number [redacted]23. Later, eBay asked for more gift cards worth $[redacted] for insurance during the inspection period. Uncertain about the seller's credibility, you tried to find information online but couldn't locate the item or seller on eBay. eBay states they hold the item awaiting insurance payment. Seeking assurance you're not in a fraudulent deal, you wonder about the situation and need advice.

Hi, I have some concerns regarding a listing I came across and I would like to verify its legitimacy. The situation surrounding it seems unusual and I have not encountered anything like this before. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rich N. --- Let me clarify the situation briefly. Initially, I had the trailer listed for sale on eBay, but the auction was discontinued due to it being incorporated into eBay's Money Back Guarantee program. A buyer had shown interest, made shipping payments, but ultimately backed out of the purchase. In light of the challenges posed, he offered to facilitate the shipping process for the next buyer, hence the absence of shipping fees. To proceed with this transaction, kindly provide your full name, shipping address, and phone number so I can forward this information to eBay. They will then generate an invoice with purchase and shipping details, guiding you through the process while ensuring all necessary paperwork for the trailer's transfer to your name is included. This includes a clear title, duly signed by me and notarized. Best, R. Nugent

I created an eBay account and listed a product for sale, but the next day, I received the following email. Consequently, we have taken the following actions on your account: - Your eBay account has been suspended. - Your item listings have been removed. The list of removed items is available further down in this email. We have implemented this measure to safeguard our members while we investigate the activity to ensure it does not inadvertently harm the eBay community. I'm facing an issue that needs attention regarding a seller on eBay. The seller, RAMPANTBEST from Hong Kong, advertised 12 rolls of Household Toilet Paper 4-ply at $21.98. I ordered 24 rolls assuming they would be standard household size, but upon receiving the shipment, each roll is only 2" in diameter and single-ply. When I contacted the seller, they simply said "Buyer Beware" without any additional information. There was no fine print specifying the size. I can't locate my purchase order on the website. I will consider this a regretful purchase and move on, but wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. - D. Belmont

Regarding eBay item [redacted]29, I came across the ad for what I believed to be a 40 lb bag of rice from Kesneu-12. However, upon closer inspection, I discovered it was a 20 lb bag after making an offer. The listing was misleading as it featured a 20 lb bag in one photo and other items in another. Not wanting to proceed with the purchase, I informed Kesneu-12 of the error. Despite my communication, I recently received a payment reminder. I find it frustrating that proper information was not provided initially. The blurry images of other items added to the confusion. I am unsure of the next steps to take and would appreciate guidance from both the seller and eBay. Thank you. Rench7.

I am contesting Ebay's decision ([redacted]) to reimburse my buyer. I have new independent tracking information from Parcel2go confirming my buyer received and signed for item [redacted]80 on 29/02/20. I need advice on how to submit this tracking document to Ebay to reverse the decision. The case is closed, but according to Ebay's rules, I have 30 days to contest (by 03/03/20). Not accepting the document would implicate Ebay in fraud and deny my right to defend myself. My item doesn't appear on the Sellers dashboard, and I am unsure why. - Goldposts
