I have registered on eBay with the email [redacted] to purchase an iPhone and a Sony Vaio laptop with Windows 7. I provided my identification card and used my Mastercard for the transaction. My eBay username is [redacted], with the first name Phuong and last name Nguyen. My contact number is [redacted]. The recent transaction number is [redacted]05 on July 23. I had a listing yesterday for two products, handmade pencils, and an airplane ticket. eBay often requests password confirmation links when I use different devices, possibly leading to my account suspension. I usually purchase airline tickets through Traveloka from e-ticket contracts in over [redacted] countries. I believe lifting the suspension would benefit everyone, thank you eBay.

Dear eBay Support, I am seeking assistance in resolving a dispute with a seller regarding five Chinese coins I purchased. The seller, yongchao3830 from Singapore, listed the coins as authentic silver, but upon further research, I suspect they might just be silver-plated. I communicated my concerns to the seller, who confirmed my suspicions but has since been uncooperative. Instead, they have opened unpaid item cases against me. I have discovered other sellers in China openly stating their coins are reproductions, unlike this seller. I believe sellers on eBay should declare if their coins are authentic or replicas. I am disappointed with the seller's lack of transparency and would like to cancel the order. However, the seller has made it difficult, and I now turn to eBay for assistance. I recently bought an iPad on eBay and although it arrived in good physical shape, it came passcode locked and linked to the seller's Apple ID. Despite the seller giving me the passcode, they claim there was no personal information on the iPad and insisted it was brand new. I find this hard to believe because the box wasn't sealed, and their iCloud is tied to the device. I'm not seeking a refund, just the password to remove their Apple ID and input my details. The seller is uncooperative and unavailable through the phone number provided for resolution. This is frustrating since I spent $[redacted] on a product I can't even use.

I made a purchase on April 5, [redacted] on eBay from seller Seeawes for item# [redacted]14. I contacted eBay in June after the delivery period ended without receiving the item. Even though eBay mentioned the item was delivered, I never got it. eBay asked me to contact them if it wasn't delivered by June 26. I emailed them on June 28 to report that the package never arrived, even after the deadline. Now, I'm confused as eBay closed the case on July 16 due to inactivity for 21 days. I haven't received any information about a refund or if they reached out to the seller. The lack of communication and failure to protect customers is concerning. I urgently need eBay to address this situation and clarify the next steps.

I bid on 14 jewelry pieces from seller 125jaipurjewelry with free shipping. After winning and paying for them, the seller added $[redacted] to the bill for shipping, handling, and conversion rates, which were never mentioned. Despite contacting the seller and PayPal, the issue remains unresolved. PayPal denied the claim, which led me to contact eBay for assistance. I received four packs of 5 bags for my Dirt Devil Vacuum cleaner last week. However, the bags that arrived on Saturday do not fit my vacuum as they have a cardboard attachment that is 11cm across, while my vacuum's slide is 8cm wide. The bags sent to me have a "Bag Code" number of [redacted], but I need the ones with a Bag Code of [redacted] that fit my vacuum. The item's reference on the invoice is [redacted]40, and the Customer reference on the package is [redacted]/[redacted]. I'm disappointed and need this sorted out promptly. Thank you.

I had an eBay transaction for $4.99 that ended up being $28.23 on my PayPal/bank card. The eBay seller "first6958" was not the seller shown on my eBay page when my PayPal was compromised. However, the item was being sold through eBay. The PayPal note shows 2 transactions for $11.62 each and 1 for $4.99. The payment of $11.62 USD to IRANIA AZIZAH TRISNAWATI on July 28, [redacted], has been reversed. I received an email from PayPal regarding the reversal, stating that they have reviewed the transaction but are unable to complete it. This specific reversal does not impact the use of my PayPal account. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I received an email from eBay regarding my recent purchases and would like eBay to thoroughly review the details before sending such emails. I only purchased items from one specific seller, and upon reviewing the orders, you will see that the first item was delivered in the U.S. and not sent to South Africa. For the other items, tracking numbers were provided for refunds, but the items were not received by USPS and never left the U.S., making it unfair for me to pay for something that was not shipped internationally. The reviews I left accurately reflect the situation as the items were not shipped to South Africa and were refunded. If eBay examines my other transactions and reviews, it will show that I am not at fault. I would appreciate clarity on what eBay expects from me and guidance on the content they prefer in reviews. Today is the deadline for me to return item #[redacted]19. The seller's post clearly mentioned "FREE 60 DAYS RETURNS," but he refused to send me a return label. Now, he claims to be in Hong Kong when the post stated the item was from the United States without specifying the actual state. I urgently need the free return label to obtain a full refund for the Universal Motorcycle Adjustable Clip-On Windshield Extension Wind Deflector. This product is cheap, small, poorly made, not sturdy, and the knob falls off; it would be extremely unsafe to use while driving a motorcycle. The seller is not cooperating, going against his own policy of free returns for 60 days. I am frustrated by the seller's reluctance to listen and comply. I made the purchase on July 10th, so I am confused why the deadline is suddenly August 1st. This situation is causing me significant distress and anxiety, and I do not appreciate the behavior of this eBay seller.

This situation is concerning, especially for small items like this, as dishonest sellers could potentially profit without delivering the goods. Hello, I received a message from eBay on the last day of July with Document ID: *********** stating that I haven't paid, which is incorrect because I already sent the money with Transaction ID**D*****PD******M the day before. The seller, User ID frank****, has not shipped the item, "Netflix One Year Warranty - ultraHD - Not Shared - instant Delivery," as promised. Instead, frank**** only provided a free one-month promo of Netflix, which I can get myself without any payment. Despite eBay Help directing me to contact the seller through the resolution center, when I message frank****, nothing shows up in MyeBay Messages because he is no longer a registered eBay user. I am in a situation where I paid, the seller is unreachable, and eBay unregistered them. I appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I recently made a purchase from the shop carolel_24 for the Cotton Candy Express Floss Sugar Cherry, 11 ounces. I have been charged for 14 final value fees on eBay, even though I only received payment for 2 items out of them. I sold items worth £[redacted] and £4 but got charged £48 in total. I am unable to refund or cancel the unsold listings, and eBay mistakenly believes I have received payments for them. Whenever I try to cancel these listings, I encounter errors stating they have already been cancelled, yet I am still being invoiced for them. I am concerned about a potential scam I am involved in. I recently sold a PS4 through my personal UK account, and the buyer appears to be acting as a middleman for a foreign buyer. The buyer is now requesting a refund claiming they ordered by mistake, despite me clearly stating no returns on my listing. After looking into the buyer's username and feedback on eBay's community forums, it seems like the next step might be a false claim of a damaged or incorrect item to force a refund. eBay's message indicates that if I don't provide a return label by 10 Aug, [redacted], a refund may be issued without the item being returned. Hello Everyone, I am new to selling on eBay and have encountered an issue. After registering to sell, I received a bill of £41.40 within two weeks. I believed that eBay operates on a "pay when you sell" basis, where you only pay commission on items sold. Due to my uncertainty about how quickly items would sell starting out, I expected this payment model to be suitable. Consequently, I opted for a private seller account to avoid monthly fees I couldn't afford. Suddenly, my account was deactivated by eBay, yet I was notified of an item being supposedly sold. Despite my account closure, I cannot access it to verify or manage any activities. As a result, I have ceased all actions on the eBay platform. As a person with disabilities and limited income, the current fee structure doesn't accommodate my circumstances. Dear Sir, I recently sold an Apple MacBook to a buyer in Russia on eBay with order number 19-03[redacted]2. The buyer requested a return, claiming the screen was broken. Although I couldn't verify this from the pictures the buyer sent, I accepted the return as I thought it might have been damaged in transit.
