I recently received an email informing me that my eBay account has been suspended for 7 days due to an alleged attempt to sell an item outside of the platform. I would like to clarify two points: First, the item in question is not typically sold by me on eBay, nor have I ever listed it for sale before. Second, my communication with the buyer clearly indicates that I intended to create a private eBay listing for the sale. This misunderstanding has resulted in my account being flagged for violations, which I believe were made in error. I respectfully request that the selling restrictions be lifted, my active listings reinstated, and an apology issued to prevent such errors in the future. Thank you.

I recently received a notification from you regarding two attempted purchases on my eBay account. I followed the instructions given and indicated that it was not me attempting to make the purchases. Despite my efforts to contact the sellers, the unauthorized transactions still went through using my PayPal account. The item numbers in question are #[redacted]85 and #[redacted]28, both being Xbox gift cards. I have never owned an Xbox and have repeatedly tried to reach out to the sellers without success. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges of $41.49 and $16.81. This situation has caused me a great deal of frustration, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I opened my personal eBay account on April 9, [redacted]. However, I received a suspension message on April 21, [redacted], concerning security issues with my account. The suspension restricts all account activities, including creating a new account or using an existing one. I was in the process of purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S10+ from a seller in Germany when the suspension occurred. Additionally, I received a bid cancellation notice for an item I had already purchased on April 17, [redacted]. I did not bid on the item mentioned in the cancellation notice. I believe that my account has been unjustly suspended and I would like to appeal this decision to have the suspension lifted.

I received an email from eBay informing me about the suspension of my account due to security concerns. I recently won an item on eBay, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that the item I received did not match the description provided by the seller. The pictures were unclear, and I realized the issue after making the payment and not receiving the item. I mistakenly initiated a return but later closed it as the seller never shipped the item. The seller is now attempting to manipulate the situation by claiming I must return the item despite never sending it in the first place. I recently ordered from techno-world, but it was sent to my old address. After contacting the seller, he mentioned the address on PayPal showed my old one. Despite my current and previous addresses being on PayPal, the seller claimed not to have my new address. I reminded him that my prior order was successfully delivered to my new address, so he must have known it. Unfortunately, he refuses to resend the order to the correct address. Financially, I cannot afford to replace items not received. In a live chat, one representative agreed the seller should resend the package since I never got it. The seller blames PayPal for the mix-up, but my other orders using PayPal have arrived at the right address. I hope to resolve this issue and avoid future purchases from this seller if he does not accept responsibility for the mistake.

Seller Information Incorrectly Indicates Item Location in the UK I am frustrated by numerous instances where sellers misrepresent the location of their items. One such seller, waich48 ([redacted]), listed item number [redacted]68 as being located in Salford, United Kingdom, when in reality it was shipped from Hong Kong to the Yodel distribution center in Salford. Despite providing a Yodel tracking number, the item was dispatched from Wanb_int, China. Additionally, when I contacted the seller about the misleading information, they removed the listing, prompting me to reach out for assistance. A similar issue occurred with seller m_a_store ([redacted]) who claimed their item was located in Salford, UK, but was also shipped from Hong Kong. The package, falsely labeled as plug and play, did not work as advertised. After negotiating a partial refund, I discovered both sellers might be affiliated due to the shared Hong Kong address, leading me to suspect a scam. Most recently, seller en_Joy_urlife ([redacted]) stated an item was in Manchester, UK, with a confirmed delivery date of May 2, [redacted], yet it has not arrived. Despite receiving a tracking number from Yodel and assurances from the seller, the tracking information remains stagnant. If this trend continues, I will refrain from future eBay purchases and consider closing my account..AllowGetting these issues addressed is essential to maintain trust in online transactions.

I purchased two Black Curly Wavy Brazilian Remy Human Hair Body Wave No Lace Front Hair Wigs from chensini2 on December 9, [redacted]. In February [redacted], I contacted the seller about non-delivery of the items. Despite assurances, the items were not delivered, leading to ongoing communication via eBay. By early March, I officially opened a case, and the seller proposed to resend the items. Although I accepted, the items were not resent as promised. In April 24, [redacted], I once again reached out to the seller requesting a new tracking number. The seller provided the same tracking number as before, suggesting the items were not resent. Despite asking for a refund, the seller has not committed to resolving the issue.

Hello, I purchased coins from a seller named 18th-century-tokens but have not received the items yet. I bid on 5 coins in total from this seller. The item was supposed to reach my friend's house in Ireland by March 26th. However, he hasn't received anything. I messaged the seller on March 30th to inquire about the return address, but did not receive a response. Yesterday, my friend opened all the letters he received for me, but none of them were from this seller. I am frustrated as this is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and it is disappointing that the 30-day refund guarantee from eBay has passed. The seller has not replied to any of my messages after receiving the payment. Hello, I made a purchase from a seller named 18th-century-tokens for 5 coins, but I have not received the items up to now. The items were sent to my friend's house in Ireland because I am in Malaysia, and my friend won't be back until May. The expected delivery was 26 March. I contacted the seller on 30th March to inquire about the return address because my friend holds my unopened mail. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the seller. After opening all the mail, the items from the seller were not found. This has been a frustrating experience as it is my first time encountering such an issue. Unfortunately, it has crossed the 30-day refund window on eBay, making it difficult to seek direct assistance from the platform. The seller has also not replied despite receiving the payment. I have not received my order and I am unable to open a new case since I already tried to do so when it was not delivered on the initial date. I have an eBay UK listing for a Caravan (Item [redacted]10) with a Buy it now option at £[redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide my contact details to a potential buyer who wishes to view the item before purchasing. This restriction makes it challenging to sell the caravan, as understandably, buyers would prefer to see such a significant item in person. I have always operated within eBay's guidelines and do not wish to work outside of the platform. I have requested to cancel the listing and kindly ask for a refund of the £11.99 listing fees. It seems impractical to expect a buyer to make a purchase without inspection and then potentially go through the process of canceling the transaction if the item does not meet their expectations. I value my time as a long-time eBay member and hope for a resolution regarding the refund of the fees.

On April 2nd, I purchased a cameo brooch pin from Elizabeth Woodruff (rah woodruff), item [redacted]78. I received it on April 4th, but it was the wrong item. I contacted her, and she instructed me to return it, promising to cover the return postage and send the correct cameo once she received it. I followed her instructions, but when the carrier delivered it to her mailbox, she declined to accept it and had it sent back to me. Despite reaching out to her three times, she has not responded. I believe she is avoiding resolving this matter. I desire to add the cameo to my collection and request eBay's intervention to facilitate its delivery. I purchased an item that turned out to be defective. After opening a case for its return, I was notified that the seller issued a refund on April 24. However, I have yet to receive the $17.99 refund in my bank account. The item in question is the HP Pavilion G6-1d45dx SATA CD/DVD-RW Burner Optical Drive GT50N [redacted]-6C0 B262, item number [redacted]49, from seller laptop-parts-behnam-llc. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller with no response, my refund is still pending. I believe eBay should improve its customer service and provide better ways to address issues like mine. I ordered an item from mbed2954 ([redacted] DC Comics, SANDMAN #50, Limited Edition Signed by Neil Gaiman w/COA,NM,BX61), which was supposed to be delivered to my apartment. I've been waiting for days without any updates from USPS. The tracking status still shows "in transit" despite a failed delivery attempt on April 1st. The package has been marked as "not deliverable" and returned to mbed2954 without my knowledge. I have received packages from the US before and anticipate another delivery in about 2 weeks. mbed2954 is willing to resend the package, but the lack of professionalism displayed by the delivery person and USPS is concerning. I am hesitant to pay for expensive shipping charges again. It would be appreciated if you could ensure proper tracking or provide a refund for my order.
