Hello, I purchased a pair of shoes in January but have yet to receive them. The seller mentioned that Yodel attempted delivery, but I have not received any evidence of this. The shoes were supposedly returned to the seller after two weeks. The seller said they would resend them and requested my address again. I provided it, but I have still not received the shoes. I missed the 30-day window for a refund guarantee. I have messaged the seller on eBay, but they are not responding. I have all communication saved on my account. I am concerned about not receiving my refund before the case closes on May 5th. Any advice on what steps I can take next?

I am reaching out about a dress I bought in early April that hasn't arrived. Despite my attempts, I haven't received responses from the seller after messaging them multiple times. I got an email confirmation from Ebay on 4/3 at [redacted] for the $[redacted].00 payment from my bank account. The expected delivery date was 4/17, and now it's 5/1. I've checked with neighbors and kept an eye out for the package diligently, but it hasn't shown up. I completed the purchase as a guest, although I do have an Ebay account. Hello, I have encountered issues with my account. I placed an order as a guest for a tent from a seller in Duplin Ireland because I couldn't remember my login details. However, upon returning from Easter holidays, I discovered that the item is being shipped directly from China and not Ireland. I assumed the item was in Ireland (inside the EU) to avoid extra taxes for goods bought outside the EU in Denmark. I have tried contacting the seller to resolve this issue, but with no success. I hope you can assist me with this matter. If a suitable solution isn't found, I will refuse to accept the item from Danish customs, resulting in its return. Best regards, Lars-Bo. P.S. Hello, I am writing in regards to eBay item number [redacted]89. I am puzzled by your decision to side with the buyer despite my selling a broken item. It seems my explanation has not been taken into consideration. Additionally, the buyer has not returned the item. I am deeply disappointed in eBay America as it feels like you are endorsing fraudulent behavior. The buyer's actions seem deliberate. I clearly stated the item's condition, mentioning the broken battery pack. Therefore, I cannot provide a guarantee. I question how you can be certain the buyer is being truthful. I urge you to reexamine the case and perhaps reach out to the buyer for the return of the item. I believe it is only fair to thoroughly investigate the situation and reconsider your decision. I recently purchased a "Days Gone" PS4 game on eBay from seller MaryGaming. The item number is [redacted]16. I've tried to contact the seller before purchasing and even after placing the order with no response. The description mentioned a "digital download" with instructions and a code to be sent by message. I was contacted by a potential buyer interested in an item I listed for sale on eBay. Over a span of 24 hours, she sent me three emails, with the last one sounding impatient, asking for my lowest price. I politely explained my situation, that I work full-time and have other commitments. I mentioned the high quality of the item and its competitive price, advising her to make an offer. Despite my responses, she persisted in contacting me, even after I asked her to stop harassing me, leading her to call me rude. I am considering reporting this behavior to eBay, as the harassment was unwarranted, especially since she did not end up making a purchase from me.

I purchased a porcelain measuring cup set from your company, but my computer was hacked, and now I'm receiving emails from someone else. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped by speaking with two of your agents, but I couldn't reach the seller as my computer is compromised. Your representatives advised me to email the seller to cancel, which is inconvenient given my situation. Seller bear2345 sold me a RC helicopter with broken wiring, refusing to refund the $80 I paid and stating "No Refund." After waiting for the item and picking it up from the post office, I found the box smashed with parts protruding. The seller dodged my inquiries, giving me the runaround. I am disappointed with this misleading seller and demand my money back. This seller should be removed from the site to protect others from falling victim to this scam. My experience has taught me a costly lesson. I urge others not to purchase from this site as the sellers are not honest. I feel eBay should take action against such fraudulent activities. Unfortunately, this bad encounter has left me feeling hurt and wary; I have lost $80 to this scam. I now understand the importance of being cautious and will not trust eBay again. A pesar de tener una tarjeta válida con saldo suficiente, mi cuenta ha sido bloqueada luego de intentar la compra nuevamente sin motivo aparente. He podido realizar la misma compra en Amazon sin inconvenientes, lo cual me deja desconcertado. No encuentro razones válidas para este bloqueo injusto y desproporcionado, especialmente al ser una cuenta nueva con saldo suficiente. Deseo que se levante de inmediato el bloqueo de mi cuenta para poder proceder a eliminarla, ya que ya no tengo interés en comprar a través de eBay debido a esta experiencia negativa.

I successfully sold an item and was supposed to pay an 11 euro selling fee through PayPal. My bank initially rejected the automatic payment, but I later approved it, which may have changed the transaction ID. Despite my bank confirming that the payment was made, I received an email from PayPal stating they charged the fee from a different funding source due to the initial rejection. Even though I manually approved the payment through Internet banking, PayPal still charged me from my other bank account. Both transactions reflect the same fee for the same item sold. I have reached out to eBay without a response and PayPal can only see one transaction as they removed the initially rejected bank account. I am eager to get a refund for the duplicate charge.

I made a purchase on May 4, [redacted], but today I received an email from eBay informing me that the item I won has been removed due to concerns with the seller's account. I am frustrated and feel like I have been ripped off. I contacted PayPal, and they advised me to reach out to the seller, but I cannot do that now. I want a refund for the purchase I made.

Yesterday, eBay removed my listing because they flagged the buyer as suspicious. Despite not being able to recover the listing, it still shows as "SOLD" and awaiting payment. Today, I managed to create a new listing, but every time I do, it sells for 60% over the "buy it now" price, with the buyer requesting my PayPal email and a number outside of eBay messaging. This happened six times now, with five suspicious buyers from Canada, where I currently am. Despite setting up blocking requirements, nothing changes. Due to these fake buyers, I've unintentionally become a recognized seller and have reached a limit on the platform. Frustrated by these issues, I'm considering moving to Craigslist. Improve these problems, eBay!

I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with an item I sold on eBay. I received payment through PayPal and the buyer later disputed the transaction.
