I received an email prompting me to change my password to reactivate my account. However, when I tried to enter my email address, it was deemed invalid. The same happened when attempting to log in using my Apple ID or my username. It is incredibly frustrating to encounter these issues, especially considering I have been a customer for over two decades. I noticed no unusual activity on my PayPal account, yet changes were attempted at nearly 3 am. I am angered by the lack of live customer support available to address a situation like this, especially when fraud is alleged. This experience is disheartening.

I sold an iPhone XR on eBay. The transaction was successful. The buyer paid, and I shipped the phone after ensuring it was in working condition, including the Face ID. When the buyer claimed the Face ID was faulty upon receipt, despite my testing prior to shipping, I advised her to have it checked by AT&T, which she allegedly did not. She requested a refund, sent the phone back supposedly, but unfortunately, I never received it. Somehow, she managed to show proof of return, received a refund, and kept the phone, costing me $[redacted].00. I am seeking a resolution to this issue.

Dear eBay Customer Service, I am reaching out to report an issue with a recent purchase from the seller [redacted] Regrettably, despite paying for the item in full, it has not been delivered, and the seller has been uncooperative in providing proof of purchase or shipment. I have furnished evidence of payment via my bank statement, clearly showing the funds were transferred to the seller. Nevertheless, I have not received the item as promised, and my attempts to seek clarification or updates from the seller have been ignored. Consequently, I am seeking a refund of £[redacted], the total amount paid for the undelivered item. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with the seller, I have not received any response. On 4/17/23, I reached out to a customer service representative about a Mobility Scooter inquiry. After asking some questions, unexpectedly, I was charged $1,[redacted].91 on my Visa ending in [redacted] for item # 0*16-09[redacted]8, which I did not order, just inquired about. Upon trying to cancel the order, I was told it couldn't be canceled and would arrive by 4/21/13, a delivery that never occurred. Despite my attempts, I received no responses when I contacted the merchant via text. Seeking resolution, I am eager to discuss this matter over a call. I recently sold an item on eBay for $[redacted]. I took great care in packaging the item securely. However, upon receiving it, the buyer claimed it arrived with broken parts. After contacting eBay and then Parcel Force, who couldn't assist due to lack of evidence, eBay decided to refund the buyer without further investigation. Now, I am left without the money from the sale or the item itself. I am seeking assistance in filing a complaint and reclaiming my funds, as I am confident that the packaging was not the cause of the damage to the item.

I am looking to retrieve information about a past order from before it appears in my history. I bought a diamond engagement ring and band from Fascinating Diamonds around [redacted] or [redacted]. I am uncertain of the exact purchase date, but I am very satisfied with the purchase and the seller. I have even written reviews for them. I am interested in the details and description of the previous ring because there is an upgrade policy for the center stone, and I am considering upgrading it by spending $[redacted] or more to trade in the original stone at its full purchased value. I have already upgraded once and knowing the original purchase details will help me make decisions for future upgrades. I believe I have only made two purchases on eBay, one being the engagement ring, which I returned due to a discrepancy, and the other was the purchase from Fascinating Diamonds in New York shortly after. I bought a roof rack from eBay seller gjbiz18 for $[redacted].94, advertised as new but arrived used and missing parts. Despite eBay's policy for sellers responsible for returns/refunds if the item is not as described, the seller initially offered only to replace missing screws and later partial refunds of $30 and $40. After opening a case with eBay (return ID [redacted], seller's case ID [redacted]), the seller agreed to a refund but wouldn't provide a return shipping label. Even after refunding the purchase amount, the seller refused to cover return shipping costs. Despite alerting eBay multiple times, a recent conversation with a representative stated that since the seller refunded the purchase price, eBay considers the case closed.

I have not yet received my package from eBay. The tracking information shows that it was delivered to my mailbox, but I did not find it there. I live in an apartment building, so it's difficult to check with every neighbor. I also checked with the package receiving area in our office, but it wasn't there either. I contacted the seller, Cinder, who informed me that the package was not insured. I am still waiting to hear why it was not insured. I would appreciate a refund for this missing package.

We purchased Order # 01-10[redacted]1 from Autopartsgeek. The photo in their post displayed an all copper & brass heater core. We disassembled the car on May 4, [redacted], in anticipation of the delivery on May 5, [redacted]. The labor cost for this was 3 hours at $89.00 per hour, totaling $[redacted].00. However, the heater that arrived from Autopartsgeek was all aluminum, not as advertised. Our customer refused to pay for it, leading to the suspension of all payments for the job. We are requesting a full refund from Autopartsgeek due to their misleading post. In order to resolve this issue, we will provide the correct heater to the customer at no additional cost. This is necessary as the customer urgently needs the car.

I purchased two of the same item and paid for them, but I have yet to receive the products. I am currently seeking a refund, but the seller is uncooperative. I advise caution when buying this product, as the seller seems unwilling to assist once the sale is made. Think carefully before making a purchase. I do not recommend buying this product from Ebay.

Hello, I purchased headlights for my 96 Chevy Caprice in December and had them installed recently in Texarkana. Unfortunately, one of the headlights turned out to be defective. I understand if I am outside the return window but I would appreciate any help or consideration from your end. I've attached a picture of the installation receipt for reference. I am frustrated with eBay. I have $10,[redacted] in my credit card, but they claim it doesn't work. I have verified all the information I entered. I simply want a refund for the unopened package. The seller is not cooperating, sending a return label that cannot be used as it is unprintable. I have tried reaching out to eBay and the seller multiple times. I am extremely frustrated with the seller on [redacted] playing games by providing a printing label that cannot be printed anywhere. Despite reaching out to them five times, there has been no resolution. I have tried to contact eBay to no avail. As a result, I am disappointed and considering not using eBay in the future.

I have been selling on eBay for nearly 18 years and have never encountered so many issues. On May 6, I spoke with Alice from eBay regarding a broken item. Despite explaining that I had filed a claim with UPS and requested not to issue a shipping label, I received a message today stating that a shipping label was sent to the buyer without my consent. I provided UPS claim details to Alice and asked her to hold off on the label, but it seems there was a misunderstanding. I am frustrated with the errors that are costing me time and money. It is disappointing when promises are made but not kept by eBay agents. I tried contacting customer service multiple times today without success.

In December [redacted], I purchased an espresso cup set from seller Marinisi115, which I loved. On February 5th, [redacted], I made another purchase, checking out as a guest for a $[redacted] espresso coffee set from the same seller. Unfortunately, as a guest, I am unable to address this issue with eBay directly. I received an email order confirmation on February 5th, but the parcel with the espresso cups, dispatched by POST NORD in Oslo, has not reached me. POSTNORD informed me in early March that the parcel is missing. Despite my attempts to contact the seller, Marinisi115, she refuses to communicate with POSTNORD for a refund or reimburse me for the missing items. I am at a loss on how to proceed and unable to reach eBay for assistance. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I made a purchase on eBay as a guest using order number [redacted]62. When I try to request a refund, I am prompted to create a new account instead of providing assistance to guests directly. However, creating a new account doesn't transfer my order, and it shows no orders under my new account. Encountering multiple "something went wrong" messages adds to the frustration. I reached out to the seller from the new account, but I haven't received a response in 3 days. It's been 15 days since I placed the order, and the expected arrival date was May 1st, which has now passed. The item hasn't been shipped, and cancellation is no longer an option. I recently bought 10 jars of hair conditioner from an eBay seller and received two fake products. I have evidence with comparison photos of the items and packaging. After requesting a refund, the seller first offered 30% without returning the products due to high shipping costs. I declined and asked for 85%, to which they offered 50% and I agreed. However, they falsely reported to eBay that I didn't return the items. My appeal includes photos of the items, packaging, and our email exchange. I'm concerned about not knowing if the photos were successfully uploaded, as they are crucial evidence. Unfortunately, I've had no luck reaching eBay's customer service through phone, email, or chat. I recently ordered a part for my [redacted] Nissan Rogue. After placing the order, I noticed that I was mistakenly being sent and billed for two parts, one of which is for a Nissan Altima Sedan 2.5L 2[redacted]. I quickly contacted the seller, who informed me that the order had already been shipped, which seemed impossible within 5 minutes. Despite initially ordering one part for my Nissan Rogue, an additional part for a different vehicle was included without my consent. The seller advised me to contact eBay to arrange a return. I would like to return the part intended for the Altima and believe that I should not be responsible for the return shipping costs due to the seller's mistake.
