I purchased a guitar from one of your clients on May 8th. Initially, there were no issues as he promptly accepted the payment. However, when it came time for him to deliver the guitar, he suddenly mentioned it was defective. I was recently suspended indefinitely from selling on my eBay account. I initially started this hobby with my father, selling odds and ends around the house, and it became a fun activity for us dating back to the early 2000s. I'm unsure of the exact time of my suspension. About a year ago, when I logged in to sell a few items, I discovered I was suspended. Upon researching the reason for my suspension, I realized I had listings during the time when our area was affected by back-to-back hurricanes. If you look up Lake Charles, Louisiana, you'll see the impact of hurricanes Laura and Delta on our area. I had maintained a stellar rating by following my dad's advice of sending extra gifts and cards. I wish to continue selling items around the house and pass this tradition to my daughter. As a single parent to a 12-year-old, it's something we can bond over. I understand eBay may not be a significant money maker, but I have documented customer service skills from various marketplaces. I would even consider reaching out to the potential buyers of my previous listings, sending them gifts and apology letters.

I purchased a circuit breaker from the seller dogcatlizard23 on 3/18/23. A few minutes later, I realized it was the wrong item and tried to cancel my order, but I was unable to. Two days later, I received an email from the seller stating they were out of town. Since then, I have been trying to exchange the incorrect item for the right one as I cannot use the one I received. I need to return a product to the seller from New Jersey. They are asking me to send it back to China, which will cost $29, yet the item was only $60. I emailed the seller and they directed me to eBay. I feel frustrated that I cannot speak to someone directly to resolve this issue instead of typing all day. I made a purchase on eBay using my PayPal account, assuming the seller would ship it to the address listed on PayPal. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to a different city, then returned when the seller claimed I had received it, which I hadn't. I have been a loyal eBay customer for years but this experience has made me hesitant to shop there again until I receive the item at my address in Tijeras, NM. I need assistance processing a refund and reporting a scam on eBay. Despite trying to contact eBay for nearly two weeks, I have not been able to speak to anyone. Within my transaction, there is no option for me to cancel or receive a refund. Every time I try, I am directed to contact the seller. However, the communication thread with the seller shows that I am being scammed and will not receive my item or money. I suspect the buyer is attempting to scam me. They claim the comic I sent was damaged and not as described, but it was securely packaged with a hard plastic protector. It seems unlikely it could have been damaged during shipping. I've asked for a photo of the alleged damage, which I think may have been intentionally caused to swap the comic with a lower-grade one. Many scammers buy high-grade comics, damage them, then return a lower-grade one. I don't accept returns and feel confident this is a fraudulent attempt. The damage appears consistent with re-sleeving practices rather than mishandling by the postal service. If the package had been violently mishandled, the plastic protector would have shown more damage.

I attempted to manage my business and customer service with effort but made mistakes due to lack of experience. I had an incident where I made an error in a tracking number, resulting in a buyer getting a refund and another where I forgot to provide a tracking number altogether, causing eBay to refund the buyer even though the shipment was received. I later sold items offline and issued refunds outside the platform, which may have impacted my account negatively. I need to close my eBay account as soon as possible. My child accidentally listed an item for sale on my account, and I do not want to proceed with the unintended transaction. I sold a Goretex jacket for $40, but the buyer returned it due to an odor issue. The buyer received a refund, but I haven't received the item back. I recently visited the Local Post Office in Arnold, Nottingham to return an item. The order details are as follows:

I recently tried to access my account to use gift cards I purchased but couldn't recall my password. After attempting to reset it, I was directed to a supposed eBay customer service number which demanded I buy more gift cards to unlock my funds. I sold a dress this morning, and the buyer requested I include a $[redacted] Apple gift card with the shipment to his cousin.
