The customer informed me that the package was returned because it was sent via media mail, which is only for books. The post office told me it would cost $[redacted] to ship the doll, but they kindly returned it to me. Now, I need to find a way to send the doll to my customer since the label I purchased from eBay doesn't allow media mail. Despite providing accurate dimensions and weight in the listing, I face this issue. I've tried contacting eBay without success through chats and articles. I need real assistance to resolve this unique situation. I hope eBay can provide the correct label without additional costs exceeding the doll's selling price, ensuring my customer receives their order without further delay.

I received a scam call from this number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] claiming I made a $[redacted] purchase on EBAY, which I did not do. I reported this multiple times, but keep getting directed to JustAnswer's page for $2. I want to talk to a real person, not a machine. How can you warn customers about scam calls?

I have received multiple emails, around six, from a company that begins with the word "accessories." In April [redacted], I attempted to purchase a set of 12 petite stud earrings from them. Although I was charged for the order, I quickly received a notification stating that the item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. It has been roughly three weeks since this process started, and I have yet to receive the refund. I confirmed with my bank that no refund has been processed. The amount in question is approximately $13.49, charged to my credit card ending in [redacted], expiring on 05/25. My eBay identifier is ozz-dca-0pstyruy ([redacted]*). I purchased a Pyle tape deck that is humming. It has been sent back to Pyle twice for repair, but they now claim nothing is wrong. The seller will not refund me or provide another unit, only offering a $12 discount, which I declined. My return is now closed. I bought the unit on February 12 and started noticing humming on March 13. The seller advised contacting Pyle, but I am receiving runaround from both. I need assistance with this matter. I recently reactivated my [redacted] eBay account to start selling items and got my account suspended when a friend from Pakistan tried to log in to help me. Despite providing eBay with my passport, driver's license, and an electricity bill, they keep asking me to follow steps to resolve the issue over the phone. The instructions they provide via email are not accurate as I cannot find the 'Chat with our automated assistant' button as directed. I have tried to explain this to eBay customer service through email, but I am getting the same response repeatedly, which seems automated. I suspect that the account suspension is a mistake.

I received a message from the US Postal Service regarding the processing of my item. The notification states that my package passed through a facility in AUSTRALIA on April 26, [redacted], at 7:30 pm and is currently on its way to the destination. The message also reminds me that a signature is required for delivery and offers the option to authorize someone else to sign for me. The tracking number provided is LH[redacted]92US. I am unsure of the outcome if no one is available to sign for the package. My efforts to return the Fitbit Ionic watch to the seller have been exhausted.

I am extremely disappointed that my order has not arrived. Despite being at home all day on April 17th, my husband and I did not receive the package. I frequently shop on eBay and am frustrated that the investigation was closed without a resolution, especially with the money-back guarantee in place. This is the first time I have had to request a refund, and I believe the vendor's decision to use postal service delivery instead of UPS has caused this issue. Postal services have a reputation for inadequate package delivery. Hello, I purchased a Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4) 500GB black console bundle with 3 games from the seller "adrirobe13" on April 13, [redacted], at approximately 10:55 am for $[redacted].48. The payment was debited from my eBay-registered card ending in [redacted]. I then received a message on April 14 stating my item was shipped with tracking number [redacted][redacted]03. Unfortunately, the item was marked for return without explanation. The seller mentioned checking with the post office on April 15 but has since been unresponsive. I seek a full refund of $[redacted].48 as the item never reached me, and I was unable to find a refund process on eBay's website.

Despite following his directions, I encountered an issue with the inactive "submit/continue" button and couldn't proceed with my return request as intended. The alternative option would involve a $17.99 shipping fee to send the item back to China, which is a considerable expense given my $33 order. On Thursday, April 13th, a computer technician from Log Me In, a company I hired for annual remote laptop support, seemed suspicious while setting up security measures. He created a false Zelle account which he claimed would not work due to the security measures he set up. He then purchased an Apple iTunes App Store Card (# 01-09[redacted]9, Item # [redacted]2 [redacted]) for $64.90 but assured me it would also be declined. Surprisingly, on April 18th, [redacted], I received an unexpected package from Ebay containing the item. I did not authorize this purchase and would like to return it. The package remains unopened as I did not make the order. I am seeking assistance in reversing this transaction as contacting Ebay for help has proven to be complicated without human support.

Order number: 18-09[redacted]9. I bought this item on May 29th. I opened a case regarding the non-receipt of the item on April 5th. It is now April 29th, and the item still hasn't arrived. I have tried reaching out to the seller, but they haven't responded to my last two attempts. I have also attempted to contact the Alicante post office multiple times, but I have not received any response. The courier has not been helpful either, directing me to tracking or the sender every time I try to contact them.
