I need assistance with getting a prepaid return label for two pairs of shorts that I find unsatisfactory. Both pairs have stretched waistbands, look faded, dirty, and overly worn. I don't have a camera on my phone to provide pictures, but I believe the photos wouldn't capture the true condition of the items. Reviewing my account, you'll see I'm an active buyer on eBay and rarely return items. I recently ordered the complete series of Stargate SG1 DVDs from Movies for Life on 4/10. Unfortunately, my order has not arrived yet. The shipping route seems confusing as it went from Metropolis, Illinois to St. Louis, Missouri, then to Des Moines, Iowa, with no further updates. On April 19, I noticed thirteen unauthorized eBay charges on my Amex statement dated April 12. These transactions do not appear in my eBay purchase history. Although I made one legitimate purchase on April 12, the other 13 are fraudulent. After reaching out to American Express to dispute the charges, they appreciated my long-standing loyalty as a 23-year customer but advised me to contact eBay for a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, I could not find any relevant information on the eBay customer service website regarding this specific issue.

I purchased and paid for a 20-inch pearl necklace, but received one that is only 6 inches long, which does not fit. I recently returned an item I never used as it did not meet my expectations. I was surprised to find out that the refund I received was 40% less than what I paid. On April 14, [redacted], I bought a coin on eBay from a seller based in Perth, Western Australia. Everything seemed normal, like my previous eBay purchases. The seller acknowledged my payment and said the coin was on its way, due to arrive in 2 to 3 days. However, when I checked my purchase history on eBay, I couldn't find any record of the coin transaction. Trying to contact eBay only led me to automated responses, with no option to speak to a real person. The payment went through my bank, and I now have to wait 15 days before I can involve Visa to track the money. This has been a frustrating experience, as eBay hasn't helped me address this issue with the seller. I'm considering reaching out to consumer protection authorities if eBay doesn't assist me promptly. The lack of direct customer support and access based on location is disappointing.

Dear sirs, I have been a buyer of vintage car parts on eBay for over 5 years. I reside in Prague, Czech Republic. Lately, the English language offers and communication on eBay have switched to Czech language. This change has made the communication unclear and tiring for me. I kindly request to revert back to the English version of eBay for a more transparent and customer-friendly experience. I recently bought two kayaks from a seller named Mortor Bike Gears seven days ago. I got an email from the seller today notifying me that they wanted to cancel my order without providing a reason. I purchased a 400x400mm skylight as advertised, but received a 450x450mm skylight instead. The seller claimed it was the 400x400mm fly net that was the correct size, not the skylight itself. I recently had a computer repair service from "Log Me In" and noticed the technician setting up security measures to prevent hackers. During the process, a Zelle account was created, which was intended to be rejected due to the security settings. Following that, an Apple iTunes App Store Card was purchased, with the technician mentioning it would also be declined. Surprisingly, a package from eBay arrived at my home a few days later, containing the card. I did not authorize this purchase and would like to return it as it remains unopened. I ordered Southwire [redacted]2 White Wire, a [redacted] ft roll, on April 17th. The confirmation email from eBay had a photo of the correct length. I paid $53.00 for this item. However, today I received the package and it only contains 50 ft of wire, as indicated on the package. This is not what I ordered. I need the full [redacted] ft as my project needs this specific length. I believe this falls under eBay's Money Back Guarantee, and I am hoping this can be resolved promptly.

I purchased a boat and followed instructions by paying $[redacted].00 in eBay gift cards. I received an email confirming it would be delivered to my house by 8 pm on 4/26/23. Both eBay and the seller kept me informed. However, yesterday morning, they requested another $[redacted].00 for insurance. I promptly provided the payment through eBay gift cards. eBay confirmed receiving the insurance money but as of 12:11 pm the next day, I have not heard any updates on whether the boat has been shipped. I am eagerly waiting for confirmation from the seller or eBay regarding the shipment status.
