I have received a refund request. Attached is a message from eBay that is unfamiliar to me. It mentions not to exchange contact information to buy or sell outside of their policy. I am unsure how to proceed with refunding the client as eBay did not provide me with the usual options. I have tried different steps to resolve this issue without success. I am in need of assistance from a live representative to address this concern promptly.

I made a purchase on eBay as a guest for my side by side. I received an email requesting the exact year of my vehicle before they could ship the order. I didn't respond within the two-day window and now I can't reach anyone for assistance. The payment has been deducted from my account, but I haven't received any confirmation of shipment or tracking information. I'm feeling very anxious and would greatly appreciate some help with this situation.

I am a seller who placed an ad for a $[redacted] ring on Friday, March 10. I set a reserve price but was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].41 shortly after posting. I quickly updated my ad, removed the reserve feature, and asked not to be charged. Despite this, I was still charged, prompting me to contact my bank to reverse the transaction. Now, my payment account on eBay is showing -$[redacted].49. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as I took action to stop the reserve listing right away.

I have a question and two complaints to address. Firstly, I was charged $35.00 to have one of my complaints resolved, but I am unsure why this fee was applied. I am finding it difficult to reach someone to discuss my concerns. Secondly, I recently bid on an item and believed I had won, as there were no other bidders competing against me. However, towards the end of the auction, I was surprised to learn that I had lost the item, even though I did not see any additional bids placed. I would have been willing to place a higher bid had I known there were other participants. Lastly, I would like to inquire about the process of transferring some of my sales funds to my eBay Mastercard instead of my debit card.

I received an email from eBay discussing my upcoming payouts. The email mentioned that my funds were being held until I updated and verified my account details. When I followed the link provided, it took me to a webpage showing my accurate name, address, and SSN. They are now requesting additional documentation, including a colored copy of my ID and driver's license. I am hesitant about providing such sensitive information, like my photo, address, driver's license number, and birthdate, as I have never been asked for this before. I fear this may be an attempt to scam me for more personal details. I am seeking guidance on whether this request is legitimate before proceeding. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought an Icom radio with order # 09-09[redacted]3 on 1/08/23. It appears to be a Chinese knockoff of the Yaseu brand. I have documentation to prove this. This radio is illegal to use in the USA. I apologize for the delay in addressing this issue, as I have been recovering from surgeries. Please provide me with a fax number where I can send the supporting documentation. I am a seller on eBay and I am struggling to remove an item from my listings. Despite indicating it was "out of stock" in bold letters on 3/6, someone still placed an order. After multiple calls to eBay customer service this week, they keep saying a supervisor will call me back in 72 hours. eBay suspended my account citing insufficient information based on their guidelines, but the details are unclear. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, "rear drilled rotors and brakes," with order number SO[redacted] under the name Dale Travis. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email used for the purchase. I intended to order rotors and brakes for the FRONT of a [redacted] Mercedes CLK430, but encountered difficulties communicating this to the seller. Despite subsequent attempts to order the correct item through Amazon, I am now left needing to return these items. When I contacted the seller, they mentioned I would have to cover the return shipping fees, though eBay's policy indicates returns should be free. In light of this, I have created a new email address, [redacted], and would appreciate if a return label could be sent to facilitate the process. I purchased item number [redacted]00, but the seller claims the device was already sold to someone else. The seller is refusing to cancel the order or ship the device. They mentioned trying to cancel but were unable to through eBay and suggested I request the cancellation. They also stated the phone was sold on another platform before my purchase.

Despite my attempts to cancel the order with the seller, the item was shipped, but tracking does not show delivery to Puerto Rico, where I am located. I have reported the non-arrival to eBay, but as of March 24, [redacted], I am unable to request eBay's intervention due to difficulties using the website versus the app. I am also unable to find a phone number for direct assistance from eBay customer service. Last May, my account was hacked, and the bank details were changed by the seller of the snuggle buddies carry-around black dog bags. After informing eBay and requesting the closure of my account, I was advised not to take any additional action as they confirmed that my account had been compromised by an individual named Anderson from Southampton, who substituted my bank information with their own. Presently, I am being requested to cover sellers' fees for items I did not list for sale. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account either because I closed it or due to the hacking incident.

I'm feeling really frustrated with eBay. I have been trying repeatedly to get some help or support, but it's becoming too difficult. I accidentally ordered the Shomin Sample Blu-ray Atsushi Tamaru twice from Gruv Entertainment. Despite messaging him several times to return the DVD, I faced obstacles due to not owning a printer. I sent back the duplicate on March 20th, and it reached him by March 22nd. However, I have yet to receive a response about my refund status despite multiple inquiries. Despite accidentally closing the refund option, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I have been patient, but the lack of communication has tested my patience. I am now demanding an immediate refund, regardless of the case status. If I don't receive my money by the end of tomorrow, I will take further action.

I ordered a hair product and had it shipped to Triple A in Massena, NY. I live in Canada but had it shipped there because I was in the area. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that the company shipped the wrong color. I contacted them and asked for a full reimbursement, stating that I would ship it back as it is not the color I ordered. Since I don't live in Massena, NY, I don't want to return it from there. They provided a shipping label, but it specifies Massena, NY, which is inconvenient for me. Can I return the item from my home instead?
