I purchased two Kansas City bikinis from a seller in China, but unfortunately, both were too big despite following their sizing chart. I have been trying to get the return address for a while now without success. I attempted to return the bikinis via USPS using the addresses provided by eBay, but both packages were returned to me due to incorrect addresses. The shipping costs for the returns have exceeded the price of the bikinis themselves, which is very frustrating. Dealing with returns to China through eBay has been challenging compared to my experience with Amazon. I am considering deleting the eBay app due to the difficulties encountered with this process.

I have been in contact with eBay's customer service for over a week. Each time I inform them that my item has not been shipped and that I have not received a confirmation email, they insist that I send them $[redacted] via gift card, promising a refund once the item is delivered. Unfortunately, the item never arrives. Whenever I attempt to call them back, I receive a message stating that the number is out of service. I have already spent a total of $3,[redacted], when the item was supposed to cost only $1,[redacted]. I am extremely frustrated and would like to know if there is any way for me to get my money back.

Please assist with Order number: 13-09[redacted]3. I purchased an ironing board and after not receiving a tracking number, I tried contacting the seller multiple times with no response. Eventually, the seller canceled the order and mentioned a refund would be issued. However, the refund was not processed initially. Later, a tracking number was provided claiming delivery on 3/24/23, but I did not receive the item, which was confirmed by our security camera. I contacted UPS to investigate the tracking details, and it seems the address and recipient may be false. The package was supposedly addressed to Matt Lopez in Davenport, Iowa, originating from Amazon.com and Beloit, WI. I attempted to cancel the order as advised and was instructed to file a "did not receive" request, which I cannot locate now. I've been informed to await more information for the next 4 days. As a loyal eBay customer, I am baffled by this situation involving the order and the pending refund. I seek clarity and resolution, and I also suggest removing this seller from eBay due to apparent dishonesty. Your help is appreciated.

I recently bought a [redacted]-S Indian Head Penny BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) from suhoi17m. However, upon sending it for grading, I was informed that the coin was actually graded AU Details (Almost Uncirculated) and had been cleaned. This significantly reduces its value. Despite the seller's 14-day return policy, the grading process can take longer, leaving me in a difficult position. I paid $60.00, plus shipping, only to find out the coin did not match the seller's description.
I have reached out to the seller requesting a full refund, including the $60.00 grading fee, but I was met with resistance. Any assistance would be appreciated.

My friend doesn't have an account, and another friend who has control of his account is involved in a scam. If he contacts eBay using his account, the scammer will find out and interfere with the investigation. eBay sent an email to Jon Neimojuski stating they would transfer $[redacted] to his Flagstaff account the next day. However, Jon never received the funds, but eBay confirmed sending them. We need to determine which account at the Flagstaff bank eBay transferred the money to.

My account, under the name Tommie Cassel, has been suspended for over a year now due to a fake invoice concerning an item I sold but never received payment for. When reviewing our past communication, you'll find that several members of your customer service team acknowledged this mistake and rectified it. However, the following day, my account was restricted and suspended again repeatedly, causing me to lose out on income and creating unnecessary stress.

After payment was made, I realized the item needs to be picked up across the country, which I cannot do as I don't have a car. Despite having a strong track record as a seller with no prior violations and an "above average seller level," my account was suspended abruptly. I attempted to engage with eBay customer service, but only received automated responses, which were unhelpful in clarifying the situation or providing a resolution.
Furthermore, I was charged a shop subscription fee of £82.80 for a service I have been unable to utilize due to the account suspension. I purchased a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch at the beginning of January. Upon arrival, several issues were evident. The watch arrived damaged (the dial surrounding the date was loose inside the watch...), with a poor-quality plastic strap, and appears to be counterfeit as everything except the mechanism (which shows severe signs of oxidation and does not function correctly, even when placed in an automatic watch winder, the time drifts and the watch doesn't hold a charge) has been redone and is not original Jaeger-LeCoultre! This was not disclosed in the listing... it is not acceptable from a commercial standpoint... it is imperative that any restoration and malfunctioning original mechanism are clearly stated in the listing for buyers! I cannot return the item as I have already incurred significant costs to address the various issues with the watch.. Initially, I planned to repair the frame, and during this initial repair, my watchmaker discovered the other issues mentioned.. I have not received any response from eBay so far and I would like to be refunded partially or in full for this purchase, considering the circumstances.. Since mid-February, PayPal has redirected me back to eBay, and the seller is requesting for me to return the watch, which I find unreasonable given the expenses incurred, as I had it fully restored at my own expense.

I'm frustrated with EBay's lack of understanding regarding the term "knee length." It's a subjective measurement that varies based on individuals' heights. Many shoppers, like myself, have to inquire about the actual length of garments because "knee length" is not descriptive enough. It would be beneficial if EBay required sellers to include specific measurements instead of vague terms like knee length, which can be misleading. I hope someone at EBay addresses this issue soon.
