Hello, I need some advice on the best course of action. I sold an item, and the buyer was late in making payment, so I had to open a case to receive it. After the buyer eventually paid for the item, I shipped it with tracking. A few days later, I found out that delivery was attempted but there was no response. I reached out to the buyer to inform them of the situation, but they claimed they rebooked for redelivery, which did not occur according to the tracking details. I provided evidence of the correct address and advised the buyer to pick it up at their local office before it gets sent back to me. However, now that the 18 days have elapsed, and there has been no movement in tracking, it seems likely the item is on its way back to me. I haven't heard from the buyer since. Regarding case #[redacted], I am supposed to receive a $10.00 credit from the seller due to the missing GoPro battery charger cable that was advertised in the listing. Originally, I ordered two items which included a GoPro camera and accessory, as well as the GoPro battery charger and cable. However, the battery charger and cable were not included in the shipment. I contacted the seller requesting the item by 7/10, as I was leaving for the Philippines on 7/11. When I received the charging unit without the cable, I informed the seller that it was too late to ship it and asked for the $10.00 credit or else I would return the charger. The seller agreed to issue the credit, but eBay customer service did not process it. Additionally, there was an issue with the seller not receiving messages from me because I was traveling to the Philippines, which he was aware of. Thank you, Jimmy.

I am sconroy2386 on eBay. On July 6th, I purchased a mailbox from user jdeuce222001 but have not received the item. Despite sending three emails, I have not heard back regarding shipment or a refund. I contacted eBay, and was informed the seller did not have a PayPal account set up to receive payment. After eBay sent a reminder, there has been no progress. I have been an eBay user for many years, but recently, I accidentally participated in an auction where the shipping cost was much higher than expected. The seller marked the item as an Unpaid Item, and I am now unable to resolve this with them. I believe the seller might have misled me about eBay automatically opening such cases. I kindly request not to receive an Unpaid Item note as this was a genuine mistake on my part. I will pay more attention in the future to prevent such errors from happening again. I used a coupon code, PRIMO119, last night. The coupon was supposed to deduct $25.00 from purchases over $[redacted].00, excluding shipping and taxes. I called customer service to confirm I could place multiple orders and was told by a representative that the items I bought would qualify for the discount. I am interested in purchasing a car, but I received this message from a seller. Can someone confirm if this is legitimate or a scam? The seller outlined the process as follows: I need to provide my full name, shipping address, and phone number to initiate the transaction. After that, eBay will contact me regarding payment and shipping. I would then make the payment to eBay, who would confirm it and instruct the seller to release the shipment. The seller has already paid for the delivery. Once I receive the car and necessary documents within 3 business days, I have 5 days to inspect it. If I'm satisfied, eBay will release the payment to the seller. If not, I can cancel the deal and get a refund. The seller assured that they will not receive any funds during the 5-day inspection period. eBay will hold the payment until I confirm my satisfaction with the car. It is not a blind purchase, and I have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before finalizing the deal.

I usually receive delivery notes from La Poste with instructions on where to collect my parcels, but this time, parcels were supposedly left with a non-existent concierge in a neighboring building. Interestingly, I was away during this time, and this has never happened to me before, especially considering my frequent eBay purchases.

I recently purchased an item from a seller, but it turned out to be incorrect. I requested a refund and return instructions.
