Every time I try to play my game, it freezes after about 5 minutes and won’t open again for a week. When I join the boat race, it freezes instantly and remains frozen until the boat race finishes a week later. My animals still move on the screen, but I can't interact with anything. This has happened for three weeks in a row. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game, as well as hard resetting my iPad, but the issue persists. I also missed out on the 10 free keys offered this week and other events due to these problems. When I deleted the game and reinstalled it, I received [redacted] free keys, but they weren't added to my total. This is frustrating; please assist.

Good morning, I apologize for not following the usual support channels through the icon on Farmville 2: Country Escape. I attempted to do so last night, but it did not submit. I am experiencing the same issue where I am unable to collect my inbox gifts and help my fellow farmers. Despite following your instructions to clear the cache, which initially worked for a week, it is no longer effective after multiple attempts. Moreover, while playing, the inbox pops up automatically with only three requests, whereas I receive about [redacted] at a time. Additionally, my inventory and general store disappear during gameplay, preventing me from accessing water, power, or any items. I am unable to make purchases from the general store as well. I used to play FarmVille 2 a year or two ago and decided to start fresh tonight on a new device with a new Apple ID. However, when I reached level 6, the game froze on Grandma’s Glade, prompting me to expand my farm even though I had already excavated it. Despite deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times, the issue persists and I am stuck on Grandma’s Glade. I am willing to start over from scratch if needed; I just want to be able to play the game without it freezing at this point.

Hello Zynga, Yesterday, my account was banned for transferring or playing on a team, which I did not do. I had [redacted] billion chips and logged out to play later. When I tried to log back in, I received a notification from Zynga stating that my account was hacked, and all my chips were gone. This came as a surprise to me. I contacted Zynga support and am waiting for a response to at least have my account opened. I have been playing Zynga for three years, never missing a day. I have played [redacted],[redacted] hands. Please check my playing history to see if any transfers were made, which I assure you did not happen. I have never engaged in offensive chats or used inappropriate images. I have a comment to share. I am displeased with the extensive announcements of achievements during gameplay. I come to the platform to play without constant interruptions displaying my progress in the ongoing event. I can assure you that I am not concerned about completing a specific word in the event. I prefer uninterrupted gameplay when focusing on playing against my opponent. Additionally, the rewards offered do not align with my preferences; I would suggest incorporating swaps or coins to enhance our interest and satisfaction.

I recently received a 5-day chat ban on Spades Plus for what I believe was a misunderstanding in chat. This has happened before, and I was previously banned for 3 days for a similar situation. I find this treatment unfair and unjust, especially considering that I have made purchases within the game. I am disappointed by this experience and may consider not using the site anymore if this issue is not addressed. I do not believe I said anything deserving of a ban, and I would appreciate clarification on what led to this action. I have been playing Gin Rummy by Zynga, and this isn't my first issue with being cheated by your company. I am prepared to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Connecticut. Yesterday, your game shut down on me several times, especially when I was very close to winning a large pot of over $[redacted] million. This money was stolen from my account! Whenever the game recovered, it was my money that was missing. I would like to resolve this matter without involving the gaming commissioner and the Attorney General, but I will not stop until my account is restored to the correct balance. Please review every move I made as I believe I was cheated, and I demand my money to be refunded to my account. If there are too many complaints from Connecticut, you may face restrictions on your app. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and for doing the right thing.

I recently rejoined WWF after taking a break, only to find that the new add-ons and pop-ups in the game have increased, making the experience more distracting and less enjoyable. Despite trying to ignore them, the excessive childish features add nothing to the game's essence. In the past, I was informed that there was no option to disable these features. I recommend that WWF conducts a player poll to gauge the community's opinion on these additions. If most players appreciate them, they can stay, but those who dislike them should have the choice to opt-out. These pop-ups have detracted from the intellectual enjoyment of playing Scrabble with friends. The core game is strong on its own and does not need frivolous distractions. I hope for a meaningful response to address this issue rather than generic reassurances.

Hello, I recently received an email confirming that Young America LLC has awarded me $9.01 USD as the winner of Words With Friends Live! This amount was supposed to be deposited into my PayPal account; however, I encountered an issue when trying to claim the money due to my email not being validated. After contacting PayPal, I was informed that the funds had been returned to Young America LLC and that I needed to reach out to request for the money to be resent to my PayPal account. In June, I encountered an issue with my Merge Dragons! game when trying to save and retrieve from the cloud. Despite being able to enter the game, I could not access my camp. After contacting customer support, they advised me to create a new camp, provide screenshots of prior purchases, and assured they would restore them to the new camp. I complied with their request. However, since June 20, I have not received any further response from customer support. Despite sending all requested screenshots and multiple follow-up messages in the last month, they have ceased communication. While I managed to create a new functioning camp, I am missing numerous irreplaceable items accumulated over a year and a half in the old camp. I simply wish for customer support to honor their commitment to restoring my purchases as promised. I possess screenshots documenting the entire dialogue with them and remain willing to provide any additional information that may be required.

I was suspended from my Zynga Poker account on 07/26/[redacted] at 9:00 A.M. (GMT +8) for having [redacted] billion chips. It was difficult to earn them, so I'm very upset about this unfair treatment. I would have confessed if I did something wrong. My last game was at a 100m table around 3:00 A.M. before I went to sleep. When I woke up, my account was suspended for no reason, causing me distress. I hope for a prompt response and a resolution to return my chips and reactivate my account. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue with the "Oops, something went wrong" messages on Practice games which have disabled this feature. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this problem without losing any historical data. Even after reinstalling Words with Friends multiple times, the aforementioned issue persists. I recently bought chips from Zynga and had multiple winning streaks accumulating over 1.8 trillion chips. While playing against a few opponents, Zynga claimed to be transferring chips but then deducted 1.8T chips from my account. After giving me 1M chips to keep playing, I purchased an additional 55B chips and quickly reached over 1.2T chips again. However, Zynga repeated the same action without showing any proof of wrongdoing. They seem to let players win until they have amassed a significant amount of chips, then accuse them of violating terms of service and confiscate all the chips. Even though they provide 1M chips to continue playing, it is concerning. Zynga's practices raise questions about fair play and transparency. I advise caution when purchasing chips from Zynga and suggest exploring other avenues to enjoy the game without investing money upfront.

I am facing an issue where I am not receiving the correct credit for the high-scoring words I make in the game. Despite creating words worth 30 points, I only receive one point instead of the expected seven points. I recently purchased coins hoping to resolve this problem. Furthermore, I attempted to earn more coins by watching a video, but this feature is also malfunctioning. In the past, I would receive a message acknowledging the error and confirming that it would be rectified, but presently, I am not receiving any notifications about the issue. I have been scammed by Zynga for the second time. I downloaded The Wizard of Oz game via Google Play on my phone. I have spent money on the game, but that's not the issue. Last time, $[redacted].00 was stolen from my bank account. It took months for Zynga to respond, and my bank confirmed it was fraudulent.
