A few years back, you were kind and assisted me with an issue. Recently, I reached out to support about a new problem I'm facing. I might be too eager, but I hope you can help. Lately, I've been trying for 3 days to buy land expansion with coins on my 12 farms. Each time I click on the coin amount, it triggers a "Whoa Farmer" message and reloads the game. I fear if it's not fixed soon, the option might change, and I'll miss my chance to buy. Could you please look into this? I have been waiting for years for this opportunity to expand using coins.

I've been a player on CSR2 for 2 years and have reached out to support multiple times with no success. I've been banned for "RP hack" which I have never done. Despite providing evidence from my personal data report showing different IP addresses accessing my account when I was at home, support continues to accuse me of cheating. I've been trying to clear my name for over a month now. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to resolve this issue and request that the ban on my account be lifted. My resources have been depleted due to the ban, preventing me from earning rewards. I would appreciate compensation for my losses, which we can discuss further based on your response. Please consider lifting the ban on my account.

I am facing a couple of issues with my FV2 game that I really need assistance with. Firstly, I am unable to connect via Facebook because my farm is linked to an old account that I can no longer access. I have tried numerous times to disconnect it but have been unsuccessful. Secondly, I was inexplicably removed from my co-op, and despite all attempts to rejoin, it hasn't worked out. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including updating the game and restarting my device, but to no avail.

I am contacting you about User Identification Number [redacted]2. I recently received a message informing me of my account being banned. I would like to know the specific reason for this action and who is responsible for it. I believe I have not behaved differently from other players on Zynga. I am a peaceful player who does not cause any trouble. I had been active on Zynga earlier that day, and suddenly I received the ban notification. Many of my friends on Zynga rely on the platform for communication, and they will be concerned about my absence. Considering the behavior I've observed from other players who are still active, I am puzzled by my ban. Kindly reinstate my account and provide clarification on the reason behind the ban. I updated CSR2 to version 2.3.0 a month ago and was unfairly banned for allegedly hacking RP and in-game currency/items. Despite my consistent RP earnings and stable currency amount, I was accused without any evidence. I requested my personal data report and discovered multiple unauthorized logins from different cities on the day I was banned, proving my account was hacked. I have been unable to get through to the support team, and I am seeking assistance from a manager to rectify this situation.

I have been playing CSR2 for over 2 years. On 3/21/[redacted], I updated to version 2.3.0 after winning the Pista Spyder. However, upon reopening the game, I was surprised to find that I was banned. Support has accused me of hacking RP, currency, and in-game items, which I have never done. Despite reaching out for help, Support has not been able to assist me effectively. I have heard that managers can provide further assistance via email, and I am hoping to speak with one to prove my innocence. I have evidence of different IP addresses accessing my account from various locations, including on the day of the ban. I have been playing CSR2 for over 2 years. After updating to version 2.3.0, I was shocked to find out that my account had been banned. Unfortunately, the support team has not been helpful at all and has accused me of hacking without providing concrete evidence. I have proof of different IP addresses accessing my account, even when I was at home. I am innocent and would like to have my account unbanned. Hello, I have been playing this game for over five years and have purchased numerous chips from Zynga. My concern is that Zynga seems to be allowing bots to populate every room without taking any action. Despite reaching out to Zynga, along with over 20 friends who play, about this issue, they only respond with promises of a new upgrade to address the problem. If Zynga is aware of this serious issue, why are they not actively monitoring the rooms and banning these bots like they do with real players? Could it be that the bots are intentionally placed there to cheat genuine players out of their chips, prompting them to make additional purchases? This unfair gameplay has led me and my friends to seek a different poker application. It's unfortunate, but this will be the last time we reach out to Zynga. Thank you for your attention, and it's truly disappointing.

My time in the United States Marine Corps and the subsequent tinnitus I acquired in Afghanistan have made life challenging with constant ringing affecting my sleep, focus, and hearing. These difficulties sometimes lead me to be easily upset and say things I regret. I acknowledge that my prior actions were inappropriate and juvenile. While I do not seek to have any sanctions lifted, I simply wish to express my regret. This game serves as a valuable escape for me amid the challenges in my life. I have some suggestions that could potentially benefit everyone. Creating separate chatrooms for more relaxed conversations, such as "Alliance Recruitment & Mature Alliance Recruitment" and a mercenary chat room, may reduce unnecessary reporting and improve efficiency. Additionally, implementing a system where the reporting player cannot unblock the reported player and organizing a Titan tournament with various categories could be engaging for all players. These ideas aim to streamline the reporting process and enhance the gaming experience for everyone.

I recently invited a new player to join me on Words With Friends 2 through the link that promised a pink mystery box. Despite playing with this person for the past two days, the reward has not been delivered as advertised. I have invested in the no-ads feature and extra bonuses, but this issue persists. This is my third attempt to address this problem, and it is becoming quite frustrating.
Upon reviewing my concern, it seems I did not specify how to resolve it. I kindly request that the promised rewards for inviting a new player be granted promptly. It would also be greatly appreciated if some bonus coins could be added to make up for the inconvenience.

I recently switched from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 10. Unfortunately, my CSR2 account didn't transfer over to my new iPhone. I've been receiving automated responses from support and started a new account, but it got banned for no apparent reason. I've created another account and would like to provide the information for the account I want to recover and the account that got banned. The banned account is showing up as being on the Cloud. I'm hoping you can change the player ID number on the banned account to match the player ID number of my original account to restore access. Please avoid banning my original account, as I believe there must be a solution to fix this without starting over. I appreciate your assistance.

Greetings, I am an avid player of CSR2 with two accounts. I have been enjoying the game for about 3 years. However, last Wednesday morning, one of my accounts suddenly disappeared from my phone without a trace. I promptly reached out to customer support, and after several email exchanges, they mentioned they may have located my account but are requesting purchase receipts as proof of ownership. I explained that I did not make purchases on that account, yet they continue to ask for receipts. I have provided substantial details about my account, including the cars I had - [redacted] cars, several 4 & 5-star cars, Rocket Bunnies, and season prize cars. Despite my efforts, progress has been slow, and I fear my account may never be recovered. In the meantime, I have created a new account to assist my crew, although I hope to replace it with my missing account. I am unsure if my original account can be restored, but I have considered gifting the new account to my son. I am distraught over the loss, as I had dedicated almost [redacted] hours to it and had earned [redacted],[redacted],[redacted]. This situation has almost led me to give up on the game, but my love for it keeps me hopeful.

I have been experiencing issues with loading Farmville2 since Tuesday. Ever since I loaded launcher 2, the game jumps around, scrolls up on the screen, locks up, and I have to wait for it to unlock again. I contacted support, but they just sent me links to empty the cache and ensure I have the latest version of Chrome, which I already did. I have tried loading the game from Facebook, Firefox, and Internet Explorer, but it just keeps spinning and does not load. This is affecting my ability to send and receive items, as well as complete the quests. I hope this can be resolved quickly. Thank you for your help! I have been unable to load my FarmVille game since January. Despite sending multiple emails to Zynga, the issue remains unresolved. After asking to cancel my VIP subscription and requesting a refund for the months of inaccessibility, I have only received generic responses stating that they are working on it. I have attempted all suggested fixes without success. A friend was able to load their game on my computer without any issues, confirming the problem lies with my game rather than my computer. I recently bought [redacted] keys for my FarmVille 2 account but encountered an issue during the purchase process. After updating my payment information, the transaction appeared to be successful, but I never received the keys. I have been struggling with recovering my previous account for about five days now, and I am getting frustrated. I have made numerous attempts to regain access to my account, but every time the correct account is found, it is not transferred to me. Recently, I was given my cousin's account by mistake, and now he cannot access it. Despite two employees locating my correct account, they never follow through with transferring it back to me. This morning, an employee claimed to have transferred my account to my phone, but after following the steps provided, I still have my cousin's account. I am giving a 48-hour ultimatum to have my account restored or I will request a refund for all my purchases. I can provide receipts for verification purposes if needed. I have tried to resolve this on my own, but there have been consistent issues on your end that need to be addressed.

I recently acquired the water plot in my game, but encountered an issue where it required 5 keys to continue. I initially paid 5 keys thinking it was a one-time payment, leaving me with only 1 key. However, I later found out I needed 5 more keys for a mineral patch and was unable to obtain them due to having insufficient keys. I attempted to address the problem by restarting the game and reloading it multiple times over the course of a day, but the issue persisted. As a result, I missed out on the double fair points and keys for the 10-year anniversary, lost in the boat race, and likely lost my co-op. Furthermore, I used sand dollars to double ribbons and water, which adds to the frustration. I really enjoy playing this game and even borrowed a laptop for it, but the experience is not the same. I also encountered a problem with my monkey being frozen despite collecting [redacted] bananas that I cannot use. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you.
