Hello, I’m Joel Caldwell from Highland Springs, VA. I have been working on my house with Henrico County to raise its value after spending $30,[redacted] on improvements. The recent addition of a heated sunroom increased the square footage to [redacted] sq.ft. However, I noticed Zillow listed the property for less than expected at $[redacted],[redacted]. hen contacting Henrico County, they confirmed the value should be around $[redacted],[redacted]+ but couldn't control Zillow's estimates. I corrected the square footage on Zillow but the value dropped further to $[redacted],[redacted]+. The property description was also removed. With all the renovations, we believe the value should be over $[redacted],[redacted]. I may have made an error online. Any assistance in rectifying this and increasing the property's value would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. - Joel C.

Update/Revise Listing
Address:
[redacted] Village Round NW
Marietta, GA 30[redacted]
I previously added photos and details to my Zillow listing, clarifying that my home is not for sale. Despite this, I have faced unwelcome visits from strangers, including potential buyers and legal representatives. These encounters have become concerning and distressing.
I have tried to access my account to make changes, but I am unable to do so as my password is not accepted, and the promised email for resetting the password never arrives. I have also attempted to contact Zillow by phone, leaving messages at [redacted], with no response.
My simple request is to remove all content from the listing associated with my address. The current situation is causing me significant anxiety and fear. Please address this issue urgently as it has become distressing for me.
Thank you,
Tony W.

I found a home on your site and contacted the owner, we had a conversation, and things seemed to be going well. However, the owner mentioned that the current tenant would not move out until August 18th. Despite this, I agreed to put down some money to secure the home. I sent $[redacted] through PayPal as requested. The owner assured me the place was mine and we would sign a lease on the following Monday, the 8th. Suddenly, he is now contemplating renting to me and seems to be playing games. I asked for a refund of the $[redacted], but he claims I cannot get it back if I choose to opt-out. This was never discussed, and I just want my money back. His name is Mario G, and the property is located at [redacted] Winter Whitetail St, Las Vegas, NV. Please assist me promptly.

I'm feeling overwhelmed by recent attempts to purchase properties in Davis & Reedsville, WV. Firstly, a condo listed for 51k through Old Colony was initially active until I placed a bid, then Zillow indicated it was sold, making me question if my offer was presented. Secondly, a house listed for 36k, where I made an offer of 25k through recommended Real Estate Agent Brandon with JENKINS Realty from Reedsville, WV, showed as active but received no response after two emails, making me lose out on both properties. I then found out Blue Sky Realty Reedsville had listings with conflicting information on property status. Despite these challenges, I wanted to offer 25k on a property needing additional work to make it safe. Now, I seek clarification from Zillow's legal department before considering a formal complaint with the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. Can you provide details on the sale price and status of the property at [redacted] West St, Reedsville, WV, along with why my offer was overlooked? - James J. from St. Petersburg, FL.

I have spent the last two weeks looking at properties on Zillow and found two that caught my eye. I reached out to two different Realty Companies, but encountered some issues. The first property, a 1-bedroom condo in Davis, WV listed for 51k, was already sold when the realtor, Jennifer Romeo from Cannana Valley Realty, got back to me. Despite making an offer while the property was still active, she informed me it was sold due to high demand in the area. I faced similar problems with the second property in Preston County, recommended by Zillow. Despite contacting Agent Brandon W from JENKINS Reality, who had good ratings, he claimed my emails went to his junk mail and the property was already sold. Zillow's referrals led to disappointing outcomes. I have raised my concerns with them and await a thorough investigation into my experiences with these properties.
Sincerely,
J. J.

I have sent multiple email requests without receiving any help. As a landlord, I am unable to receive the VERIFY code needed to access my Zillow account. The contact number currently displayed, the last 4 digits being [redacted], might be incorrect as my home number is [redacted]. It is crucial for me to inform applicants that the desired apartment is no longer available. Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I listed my home today, September 1, [redacted], at [redacted] West 4th Street, Erie, PA [redacted]. I attempted to transfer photos from my previous home listing on Zillow but encountered issues due to my limited tech knowledge at 80 years old. Can you please assist me in transferring the original photos to my new listing at the same address? Additionally, I have observed that my home is not yet visible on Zillow. Is this typical? Thank you for your help. My name is Marjorie Rue.

I have been discussing a refinance with an agent who asked me questions but not the right ones before pulling my credit. Now, he says he can't assist me because I haven't been in business for 2 years. He should have asked me that initially. He provided a rate estimate based on my score, but now I have a pointless hard inquiry. I asked him about Zillow versus traditional banks, and he mentioned customer service. I feel let down. After saying I can't refinance, he stopped responding. Is this Zillow's idea of great customer service? I am upset with how this was handled. The least he or Zillow can do is remove the inquiry. I contacted the credit bureau, and they said you could remove it.

I own a property located at [redacted] E. Skyview Dr. in Prescott, Arizona. Previously, I could easily find it by searching on your website. However, it has now disappeared from the listings. Instead, when I perform a general search, it displays the address in Glendale, Arizona, which doesn't exist. This error in the city name is significantly impacting the property's value, especially as home prices in Prescott are rising. While the property still appears in general searches from your site, its value has dropped by $40,[redacted] compared to a few months ago. I kindly request a correction to this issue.

I recently made upgrades to my Zillow account's home page, showcasing multiple improvements I've made since purchasing. Initially valued at $[redacted],[redacted], the value now seems to be rapidly decreasing to $[redacted], $[redacted], and currently at $[redacted], significantly lower than comparable homes in the neighborhood. Concerned, as my house was typically valued higher than others in the cul-de-sac area, unlike the current drop. While other nearby homes are stable or rising, mine is drastically falling. Wondering if an automatic algorithm error is causing this decline. Could you please investigate this issue promptly and provide insight? Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to provide more details about my unique property for sale. The land is nearly 3 acres, and I have conducted soil testing and surveys to potentially split the lot. I invested over $5,[redacted] in the surveying process and will need an additional $1,[redacted] for the final step to customize the lot splitting based on potential buyers' preferences. I've also spent thousands on soil testing for a septic system. I have consulted with County officials to ensure all plans align with regulations.
The property is listed on Zillow for $[redacted],[redacted], but my hired appraiser values it at $[redacted],[redacted]. Given the scarcity of land in Green, my acreage offers unique possibilities such as creating a mother-in-law suite at the front and building a dream home at the back. The surrounding properties do not compare, as they are affected by a high-pressure gas pipeline, making my land a more valuable and desirable option.
I would appreciate if the listing could highlight the potential for a dream home and mother-in-law suite on this wooded lot, reflecting the appraised value. Could you also adjust the Zestimate to match the Realtor.com listing at $[redacted],[redacted]? Thank you for your assistance. If needed, please contact me at [redacted].

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with our loan process. Haley Stratton and Miles Farmer have been unhelpful and seem to be delaying our home loan approval at the last minute. Despite being told it would take 30 days initially in August, we have been facing obstacles since early September. Now, they are asking for access to our bank account, which is unacceptable as Meridian should be facilitating the transfer.
While we have been approved for the loan, they are refusing to release the funds for closing. I would appreciate assistance in resolving these issues. Otherwise, I will not be recommending Zillow to anyone. Feel free to contact me for more details if you can help with our transaction.
Best, Herb and Carol Younger

We reside in a quaint coastal town that has become highly desirable, partly due to its appeal and the presence of Hollywood celebrities like Steve Carell. I have been monitoring the value of our home on Zillow, which has been steadily increasing each month. Recently, it was listed at $1,[redacted],[redacted]. However, my broker informed me last week that Zillow had suddenly reduced the value by over $[redacted],[redacted]. This drastic drop seems inaccurate given the stable market conditions and the information provided by our broker, which includes comparable properties and a recent bank appraisal valuing our home at over $1 million with an estimated $[redacted] per square foot for our [redacted]-square-foot property. Please address this discrepancy promptly. Thank you.

I have submitted two emails through your support site over the past two weeks regarding the inaccurate estimate of my home. I recently purchased the property on July 1st for $[redacted],[redacted], after the builder had reduced the price from $[redacted],[redacted]. Upon moving in, I noticed that the square footage and the number of bathrooms listed on your site were incorrect. I provided the correct information ([redacted] sf and 3 full baths), which you updated. However, this resulted in a decrease in the Zestimate for my home from $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. Although you later adjusted it to $[redacted],[redacted], the value is still below the actual worth of $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted].
I feel frustrated as my concerns have been disregarded, despite your claim to consider homeowner feedback and recent sales. The incorrect pricing change appears unprofessional, and I would appreciate involving a supervisor to address this issue and explain why my communications have been overlooked. The property address is [redacted] Bunker Hill Drive, Burleson, TX [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am inquiring about a home listed for rent, but the description mentions the owner prefers a rent-to-own option. This arrangement suits us perfectly as we aim to improve our credit for a future purchase. I have attempted to contact the owner through Zillow's "ask a question" and "request a showing" features, but haven't received a response. Concerned about potential scams, I've had unfortunate experiences previously. The property is exclusively listed on Zillow, and I cannot find it elsewhere. The address is [redacted] Monroe Ave in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

I am experiencing issues with two listings for my property. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem, I have been unable to resolve the following:
1. The for-sale-by-owner listing created using my email ([redacted]) is not accessible with the password I provided (Heamoi5970). I have not received the email needed to reset the password, so I believe the best solution is to delete this duplicate listing.
2. After initially listing the property on Zillow on my own, I decided to engage a broker to list it on the MLS. This action resulted in a second listing. The property is contingent, and this status has been correctly indicated. However, I have been unsuccessful in deleting the duplicate listing that incorrectly shows the property as available when it is actually under contract. I request assistance to delete the duplicate listing while keeping the correct contingent one intact.

Our residence is located at [redacted] Nottingham Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana, and we have noticed an error in its valuation, currently listed at $[redacted],[redacted]. Considering the area's square footage cost of $[redacted] per square foot, the correct value should be $[redacted],[redacted]. Furthermore, we possess an additional lot suitable for a second home, warranting a higher appraisal. The outdated photograph from [redacted] fails to represent our property accurately, featuring a tree struck by lightning that was subsequently removed. Notably, our home is secured by a metal gate activated by an infrared system, complemented by a pool and well. This assessment is clearly flawed, and we urge for its prompt rectification. The photos have been forwarded to the provided email address for reference.

I listed my home for sale around 2 weeks ago. I have showings lined up, but a buyer informed me today that my listing on Zillow shows as "off market." This has caused me to relist my home, which can take up to 72 hours. I've been told by multiple real estate agents that my listing sometimes doesn't show, displays as "off market," or lacks photos. Initially, I thought they were trying to undermine Zillow to get my listing. Now, I'm unsure. I want to understand why my listing is labeled "Off Market" on Zillow and how to prevent this in the future. Zillow's generic responses have been frustrating, especially regarding my inability to input my phone number in the "Contact Seller" form. This hinders potential buyers from reaching out to me directly, leading them to agents and potential added costs. While Zillow earns from agent advertising, if intentional actions are taken to hinder FSBO listings, it is concerning. I seek clarification on why I can't include my phone number in the contact form.
