I have a property listed on Zillow located at [redacted] SE Apollo St. in Hobe Sound, FL, zip code [redacted]. My concern is with the zestimate provided for my house, as it seems to be significantly higher than other homes in the area. The properties being compared to mine have smaller lots, lack a pool, are older, and have less curb appeal. Our home, being just 3 years old, sits on one of the largest lots in the community with a double lot size, an 8-car driveway, a saltwater pool, and great curb appeal. The unique features and location of our home do not align with the comparables in our area. Please contact me at [redacted] to further discuss this matter.

Hello, I'm Vivien Forest, an agent with eXp Realty. Recently, my colleague Kelly Zhang requested my assistance in listing a rental property at [redacted] Lola Ave, Pasadena, CA [redacted] due to her current family commitments. Despite being new to setting up a Zillow agent account, I created a new account on 6/1/[redacted] and posted the rental listing. However, when I attempted to claim the property on Zillow, my account got disabled. Zillow is requesting deed and utility information, which I was unaware of needing. Now, the property owner is unhappy with the situation and wants Kelly to handle the listing. I am concerned about how this will impact my Zillow account. Could someone please clarify this process for me? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am Ms. Clark, the sole owner of the property at [redacted] Winterfield Drive in Raeford, NC, [redacted]. I have received unsolicited offers for my home and noticed that my email address is being used on Zillow. I will be reaching out to the NC realty commission to address this issue with real estate agents. Additionally, I plan to seek guidance from the NC Attorney General Consumer Department and Hoke County public records. I respectfully request that you remove my property from your Zillow listings as I do not have an account with your platform. If there is an existing listing, it may be linked to the previous owner. Given my past experience with identity theft, I am cautious of potential scams involving unauthorized property sales. I have encountered mail issues and aim to prevent any further complications. I appreciate your prompt attention to removing any listings and personal information from your website. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Ms. Clark.

Good morning, I wanted to let you know that we are not builders; we bought this home from Vogt Builders. Even though we've only lived at [redacted] Creekside Drive, Waterloo, IL [redacted] for a short time, we have to relocate and sell it. The house was completed in February [redacted], and we moved in on April 9, [redacted]. We love the house and the area, but we need to move to Florida to the Treasure Coast area. We're trying to sell the house ourselves to save on costs and sell it quickly, so we can't afford a real estate agent. Please list our home so we can get it on the market. We won't be able to move and buy a new home until we sell this one. If you have any questions, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help. Regards, Gloria H.

I recently received a verification call from Zillow regarding my house listing. They mentioned a "typo" but were unable to specify it or provide the submission for me to correct. I was informed that I needed to create a new submission, which was frustrating as the process took over 5 hours and being visually impaired made it harder. It seems Zillow lacks policies under the ADA for such scenarios. Releasing the original submission with identified errors for editing would streamline the process. Zillow should address this issue to avoid penalties and ensure ADA compliance. I'm unsure whether to involve your legal team or contact the Assistant Attorney General for ADA matters. All I seek is the opportunity to rectify the clerical errors and resubmit my listing. Thank you. - Jim G.

My current Zillow account, [redacted], has been disabled. I would like to merge it with an old account under [redacted] Although the old account is inactive, I need it to be merged as both are linked to the same rental property at [redacted] Almanor Brentwood, CA. I have attempted to update the email on the old account to [redacted], but Zillow did not allow me to do so. It seems a manual change by someone at Zillow is necessary. Not being able to resolve this issue is preventing me from posting my rental property. Your assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Fran Wagstaff

I am having trouble accessing my business email associated with my MLS account. My original email with Zillow is [redacted], and my new email linked to my MLS is [redacted] I accidentally created a new Zillow account with my new email instead of linking the two. I attempted to link [redacted] to my old Zillow account but received an error stating it is already in use. I unintentionally deleted the business account and now cannot access my listing at [redacted] Brickell Ave. #[redacted] Miami, FL [redacted]. I am missing showing requests and inquiries and receive a message saying "your access has been disabled." I need help merging both email accounts or restoring the new one, [redacted] I require access to messages and notifications for my new listing and past listings. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I listed a house for sale on either July 1st or 2nd. A member of your verification team contacted me on July 4th to confirm they would recommend approving the post. However, as of July 9th, when I logged in to check, I noticed that all the photos and written information have disappeared from both the owner and public views. The house in question is located at [redacted] Bateman Blvd., Camden, South Carolina. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. Could you please confirm if the post was approved and explain why it is not visible? Do I need to resubmit the pictures and details and await approval again? Thank you.

I initially listed my townhouse in Ewa Beach for rent but have decided to sell it. Help U Sell has placed it on Zillow for sale. I am hoping to attract potential tenants in case it doesn't sell within two weeks. I also need the Help U Sell ad to remain active for the best chance of selling. I am transparent with potential tenants about the situation and the high rental demand in the area. They will also have the opportunity to rent the property I buy if the townhouse sells. Can you please consider allowing both rental and sales postings? The Help U Sell ad, which was removed, is crucial for the selling process. Zillow is an essential tool for me, and I have relied on it for many years. Thank you for your assistance. Nancy Cornett.

I recently updated details about our property at [redacted] McKenzie View Dr. Springfield, OR [redacted] on Zillow. While the uploaded photographs are visible, the site has not reflected the changes in information accurately. Zillow still shows the house as [redacted] square feet, when it is actually [redacted] square feet with a [redacted] square foot guest house. Additionally, the listing states 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, but the correct count is 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (6 full 3 half). The guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. I am seeking assistance in correcting this discrepancy to provide accurate information to viewers. The property is not for sale, but having the correct details is crucial for understanding its value.

Hello Zillow, I hope you're having a great Sunday! I've noticed a discrepancy when I searched for the address [redacted] Conant Road, Weston, MA on Zillow. It appears as a rental property instead of a home for sale. The property is actually listed both for sale and for rent, and the sellers wish to ensure that it's correctly displayed as for sale. MLS # [redacted]1 is active for this single-family detached home at [redacted] Conant Road, Weston, MA [redacted] in Middlesex County with a list price of $1,[redacted],[redacted]. Could you please look into this for me? Thank you, Peter

I enjoy browsing Zillow, but I've noticed a discrepancy in the treatment of Weston, Ct compared to Westport on the site. While there's no market temperature for Westport [redacted], Weston's [redacted] is labeled as a buyer's market. Over the past two months, numerous homes have sold in Weston due to the impact of Covid, yet Zillow is lagging in updating the recently sold homes. The Zestimates for our area seem low considering how close we are to Westport, shopping options, Compo Beach access with a permit, and boasting the number one school district in Fairfield County. Weston has considerable open space, and its beauty shines through. Addressing this disparity in treatment between Weston and Westport would greatly benefit those looking to buy homes. Weston is a hidden gem merely 15 minutes away from the NYC train. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to address an issue with the property listing for [redacted] S Franklin, Fort Bragg, CA [redacted]. The sellers brought to my attention that the property is categorized under Condos on your website, which is incorrect. This listing actually consists of 2 residential homes on a single lot, not a condo. The sellers are worried that potential buyers may overlook it in residential home searches for the area. I have verified with our MLS and there are no indications of any errors on our end regarding the listing type. I reassured the sellers and promised them I would reach out to have this error rectified. The property was previously listed 5 years ago, and there should be a past sales record available. The photos clearly depict that this is not a condo. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Cheryl Covington, Realtor at Gale Beauchamp Realty, [redacted] Cypress St. Fort Bragg, CA.

Hello, I would like to address that my current estimate is significantly lower than expected. Approximately three months ago, I refinanced my property for $[redacted],[redacted], which aligns with the recent sale of a larger home with a lanai across the street for $[redacted],[redacted]. My property stands out as it has been extensively renovated, and it sits on a rare third-acre lot in this area where lot size is crucial. The current estimate of $[redacted],[redacted] seems to only reflect the purchase price and general economic factors. I intend to sell the house in less than six months and such a low estimate could be detrimental. I'm willing to provide an updated appraisal if necessary, but please note it is a few months old already. I believe the estimated value on Zillow should be at least $[redacted],[redacted] by now. Thank you. - Lynne L. regarding 17 Blakeport Lane, Palm Coast, FL [redacted].

I previously had a property listed on Zillow at 0 Longstreet Road in Milton, GA since last year. A few months ago, I granted a realtor the Right to Show the property to a developer, but that contract expired some time ago. Last month, I attempted to re-list the 4.42 acres of land for $[redacted],[redacted]. However, after re-listing, someone has hacked into my listing and changed the price to over $4 million. When I tried to correct this, I received an alert stating that it was listed with an agent, which is not the case. Firstly, I need to regain control of my listing. Secondly, I intend to re-list the price at $[redacted],[redacted] without it indicating a substantial reduction from over $4 million. Lastly, is it possible to track who made these changes? I suspect there may be a software glitch contributing to this issue. Thank you, Brian B.

Hello, I decided to take down my listing after finding a serious prospect who will need a cosigner, which she already has. I am currently running a credit check on the cosigner through Experian. The reason I removed my listing was due to receiving numerous tour requests. I wanted to avoid continually informing interested parties that the apartment, although still available, was no longer on the market. Unfortunately, I was not aware that disabling the listing would affect paperwork features. This has caused an issue for a prospective roommate who couldn't submit her application since she was traveling. Now she is unable to do so because the listing has been removed. I am seeking a way to re-enable the e-paperwork functionality without reactivating the listing. My intention is to proceed with the application process and finalize the contract with all parties involved. Can I send a contract to an additional tenant who had not applied before I took the listing down? Thank you, Randal Miller

I previously had my property listed on Zillow without any issues at 0 Longstreet Road in Milton, GA. Months ago, I granted a realtor the Right to Show the property to a developer. That contract ended months ago. When I tried to re-list the 4.42 acres of land for $[redacted],[redacted] last month, I noticed that the price had been changed to over $4 million by someone else. I am unable to change it back due to an alert stating it is listed with an agent, which is incorrect. I am seeking to regain control of my listing, adjust the price back to $[redacted],[redacted] without showing a reduction from over $4 million, and potentially trace who altered the price. I've attempted to contact Zillow multiple times via text and calls without success. Thank you, Brian B. - Property Owner

Subject: Zestimate Inquiry for Property at [redacted] SW 11 Street, Miami, FL [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address the consistent changes in the Zestimate for my property. Whenever I adjust the price to remain competitive, the Zestimate is lowered further. I kindly request a reassessment of the Zestimate to accurately reflect my property, a 5/4 Premium Two Story Corner Lot with a lake view. I have observed the market trends in my area and found that similar properties have sold at higher prices within the past six months. Please consider these factors when updating the Zestimate. I am not comparing my property to townhouses priced in the $300K range, as mine is a premium single-family residence. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Sincerely, Maria T. Victorero Property Owner Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate [redacted] [redacted]

I have had issues with you in the past, and I am concerned about the financial impact of your inaccurate "Zestimates" on my property value. I plan to submit evidence to relevant authorities showing the inconsistencies in your valuation methods and the harm it has caused. I have screenshots to support my claims, which I will share with the US DOJ, SEC, and the Oregon Dept of Consumer Affairs to address your questionable practices. I have requested before for my property to be removed from your platform due to the flawed and inconsistent valuations. It is troubling that you often cite a lack of information for your mistakes while having more data for other properties. This situation warrants a thorough investigation. R M Clyne, [redacted] Fall Creek Drive, Oceanside Oregon [redacted].
