I am experiencing issues with my account. Although I canceled it in January, it shows as canceled on 2/22/[redacted], with a new account created on 3/10/[redacted] with inaccurate information. Despite providing evidence of the discrepancies, the charges are still being processed. I cannot locate this supposed new account on the website, as it lacks an account number and uses a non-functional email address. I have disputed these charges on my credit card and would like all relations to this false account terminated. A few years ago, I owned a YouTube channel that I dedicated a lot of time and effort to. Regrettably, my channel got terminated due to my actions. Contacting YouTube for help proved fruitless as I only received automated responses. The process felt like a loop of frustration, leaving me hopeless. Despite my appeals being dismissed, I am now seeking one last chance to restore my channel. I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely apologize. I hope to have a chance to explain my situation directly to someone at YouTube to find a resolution. I am committed to following the platform's guidelines and ask for the opportunity to cooperate in fixing the issue. I am eager for a chance to communicate with a real person and discuss my case. I have not violated any YouTube rules or guidelines. I received one warning for a fight video, which I immediately stopped posting. I am just 38 subscribers away from reaching [redacted]. I was shocked to find out my channel was deleted without any prior notice. It took me a long time to build that channel, and now everything is gone. I find it unfair and frustrating that my channel was taken down abruptly. It is disheartening to have to wait for two days to receive a response when I lost my channel this morning at 4:38 PM. My YouTube channel, "[redacted] VGT Live Gamer & Podcast Community," got deleted without any justification. I never violated any rules, except for one warning about a fight video, which I immediately stopped posting. I was just Thirty Eight subscribers away from reaching TWO THOUSAND. I have worked diligently to build this channel, and I sincerely don't understand why I wasn't given any prior warnings before its deletion. It has taken me a long time to reach this point, and now everything on that channel is gone. It's disheartening to have to wait two days for a response when my channel was taken abruptly at 4:38 pm today. This situation is truly unfair and distressing.

I didn't break any rules or guidelines on Youtube. I received a warning for a fight video, but haven't posted any since. Only 38 subscribers away from [redacted]. I recently received a notification that my monthly bill didn't go through. When I tried to renew it through my iPhone settings, I realized that only YouTube Music was renewed, not YouTube Red as I had before. The new price for YouTube Red is now $29.99 a month, which is much higher than what I have been paying as a long-time subscriber. I need assistance to cancel my YouTube Music membership, get a refund, and renew my YouTube Red account at the previous rate. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My account was suspended, and I'm unsure why. I have always shared my honest opinions about the game's characters and watched videos there. One day, I received an email stating my account was banned. Yesterday, I was shocked to find that YouTube had deleted my video overnight. The blank space left me frustrated and upset. I promptly re-uploaded the video, hoping it wouldn't face deletion again. It's essential for platforms to respect the content creators' work. If someone deleted your channel without reason, it wouldn't feel fair. I value the effort I put into creating my video, and having it removed without a valid explanation is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for 5 months, and my channel is still not activated. How many more days will it take? I am eager to have my channel back. I have always adhered to the community guidelines. The YouTube team messaged me that my channel (UCWQTLzD2xGVrF-Wz7Kwz-tQ) has been permanently removed, but I did not delete it. I either want my channel back or be able to create a new one with the same email. Unfortunately, the option to chat with the Google team has been removed from my email, leaving me unable to communicate with you. Despite asking for updates, the YouTube team only mentions that the internal team is investigating. I am eagerly awaiting the reactivation of my channel. It's been 5 months without any response from YouTube. Every time I try to open YouTube, this message about the suspension appears. This used to be my channel before it was suspended.

I am disappointed about the suspension of my account, as I have been creating content diligently following YouTube's rules and regulations. YouTube TV has been processing my subscription as an annual plan, charging my credit card $64.99 monthly, which was not intended. I initially signed up for a 14-day free trial. I followed the setup instructions with codes on my TV, computer, and phone, but then realized my trial was only for 2 days. Despite needing the TV, I continued and was asked for credit card information later. After providing this, I received another code, went back to the TV, and entered it. The screen then just said to enjoy watching Ytube TV, but nothing happened. When I checked the app on the TV, it mentioned one more step without specifying what it was, leaving me confused. I lack technical skills, so all of this has become quite frustrating. Please assist me, or I might have to cancel everything. Thank you.

I was hosting at my place, wanting to rent a movie on YouTube early on Sunday at 12:01 a.m. I was only given an option to subscribe to Showtime to watch the movie. I subscribed but was unable to watch the movie as it kept asking me to verify my age, which I tried multiple times unsuccessfully. We eventually gave up and went to bed. I checked my account that night and all day Sunday but did not see any charges, so I assumed the subscription didn't go through. Tonight, I returned home from work and found a Showtime subscription on my YouTube account, which seems to be active now. I immediately canceled it through the YouTube app and want to ensure that I was not charged or will not be charged in the future. Can you please confirm this for me? I also tried to find a 1-[redacted] number but couldn't locate one. I attempted a [redacted] number I found online, but it was not helpful. Thank you.

I was originally on a Family share plan with two TVs. Somehow I signed out of one of my sets and when I tried to sign back in, I couldn't access the share plan. Instead, I ended up creating a new account and now I'm receiving two separate bills. On 3/30, I was correctly charged $69.54 for my family share plan. However, on 4/24 and 4/30, I was charged $78.10 each time on a different credit card, which I believe is incorrect. I would like to return to my share plan with YouTube and receive a refund for the overcharges. I want only one credit card charge for one transaction. Throughout this confusion, I ended up creating about three Google accounts. Despite being 77 years old, I'm not very tech-savvy.

Hello, I am in the USA and have signed up for a YouTube Premium family subscription. However, I am unable to add my family members because I am the administrator, and I used a Canadian card for payment, even though we are all in the USA. When my family tries to accept the invitation, they receive an error due to us being in different countries. I am currently unable to add anyone to the subscription. I am wondering if there is a solution to this issue. Can my family join the group in a different way? Is it possible to receive a refund for the family subscription purchased an hour ago? If joining the family subscription is not possible, can I switch to an individual plan with a partial refund for the price difference? I am looking for ways to resolve this problem.
