Now that I want to log in, it says my account is locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts. Despite providing various details like an alternate email, subscription status, purchase history, and console ID, I received an email stating it's not enough to resolve the issue. I've had this account for about six years, and a lot of games, add-ons, and money are tied to it. If I can't regain access, how will I remove my card information? I forgot my account details after my Xbox broke. When I tried to sign back in, I'm unable to access my account due to lack of sufficient information to verify it. Although I still have access to my email, my phone number has changed. We've had this account for over five years, and I've been a loyal Xbox Live subscriber, consistently making payments. I recently renewed my subscription and now find myself locked out for four days. I'm concerned that my account may have been compromised. I encountered an issue with my Madden 22 account where my password was changed without my knowledge. Upon resetting it, I kept getting redirected to the same screen indicating someone was playing Fortnite, a game I no longer engage with. Since December 10, [redacted], over $[redacted] was charged to my account. To prevent further unauthorized purchases, I wish to update my email and password. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for all unauthorized transactions made by the unknown individual.

I need assistance canceling my Ultimate Pass subscription. Despite not showing an active subscription, my Chase card continues to be charged monthly. I followed cancellation instructions on 11/26/[redacted] from the Xbox Subscriptions Terms & Conditions, but new charges appeared on 12/13/[redacted] after removing my card from the site. I am considering reporting Microsoft as a fraudulent company and disputing future charges with my credit card company unless the subscription is canceled promptly. I'm from Grenada but work in Canada for 9 months each year. Upon returning recently, I discovered that someone has been using my card at the Microsoft Store and has taken $[redacted] USD from my account. The bank has informed me they cannot assist with this matter, and it's disheartening as I've worked diligently in Canada to accumulate those funds. This situation is utterly outrageous. My email linked to my Xbox Live account is no longer active. Despite paying for subscriptions and having game accounts connected, I cannot access my account as I am unable to log in or reset the password due to the inactive email. My son's Xbox account, Sharkbite12c, was created a few years ago using the email [redacted] Unfortunately, we no longer have access to this email. Yesterday, I purchased a 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription for $26.63 USD, then upgraded it to an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription for $16.23 USD. Soon after, I received a GameStop gift card worth $[redacted] USD. I decided to use it to buy a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription and sought to refund the previous subscriptions. While I successfully refunded the 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $16.23 USD, I encountered an issue with the 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription priced at $26.63 USD. Prior to making these transactions, I had a total of $98.78 USD, which decreased to $72.11 USD after the refund of the 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I am seeking assistance on how to either obtain a refund of $26.63 USD or acquire a new code for the 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Dear Xbox Support Team, I am reaching out to request a complimentary repair for my Xbox console. Unfortunately, the power supply is malfunctioning and the console is unresponsive. Even though the warranty recently expired just 5 days ago, I am hopeful that an exception can be made under the circumstances. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot using the resources on the Xbox website, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I strongly believe that the power supply is the cause, as the console was working fine before it suddenly stopped powering on. Over a year ago, I received an unexpected permanent ban on Xbox. Despite playing more frequently on my PC than on the Xbox, I never engaged in any misconduct or cheating. It was disheartening when they refused to provide a reason, simply mentioning they couldn't disclose details. This incident caused me to lose the $[redacted] I had saved for Black Friday, along with five years' worth of progress, games, and a recently purchased game pass subscription. The lack of transparency left me puzzled and disheartened, as I continue to wonder why the ban occurred and why no explanation was given. Despite hoping for a resolution, my faith in recovering my account is diminishing.

On 1/20/23, I was suspended for sending a message about a game in Rocket League. Despite my suspension, the user "e340#[redacted]" continued to message me, leading me to respond on 1/25/23, mentioning reporting them with screenshots. After using one inappropriate word, I was reported again and suspended. Your policy should consider both sides of the situation, especially when one party continues to harass during a suspension. The system should not favor the first reporter, and repeat reporters should face consequences as well. I have only messaged "e340#[redacted]," and I find this situation unfair. I am sharing my mother's email for legal support. Kindly address this issue promptly and provide written responses for legal purposes. Thank you for your attention.

Last night, there was unauthorized activity on my Cash App. Someone made multiple Xbox charges totaling over $[redacted], which is my social security money that I strictly keep untouched. I do not own an Xbox, and I have been trying to reach out for assistance through messages with no luck. Cash App advised me to contact you directly. I urgently need my money refunded. I always keep my cards secure unless needed and did not make these transactions. Due to having Covid, I was not able to use my card yesterday, and these Xbox charges are the only suspicious activity on my account. Please provide an email where I can send copies of the transactions for your review.

I purchased the Xbox Game Pass for console because it featured a particular game I was interested in playing. However, upon installing it, I discovered that the game is only available on the ultimate version. Good morning, I have an Xbox Live account that I've had for over 10 years. All my saved data and game progress are stored there. Occasionally, others play on my account when they visit. Recently, my account was unexpectedly blocked for "cursing," which I strongly disagree with. The alleged curse words weren't even used when my account was being harassed by four players. I object to losing access to all my accomplishments in gaming. Meanwhile, other players who have targeted my account are not being reprimanded. I am seeking assistance to address this issue.

I recently purchased the Xbox Game Pass (not Ultimate) to play Sea of Thieves online. I later upgraded to the Ultimate subscription assuming I would only be charged the difference, but that did not happen. After I refunded the Ultimate subscription, my PayPal account shows a refund of $19 (the price of Game Pass Ultimate), yet I have not received the $19 or the initial $13 for the regular Game Pass. I seem to have lost $19 and $13 without having access to any Game Pass. Additionally, my console still shows an option for a refund that did not process. This all occurred within an hour, allowing me to attempt the refund in time. I am puzzled as to why I was charged for two subscriptions instead of just upgrading.

Hello, I am writing as Uri Rovv ([redacted]), who uses the Xbox Gaming application. The issue is that even though I deactivated the recurring billing, I was still charged this month for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, valid from 04/11/[redacted] to 05/10/[redacted] (€12.99). I am unable to cancel the subscription now. As you can see in my history, I haven't played any games since 04/11/[redacted] on the cloud service. I encountered an issue accessing my account where I was prompted to create a new password due to unusual activity. However, upon entering my email and password, it showed a random Hotmail account for verification, which is not mine. I suspect unauthorized access to my account. The verification email that should have been sent to my personal email was not allowing the change. I proceeded to an account recovery page, provided various passwords, and even submitted my linked card, but was informed that the information provided was insufficient. I've had this account for over 5 years and losing it would mean losing access to many games and considerable time invested. Good evening, a few weeks ago, my Microsoft account was hacked by someone from Russia using phishing. The hacker changed both my login email address and my password, preventing me from accessing my account. Despite knowing the current email address linked to the account, I am unable to log in. Since my Xbox account is linked to the compromised Microsoft account, I have also lost access to it. On Sunday, 4/16/23, my account was hacked while gaming on my Xbox Series S. During a session, an unknown player intruded into a closed group and claimed to have control of my account. Subsequently, the associated email address [redacted] was altered to [redacted], and my password was changed, rendering me unable to access my account. Despite spending two hours on the phone on Monday, speaking with various representatives at [redacted], my account remains locked for 24 hours.
