I lost my phone and SIM two days ago and just purchased a new device yesterday. I obtained a new SIM card with the same number to ease the transition. However, since getting my new device (iPhone 15), I have not been receiving the WhatsApp verification code. We have attempted all troubleshooting steps, such as waiting 24 hours, trying the call/SMS request, waiting for the designated time in the app before requesting the code again. It has now been two days without receiving any codes. All other apps are functioning correctly on the new device except WhatsApp. Kindly investigate this issue promptly.

My WhatsApp account was banned on November 5th. I had created a community and added all my groups using the app. After being reported, I was banned. I am appealing for my account to be unbanned so I can reconnect with my customers and loved ones, as WhatsApp is my primary means of communication.
