I ordered from Boston Market on Uber Eats with the turkey and requested the gravy on the side, but the gravy covered everything, and the food looked mishandled. The vegetables seemed dropped, except for the mac and cheese. I contacted the store, they advised reaching out to Uber Eats for assistance. When I tried calling Uber Eats, there was no phone support. I have a photo of the issue and my order details. Can someone assist me, please?

I've encountered ongoing issues with my last six orders on my account, including missing items and a canceled order that was never delivered. Despite initiating a refund request, the funds have not reflected in my bank account as confirmed by the bank. I kindly request a detailed list of processed refunds along with their respective issuance dates. The most recent refund should be from Choublak restaurant totaling $18. Moreover, there was a separate incident with Dutch Pot where the order was canceled due to unavailability, yet I was still charged. I urge immediate clarification regarding these discrepancies. Having documentation of all refund requests and issuance dates is crucial for resolving this matter with my bank. Your swift attention to this is highly appreciated.

I recently placed a self-pickup order on UberEats, but unfortunately, the order had to be cancelled twice by the merchant. The order numbers involved were B7C89 and D753E. I then resorted to delivery and successfully placed another order with the number D13C3. Shortly after, I received a text notification stating that only one of the items I ordered was available in stock. Consequently, a new order (73EE7) was automatically created by the system, and it shows that the meal has been picked up for delivery. I encountered issues trying to cancel this order, which I used a 50% off coupon for. Despite purchasing multiple items with the coupon, I only received one item, and my coupon was no longer valid. This situation is disappointing, especially since items listed as available were actually out of stock. It is disheartening to experience this kind of problem with a well-known company like UberEats, and it leaves me confused and dissatisfied.

On February 1, [redacted], around 14:31, £15.80 was deducted from my bank account by Uber Eats London without my authorization. I have taken steps to freeze my account and request a replacement card due to this incident causing inconvenience. I live in Leeds and was in York at the time, making it impossible for me to have made this transaction. My account is personal and secure, leading me to suspect a security breach on my Uber Eats account. This unauthorized deduction has made me lose trust in the app's security, considering I solely use Uber Eats for food deliveries. I am disappointed and concerned about this breach and may have to delete the app and discontinue its services if the issue is not addressed promptly. I am frustrated with the service provided by your driver. I had to cancel my order shortly after placing it due to a location error, and even though I informed the driver the order was canceled, it was still delivered hours later. I received the food at Redbird Circle, the correct location near my home. I refuse to pay for the order twice as the mistake was on the driver's end. I have been unable to reach the store to resolve this, and I demand a credit for the duplicate charge. This is not the first time I have had issues with your service, as I previously paid for an order I never received. I am considering pursuing legal action if this matter is not addressed promptly. I purchased two drinks from Starbucks on Feb 6, [redacted]: - Peach Green Tea Lemonade & Iced Americano. One for my friend and one for me. I used the app to order as I was feeling unwell and needed a drink for my hangover, paying $20.43 with tips. When the delivery driver arrived, they only had one drink, claiming they dropped mine. I got a refund of $7.77 from UberEats. Having to go to Starbucks myself, I spent $12.66 on an iced americano that I could have bought for $3.xx there. I feel frustrated as it defeated the purpose of using the app to save time and energy if I had to go out anyway. I think a full refund, excluding the cost of the americano from Starbucks, is reasonable.

On Thursday, 10/02/[redacted], my daughter placed an order for takeaway from Mayflower Chinese Takeaway located at 37 Malvern Rd, West Hampstead, London, NW6 5PS, to be delivered to 47 Beaufort Court, 65 Maygrove Road, NW6 2DA. The order was placed over the phone at 9:30 p.m., with an estimated delivery time between 10:20 p.m. and 10:40 p.m. Unfortunately, the order never arrived, and upon contacting the takeaway, they informed us that it had been delivered and left in the communal area. The delivery driver had mistakenly left the food there, instead of delivering it to the specified apartment. Despite clear warnings against this type of delivery displayed at the building's entrance, the driver did not follow instructions. The situation has left my daughter out of pocket by £28.30, and we are disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by both the takeaway and the delivery driver. We have tried contacting the provided number, 01[redacted]57, without success. We are now seeking a full refund for the incomplete delivery.

My flat mate, who has COVID and hasn't eaten all day, needed food urgently. We ordered from Chicken Cottage via Uber Eats around 9:05, with an estimated 30-minute wait. After contacting the restaurant, they confirmed the food was sent out, but the app shows it as delivered, which is incorrect. We suspect the food was taken as the delivery driver didn't contact us. Living in a large student accommodation, it's challenging. To ensure we eat, we reordered the food. I'm upset and requesting a full refund. If this isn't resolved, I won't use this service again. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

Hello, I placed an order on February 12, [redacted], at 10:00 PM for food delivery in Berlin, Sewan Straße, from Sushi City on Frankfurter Allee. The total order amount was €9.89, and I added a tip of €0.99. The food was delivered around 10:23 PM. I initially paid with Paypal, but the driver requested cash upon delivery, so I paid €11 thinking the transaction hadn't gone through. Later, I realized the Paypal payment was successful. Despite reaching out to the restaurant and Uber Eats, no one is taking responsibility. This is my second negative experience with Uber Eats, and I demand a resolution. I utilized a 35% discount promotion received from Uber Eats and proceeded to place an order online. The checkout page confirmed the application of the discount (refer to screenshot), and I confirmed the order. Upon receiving the receipt, I noticed the 35% discount was not reflected in the final amount charged. To my surprise, after seeking clarification through customer support, I was informed that the promotion was invalid. Given that the discount was visibly applied during payment, I am perplexed by this discrepancy. I am reaching out regarding my recent order experience. I utilized the 40% discount on groceries and placed an order today through the Asda app. I was frustrated to find out that my order was canceled without any notification from Asda. Despite the money being pending in my account, the order was canceled at 2pm. I only discovered this when I checked the app later. No communication was received through call, text, or email. Additionally, the refund process will take 3-10 days. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering most of the items were meant for tonight's family dinner. I request a thorough investigation into this issue as I am dissatisfied with the inconvenience caused by this oversight.

This has happened to me four times now. The restaurant always blames the driver and vice versa. The logical solution would be for them to go back and get what was missing from the order. However, the driver claimed she didn't know the order. When I pointed out the drink on the receipt attached to the bag, the situation became more frustrating. I will be sharing my consistent negative experiences with UberEats with everyone I know. I don't plan to use their service again. Their customer service is extremely lacking, and it's surprising they are still operating. If another business comes along and manages to get this right, UberEats will face the same fate as Circuit City, Macy's, Bob's Big Burger, etc. It's time for someone to acknowledge and address these issues.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding order number 3AB6F. The total amount paid was 41.76 euros at McDonald's on February 14, [redacted], around 6 p.m. by Stacy B. I would like to file a complaint because when I contacted McDonald's at Le Pian Médoc, [redacted], they informed me to file a complaint with Uber Eats. The reasons for my complaint are as follows: - The proteins in the CBO, Royal Deluxe, and Chicken Bacon Wrap were overcooked and not hot. - The fries were hard, unsalted, bland, and overcooked. - The packaging for the Royal Deluxe was clearly neglected as my sandwich was squashed. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my meal that evening. It was so bland that I did not finish it. The only thing I enjoyed was the Coca-Cola. P.S.: The term "overcooked" means that the product or protein is no longer suitable for sale (the time between cooking and sale has exceeded 10 minutes) and should be replaced with a new protein or quality product.

On July 23, [redacted], an unauthorized order was placed on my account, amounting to £35.99. I was actually [redacted] miles away from the location where the purchase occurred, likely due to recently changing my handset. I promptly reported this incident to my bank, resulting in the initiation of a fraud case and the reimbursement of the £35.99. However, subsequent fraudulent activities have affected my Amazon account and other accounts. Despite my efforts to contact Uber multiple times to resolve this issue and explain my situation as a victim of crime, the £35.99 charge remains on my account. I have supporting evidence of being away on holiday [redacted] miles from the transaction location, as well as communication with both Uber and Lloyds Bank regarding this matter. My order arrived significantly late and was missing items. For instance, instead of a chicken legend, I received only bread, cheese, and lettuce. My friend's chicken nuggets had bites taken out, and fries were also missing. The coffee was half spilled and everything was cold. Despite providing Uber with multiple photos and contacting them several times, they repeatedly closed the chat and refused a refund. Their behavior does not align with their policy of providing refunds for incorrect or missing items. The customer service has been poor, and the situation is unacceptable. The order seems to have been tampered with by the delivery driver, raising health and safety concerns. I expect a full refund.

I placed an order at Penn Station on 02/10/[redacted] using one payment method. Despite this, I was informed that I needed to make another payment before placing my next order. Subsequently, a second payment was processed on a different credit card without my consent. Both payments of $61.82 each were taken, one from my Amex and the other from my PayPal. I require a refund for one of these transactions as I cannot afford to pay twice for one order. It is frustrating to have faced this ordeal, considering I only received one order, prompting me to lose trust in this service. I am visually impaired and rely on voice over technology. I recently used Covert Eats to order food while my boyfriend was at home. However, I encountered issues redeeming my first-time user coupon. When attempting to reorder with alcohol, my order was cancelled due to problems with the coupon again. I am disappointed with the experience so far.

My delivery from Enfield Charcoal Grill was scheduled for 7.30-7.50, but when I contacted the restaurant, they mentioned that they were short on drivers and couldn't provide an estimated delivery time. The staff member was unhelpful and even asked me to cancel the order myself so he could attend to other tasks.
