I received an Uber Eats Cash Voucher gift certificate on January 12th but cannot use it. I attempted to verify my account by submitting my ID multiple times, but I have reached the limit. I also added my Debit Card as a backup for verification, yet the system still prompts me to verify my account. I have been unable to place an order since the 12th, as every checkout attempt leads me back to verifying my account. It has been frustrating dealing with this issue for so long. I have tried calling multiple times but to no avail. Despite following the provided steps, the system keeps asking me to verify my account repeatedly.

I encountered two issues with my recent order from Fuji Sushi. Upon delivery, I discovered that they had substituted my Alaska Roll without notifying me beforehand. The replacement was significantly more expensive, and I have concerns regarding the ingredients due to my food allergies. The new roll seems to contain ingredients I cannot consume like gluten and certain sauces, which were not present in the original item I ordered. Additionally, the pricing discrepancy and removal of a promotion I used originally have resulted in a much higher total cost for my order. I wanted to touch base about my order with reference number B526B that I placed at 5:57 pm on the 1st. It took Uber Eats 1 hour and 42 minutes to inform me that they had canceled my order. This was quite frustrating, especially since my young children were eagerly waiting for the food. Due to our family testing positive for Covid-19, I couldn't retrieve the order myself. I suspect this may have been why the order was canceled, as I had requested contactless delivery in the app due to our situation. Additionally, I observed on the app that there were changes in drivers, and it mentioned that the last driver, Jose Filipe, returned our food to McDonald's at 59 Terminus Road, Arndale Centre, Eastbourne BN21 3NW, UK. I would greatly appreciate it if some form of compensation could be provided for the inconvenience and time wasted in trying to get the food delivered.

I wish to file a complaint regarding one of your drivers. I was disappointed by his dishonesty and actions. I messaged him indicating the entrance was on Union Road. Upon his arrival, I went to the balcony for a better view but did not spot him. After calling him, he mentioned being in a blue Golf on the main road. However, no blue Golf was present, as I am not aware of any Golf motorcycles. He agreed to come to Union Road, then abruptly ended the call and did not respond to my subsequent calls. I later saw a dark Golf parked with loud music playing, but I did not feel safe approaching it. Upon asking if that was him, he denied it, saying he was on a motorbike at Farnley House. Despite my attempts to reach him, he marked the delivery as completed, claiming he couldn't find the door but waited. This experience, coupled with previous issues from Uber Eats, prompts me to close my account unless this matter is investigated and settled adequately. I request a refund and formal investigation into this incident. Kindly provide guidance on closing my Uber Eats account permanently. I anticipate your complaints team's response. Thank you.

I signed up a couple of days ago, downloaded the app, added a credit card, and successfully made an order, which worked fine. The next day, I tried to place an order again, but it kept saying there was an issue with my payment method and to try another one. I attempted using a different card and even tried to pay with cash, but the same problem persisted, leading me to give up. On the third day, I tried once more, encountering the same problem. After numerous attempts, only a cash payment was accepted. I contacted my credit card company, and they confirmed there were no issues on their end. I am frustrated and urgently need this problem resolved. Despite multiple attempts to reach out by phone due to the app's limitations, I received no customer support. I am currently in Mexico, where everything is in Spanish, and I cannot switch it to English despite changing my settings.

I placed an order with McDonald's in Balham at 12:49, and over an hour later, it has not been assigned to a driver yet. The delay is concerning as the food could now be cold by the time it's delivered. I'm disappointed with the lack of assistance on the app for situations like this, and I had to get food elsewhere after waiting so long. Waiting for over an hour for fast food is unreasonable. I would like a refund promptly as I have no confidence that the order will be remade, especially with the delivery delay continually being extended. I'm upset about losing my money due to the failure in the delivery process. We submitted an order on Uber Eats. The driver contacted us, claiming he couldn't find our building, stating he was at [redacted] S. Hyde Park Blvd whilst we reside at [redacted] S. Hyde Park. We provided clear directions. After several attempts to buzz him in at our building with no success, where the driver insisted he was, we didn't find him when we went downstairs. Subsequent attempts to call the driver went unanswered, with messages indicating the call couldn't be accepted. Messaging the driver on the app resulted in the food being marked delivered. The restaurant was unable to assist, and when trying Uber Eats' customer service, calls were not being answered despite their 24-hour service claim. Refund request is pending, as the restaurant couldn't intervene.

I received a call from an Uber Eats driver instructing me to pick up my order. When I arrived downstairs, another individual in a red car was already taking a delivery and the driver was leaving. Subsequently, I encountered a different delivery driver and approached him, but he requested a name that wasn't mine. It seems someone else has mistakenly taken my order. I have repeatedly tried calling the restaurant's phone number for the past two hours, but it remains unanswered. Unfortunately, I am unable to communicate this issue to them directly. Despite the extended delay, my order still shows as "arriving" on the app, far beyond the expected delivery time.

I am seeking assistance regarding a peculiar issue I am facing with Uber. On January 12, [redacted], unauthorized activity occurred on Uber Eats under my name, although I never had the Uber Eats app.
Last night, on February 4, [redacted], I found myself stranded due to train cancellations and attempted to use Uber Rides. When I went to pay for a taxi on the Uber Rides app, the payment was applied to the previous fraudulent activity on Uber Eats. Despite not having the Uber Eats app, the payment transaction was labeled as such, causing confusion.
In an effort to resolve this, I downloaded the Uber Eats app as I've never had it before. I now find that I've unknowingly paid for an 'outstanding' order from my Uber Rides account, which was initially part of fraudulent activity. Despite my attempts to seek a refund, the response I received only states that I paid for an order from [redacted]. This fraudulent transaction occurred during lockdown while I was at home in Staffordshire, far from Dagenham.
I am unsure of the next steps to take in resolving this matter.

I had a terrible experience with the food delivery service. The delivery person was rude and just pushed the food towards my sister without even acknowledging her, causing almost all of it to fall on the porch. My 72-year-old mother couldn't eat her oysters as they were tough and dry. Additionally, my sister's order was incomplete, missing sauces and napkins. This was the worst experience ever. I will not be using Uber Eats or any other Uber service again.

I recently ordered 6 items from Mamak Asian Food in Orlando, Florida. The delivery was missing the 3 beers I had ordered. I contacted the restaurant, and the new staff member admitted to missing the beer order. They assured me they would contact Uber Eats to process a refund for the missing items on my credit card. However, I am concerned that this might slip through the cracks. I am eager to have the cost of the beers and associated tax credited back to my card promptly.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in blocking access to your app/website for my wife due to her struggles with alcoholism and bipolar disorder. She tends to order alcohol via Über Eats, which is a concern as she has made suicide attempts recently. I had an incident with one of your drivers who overtook me on the right around 12:30 on Schaufelbergerstrasse in the 30 km/h zone. It was so close he almost squeezed me. His backpack hit a parked car and also grazed mine (no damage). When I confronted him at the bus stop ahead, he told me nothing happened. I partnered my restaurant with Uber Eats and was offered a $[redacted] sign-up bonus, which was supposed to be received 30 days after starting with the service. However, it has been over two months now, and despite numerous calls, I keep getting case numbers with no resolution. I am seeking assistance as my card was used fraudulently. My Starling dispute number is #[redacted]3.
On January 28, [redacted], I used my card for shopping at Aldi, took an Uber home, and my cousin used Uber to the train station on the 29th. Over the weekend, I purchased 2 video games for my Nintendo switch at my partner's house. Upon returning home on January 30, [redacted], I discovered several unauthorized transactions when checking my account to pay rent to my mum.
I promptly contacted Starling to report the suspicious activity, and after some delay, they advised me to dispute the transactions directly with Uber Eats and Bolt.
I can confirm that I did not make these transactions and feel disappointed by the situation. The fraudulent transactions are marked in the colors green and black.
