1. I made an order on the app, but it didn't mention the BOGO deal, which I would have liked to take advantage of.
2. When I picked up my order, they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I expressed my disappointment, not in a rude way, but the staff member told me to calm down and insisted they gave me other cookies. I ended up throwing them away as I don't eat white chocolate or double chocolate cookies. It would have been better if they offered raspberry cookies or let me choose a different item. Last time this happened, I was given a choice over the phone. Being told to calm down was disrespectful considering the money I spent.

I visited Subway on North Ave in Sheboygan, WI today with a coupon for 2 subs for $12.99 from a mail flyer. Unfortunately, they refused to honor the coupon, stating they no longer accept paper coupons as of today. This policy apparently only applies to this location and another one in Sheboygan Falls, WI. I am disappointed and won't be returning to these two Subways. I'm not sure what can be done to resolve this. Perhaps offering a coupon for free sandwiches would help, but I'm concerned if I will encounter issues redeeming it. I hope this issue can be addressed. Thank you, Steve.

My experience was horrible! The manager was rude and rushed our food. Our sandwiches were made wrong because of her rush. Even though another lady was taking her time, the manager put other customers ahead of us. When I confronted her, she got ignorant and argued back childishly. After finding a hair in my food, we were both angry and threw it out. The service when I called about it was unprofessional, with the manager insisting I bring back the sandwich for a refund, even though we had already disposed of them due to the poor experience. I demand a full refund from Subway and this issue needs to be addressed promptly.

I placed an order through the app, but it got sent to a store in San Francisco even though I'm in Berkeley. I hadn't eaten all day, thinking I'd get paid, but found out it won't happen until tomorrow. My dad sent me $20 via PayPal, and I wanted to use a buy 1 get 1 free promo for a footlong, but the DoorDash delivery person couldn't find my address, insisting it was in San Francisco. I contacted DoorDash, and they promised a refund for a new order. However, the Subway store called me to confirm the same order, leading to even more confusion. I'm frustrated and hungry, feeling like I've been robbed of my money. I want an immediate refund because I should get what I paid for promptly, not after 5-7 business days. I've been trying to fix this situation for hours now at 9:15 pm and I'm still hungry. The mix-up is definitely not on my end, as I entered the correct details, and there is no [redacted] in San Francisco.

I placed an order using the app last night and even received a completion estimate. However, upon arriving at the Subway only a few minutes after the estimated time, the staff informed me that there was no order in the system. Despite using face-ID to verify my Apple Cash payment, the order did not appear in my recent orders, and the money was deducted from my account. This was for a $31.68 order. The employee at the [redacted] N Clark St. Subway location at 1 am offered no assistance and was rather rude when I tried to resolve the issue. This experience was disappointing, especially after a tiring day at work.

The supervisor on duty, Omar, behaved inappropriately by using pepper spray openly, causing distress to me and my friends. I've tried ordering 2 sandwiches through the app twice, and although the payment was taken from my card both times, the restaurant has not received the order. The app does not show any record of the order being placed. I keep receiving an error message prompting me to refresh the app or to reinstall it, which I have done, but the issue persists. As a result, we are currently waiting without any food.

I tried to redeem the buy one footlong get one free offer through the app, but the store I visited was not listed. The manager confirmed they were participating, but the deal didn't show up on the app. I ended up paying full price for four subs, despite the store honoring the offer. The manager couldn't override the app, even though the store was part of the promotion. I'm a frequent customer at Subway and felt let down by this experience.

I made an online order through the mobile app for 2 footlong monster subs and a 6-inch steak and cheese. Upon arriving to collect my order, I was informed that there was no steak available. I agreed to reorder, and when I inquired about the monster subs, the employee seemed confused. I showed her my order on my phone, which clearly displayed the correct items. Unfortunately, before I could cancel or resolve the issue, the screen refreshed, and I left without any food despite paying for three sandwiches.

Every time I visit the subway at [redacted] Mission Ave, it's a terrible experience. It's the worst place ever, and I keep going, hoping it will change, but it never does. The young employees there are not trained properly, and they are not friendly, nor do they say thank you. This store always makes sandwiches wrong and is always out of supplies. For instance, yesterday, I had to remind them of the items they forgot or didn't read to make my online order. Luckily, they were late in preparing the sandwich, so I could correct them. It's always been terrible at this store for over two years now. I keep going back, thinking it will change, but it never does.

I ordered two footlong sandwiches for delivery. I included special instructions to call me upon arrival since my house is off the road. Unfortunately, I never received a call and was later informed that my food had been delivered, even though I did not receive it. The delivery driver did not make contact, and I was unable to reach them. When I contacted Subway, they were unsure how to assist, so I am now looking for further assistance.

I recently visited Subway and ordered two double meat cold cut sandwiches. Unfortunately, I noticed that they didn't seem to have the correct amount of meat, despite me asking the staff about it. The lady continued to add three pieces of each meat variety without addressing my concerns. As a result, my sandwiches ended up having more lettuce and tomato than actual meat. This was disappointing, as I have never experienced such small portions of meat when ordering double meat sandwiches.

Hello, I would like some assistance with an issue I'm having with the company. I attended a selection process and was informed that I was selected to start working in September. However, I have yet to receive any response from the company even though I have obtained my health permit. I am announcing my resignation from the Subway troop at Ft. Gordon, GA. I was surprised to witness violence at the workplace, as I thought it was not tolerated. A colleague named Tiffany J. attempted to physically assault me, but the situation was diffused by the manager. Despite this, she remains employed, and I fear for another altercation. I have appreciated my job there, but as a senior and a veteran spouse, I am disheartened by the inaction of the manager and supervisor. The fact that Tiffany J. is being considered for a supervisory position concerns me greatly.

I placed a curb-side order on North Austin Avenue in Georgetown, Texas. After notifying the restaurant of my arrival and waiting for assistance, I ended up having to go inside because my order was not brought out. Unfortunately, when I collected my order and took it home, I realized my salad was incorrect. I received a salad with missing ingredients that were crucial for me due to my dietary needs. Additionally, there was a mishap with the bag during the handoff. As a person with Parkinson's, these mistakes were especially frustrating. I had a negative experience at Store [redacted] in LaGrange, KY on 9/8/23, around 8:15 pm. While ordering a sub, the new employee deliberately picked unripened tomatoes despite me requesting red ones. She repeatedly asked, "this one?" with nearly green tomatoes, enjoying my frustration. Her inappropriate behavior does not reflect well on your organization. I felt compelled to share this experience as the behavior was unacceptable. I recently made a purchase on the mobile app, and although the payment was processed, the order was abruptly cancelled without any explanation. The app stated that a refund will be issued within 7 days, starting from 9/1. I am Lindsey Russell, and the order number is ACEF23F1-08. The store is located at [redacted] NE 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK. Interestingly, the app's order history shows that the initial order was prepared, but it was not picked up. I had no trouble with a subsequent order from a different store, but the original order placed on 9/1 was never received by the store, not picked up, and no refund has been processed yet.

I encountered an upsetting situation at the store. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I had my registered service dog with me. Despite showing her the paperwork, she abruptly informed us that pets were not permitted and rudely asked us to leave, threatening to involve the police. When I requested the store's details and her identification or employee number to file a complaint, she callously refused and obstructed my attempt, eventually calling the police herself.
