When contacting the restaurant, I encountered more rudeness and a lack of willingness to address the issue. The quality of the food was also subpar. I feel the employee's behavior was inappropriate, and I strongly believe they should be reprimanded accordingly. I request a refund for the missing items and the unsatisfactory items received. This experience was distressing, especially for my representative, who was mistreated.

I recently won a $5.99 coupon from Subway in the Sky Sweepstakes. Unfortunately, when I tried to redeem it at a local Subway store, I was informed that it's only valid for online orders. My daughter recently went to Subway to pick up her sandwich that we had paid for through the DoorDash app. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and the staff accused her of stealing the sandwich. Normally, we always pay through the app, and this has never been an issue before. I contacted the store to clarify the situation, but the lady I spoke with was impolite when I requested more information. I placed two orders, each for two cookies, at the Subway location in Bunker Hill, IN at 6:05 under the name Porter. Unfortunately, when I tried to finalize the order, the app reset to the Peru location. I quickly tried to contact the Peru location to cancel the order, but I was unable to reach them despite multiple attempts. I am seeking a refund or the cookies themselves as this error was not caused by me, but rather a technical issue with the app changing my location unexpectedly.

Hello, my name is Dezmariah Vinson and I recently worked as the assistant manager at the Subway in Road Ranger in Dixon, Illinois. On Sunday night, I went in for my shift, then had the next day off. I received a text from my general manager asking if I was coming in on Monday, my day off, stating I was supposed to work at 2:30. However, I never received the revised schedule or was informed I was supposed to work. Despite explaining that only the paper for my weekly hours was available when I started my shift Sunday night, my manager insisted I was supposed to be there on Monday. As a result, she informed me that since I didn't come in, I am no longer employed.

Hello, I previously contacted you through this form but haven't received a response. A few months ago, my subway reward account was compromised, and I have not received any refund from either your company or the bank. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, leading me to avoid dining at your restaurants. The unauthorized charges have been made at various locations nationwide, including one in Canada, adding to my frustration. Resolving this issue has been a lengthy and arduous process.

Today, I went to Subway with my daughter to use a buy one, get one free coupon for two sandwiches. The employee initially refused to accept the coupon, but after showing him on the mobile app that it was valid, he reluctantly agreed, insisting I place the order through the app. I used a Visa gift card for payment, but despite being charged, the order did not register at the counter. The employee refused to make our sandwiches, citing the lack of order confirmation, despite my showing him the transaction on my phone. We placed a curbside order at the Subway on SR 46 just 5 minutes from our home. However, after waiting 20 minutes, we were told they did not have our order. Upon checking the order details, we realized the address provided was different from the actual location, leading to a 40-minute drive away. When we called the correct location, they confirmed a different address, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. We tried to cancel and reorder at the closer location, but were told it was not an option. The lack of clear directions added to the frustration, as we had to circle around the wrong location for 20 minutes. This ordeal was disappointing and a waste of time. The customer service at your stores varies. When I went to the [redacted] Marlboro Pike Capital Heights Maryland [redacted] location, they wouldn't accept my BMT coupon. However, my experience at [redacted] Silver Hill Road yesterday was smooth. The manager at [redacted] lacks customer service skills and might need to be replaced. Regular customers from the [redacted] location are now going to the Silver Hill Road and Alabama Ave Washington D.C. locations.

I recently visited a children's hospital in San Diego and stopped by Subway for sandwiches as usual. However, the staff mentioned that no water came through the little portal. After a couple of days, I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged twice for $31.84 by Subway. I recently made an online order for two sandwiches at the Subway in Coachella, California. Unfortunately, they did not prepare the sandwiches according to my preferences. Hello, I frequently travel for work and recently made an error by ordering subs from a location in Wyoming instead of Colorado where I am currently located. The cashier at Subway Bridgetowne, Rose Celino, was extremely rude. Throughout our order, she did not smile once. When I requested an additional 2 creamers for my coffee, she curtly stated they could only provide up to 3 creamers, which was fine. However, when I mentioned that the coffee was bitter, she repeated my statement sarcastically, saying, "Yes, it is bitter." Her attitude caused irritation among my friends too.

I recently visited a Subway location with a coupon, as indicated by a sign to show coupons when placing an order. I ordered two footlong subs, one on flatbread, for my boyfriend and stepdaughter through DoorDash. Unfortunately, my boyfriend became ill after eating his steak sub. I've spoken to both the store and DoorDash, who indicated that my refund should come from the store. They have initiated the refund process with a ticket, but I have not received my refund yet. I am eager to have this resolved today. The incident occurred at the Subway in Kingsport, Tennessee, located on East Stone Drive. I have visited the store two or three times already, and I have the receipt and an email from DoorDash for reference.

Hello, I am Dr. Rakesh Kumar from Karnal City, Haryana, India. I enjoy eating at Subway with my family. Yesterday, we visited the Subway located in 13 Sector Karnal and noticed three employees - one older and two younger ones. I am unsure if the younger employees are new, but they seem to be around 20 to 25 years old. Today, they are wearing green and blue t-shirts, and you can verify this on the camera footage. The employee in the blue t-shirt is polite, but the other two new employees have a bad attitude. I am concerned because Subway is a well-known brand, and their behavior is making the experience less pleasant. There are several complaints, but in essence, all employees should portray good behavior.

My recent visit to the Andover Ohio Subway was extremely disappointing. My boyfriend and I went for lunch at noon and were shocked by the messy mix-up on our receipt. I had ordered mayonnaise but got honey mustard, while my boyfriend requested honey mustard but received only mayonnaise. When we mentioned the error politely, the staff member blamed us, insisting we had ordered incorrectly despite the clear mistake on the receipt. We found the whole experience unpleasant and left to eat at a nearby park, only to discover hair in our food. This was undeniably our worst encounter with this fast-food chain. I am seeking a refund for the $20 we spent on two sandwiches, as we were unable to finish them due to the errors and hygiene concerns. I also suggest implementing a policy for all staff to wear hairnets to prevent such incidents in the future.

I was employed at a Subway store in Marion, Ohio located at [redacted] Main Street. I have concerns about how I was terminated from my job. On August 15, [redacted], after working a 12-hour shift, I received a text message informing me of my termination. Several issues have arisen from this situation. Firstly, my phone had no service, which the other store manager, district manager, and owner were aware of. Secondly, despite being fired at 8:24, I was allowed to continue working till close as the closer. I was even left alone for the last 2-3 hours after being terminated. Additionally, there were no comments made when the other manager left early while working with me earlier in the day. I have also been informed during an interview that I have been described as combative, mean, and rude, which has led to me being passed up for four job opportunities. It is frustrating to hear this feedback, especially when the work environment was made difficult by the other manager's actions, including influencing customers to provide negative feedback and not managing inventory effectively. I have been attempting to receive a refund for my Subway order that was incorrectly delivered to [redacted] Camelot Dr, Anderson, SC instead of my actual address at [redacted] Camelot Dr, Belton, SC [redacted] on August 20th. It has now been a month and despite multiple phone calls and assurances of a refund, I am still waiting.
