I am considering contacting an attorney about the situation. It's concerning when you try to prevent spreading illness and are met with dismissive behavior. Despite providing a doctor's note, the Subway policy was not followed as expected. The staff at this location were rude and unprofessional. This experience has made me apprehensive about dining there again. It's unsettling that the well-being of my son was not taken seriously, especially after the recent pandemic. I believe the manager should address these issues promptly before legal action is pursued.

I recently placed an order online requesting my sandwich with veggies to be toasted, unfortunately, it wasn't toasted as per my instructions. When I returned to Subway, the employee overlooked my instructions and attempted to reheat the untouched sandwich in the microwave, causing possible contamination. My manager, Judah, mentioned that he mailed me my check on May 30th, [redacted]. However, as of June 22nd, [redacted], I still haven't received it. Today, the sandwich I received had a strange refrigerator taste, indicating improper storage of the ingredients. The language barrier with the non-English-speaking staff member made it challenging to communicate my concerns effectively, resulting in a sandwich that did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I was unable to address this issue directly at the store due to the communication barrier.

I would like to file a complaint regarding one of your employees at Subway #[redacted]-0 in Panorama City. When I placed my order, the worker wearing a mask spoke to me, but I couldn't understand her. I politely asked her to remove her mask to help me understand her better while preparing my order. Another worker intervened rudely, stating they couldn't force her to remove the mask all day. I then asked for the customer service phone number, and the worker claimed they would call but seemed dismissive. The situation escalated, and the worker was continuously rude to me. If this behavior continues, Subway stands to lose customers due to poor treatment. It's important to address this employee's behavior promptly before more customers are affected. I visited your Subway on 3rd St in Bismarck, ND yesterday. The lettuce appeared red and unappetizing, and the spinach was wilted. Similar disappointing experience at the Mandan location. The service was poor, without a greeting. One of the cashiers had an infected finger with a brace over the glove. Additionally, I was charged for extra cheese but didn't receive it. I am surprised that these locations operate this way and plan to report the issues to both the FDA and OSHA.

I have been attempting to resolve my issue for four days now. Each time I contact Subway, I receive the same automated response from Chirag M Patel. This automated message does not address my problem and is quite frustrating. I spent $41 on three sandwiches that ended up being inedible. I am unsure if the issue occurred during delivery or at the store, but it resulted in damaged food. I am seeking a refund for the purchase. This experience has been the worst I have had with Subway, stemming from the poor customer service and the disappointing restaurant or delivery service. Customers should not have to endure such difficulties just to find a solution.

During my visit to the NDI Plaza store, I ordered a salad and a footlong. While eating, I discovered a hair in my salad. I informed the manager, Mandeep, and another staff member named Gurpreet. Initially, they acknowledged the issue, but later denied it and asked me to find the hair myself. I was disappointed by this experience at Subway. I also noticed that the staff were not using gloves, which I believe is essential for food handling. My invoice number is [redacted], placed at 23:04:34. The manager's behavior was inappropriate, as he claimed that it was his store and he could act as he pleased. This kind of response was unexpected from Subway. Overall, I am very displeased with the store, the manager, Mandeep, and Gurpreet.

I placed an order through the app, paid for it, and when I arrived at the store for my food, they couldn't locate my order. Even though Subway charged my card, they refused to give me the food or issue a refund. This situation is unacceptable. I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau to report this as fraudulent activity. I will also reach out to the authorities as this seems like theft of goods or services. I expect a prompt response regarding this troubling incident.

I recently reloaded my gift card with $10 before placing an order in the app. However, upon reviewing my bank transactions, I noticed I was charged twice for $10. I would like to request a refund for the unauthorized duplicate charge. The last 4 digits of the gift card in question are [redacted], and the debit card I used for the reload ends in [redacted]. Hello Subway Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to express my gratitude for the delicious sandwiches you provide. However, I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Subway outlet at the fuel station near Al Jaddaf in Dubai. During my visit with my family of four, consisting of my wife, two kids, and myself, we ordered 2 foot-long sandwiches. The staff member, identified as Narayan from Nepal, mistakenly punched in 4 sandwiches instead of 2. After a disagreement, we ended up paying for all 4 sandwiches. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue, his disrespectful attitude and lack of cooperation were disappointing. When we requested to speak with the manager, Narayan claimed he couldn't contact them due to insufficient balance on his phone. His response, stating "Subway can't afford it," was both unprofessional and disheartening. I wanted to share this experience with you in the hopes of improving the service quality at this location. I was recently terminated from the store at River Pointe in Sheridan, CO, after needing to leave for an emergency and returning within 9 minutes. Despite informing someone about the situation, I received a week-long suspension and was never scheduled to work again. I do not recommend working for Geoff, the store owner. The staff members are disrespectful towards each other, gossip behind their backs, and the manager dishonestly logs hours when not working. I raised these concerns with Geoff, but they were overlooked. I was not compensated for my time and am disheartened by the way this store is run.

I visited the Subway at a gas station in Delray, FL with a friend from an assisted living facility. I had a buy 1 get 1 free coupon on my phone. The lady at the counter insisted we use the app to order, which we did for 2 subs. Despite having some trouble, she did not offer assistance, and a man asked us to move. It was frustrating as we were hungry after my friend's fasting blood test. We had to leave without our food and return to the assisted living facility. There seems to be an issue with the employee training regarding the app.

On June 29th, I made an order at the Montpelier Ohio Subway for pickup at 5:15. As soon as I was leaving at 5:15, they called me to say they were out of chocolate chip cookies. The staff member who called was incredibly rude. She initially couldn't give me a timeline for the cookies. When she returned, she curtly mentioned it would take 45 minutes. Upon picking up my order, the girl didn't provide her name and practically threw my food at me. This isn't the first negative experience I've had. Previously, I found a long, black hair in my food. When I called to complain, I was promised a manager would contact me, but I never received a call. For a $35+ order, these continual issues are unacceptable. The behavior of the staff member was highly inappropriate, and it's not the first time she has mistreated customers. Being called a derogatory term when I drove away without my order is completely uncalled for.

I reside in Atlanta, GA on Roosevelt Highway, close to a Subway location. I have been a loyal customer of Subway for a while now. However, during my recent visit, I was informed that they have stopped accepting coupons. This news greatly disappointed me as I had been looking forward to enjoying a discounted meal, particularly the modified sub that I usually order. The ongoing hardships due to COVID-19 make this change even more frustrating for me and my community. Despite my love for Subway sandwiches, this decision has left me disheartened, and I have decided not to return to Subway as a result.

After speaking with my manager, who claimed not to handle the schedule, I reached out to a regional manager for clarification. I was informed that there have been complaints from coworkers, leading to my temporary absence from the schedule. I received coupons in the mail and tried to use them today. Unfortunately, two different locations refused to accept the coupons. At one place, they said the coupon was only for pork or veggie sandwiches. The other location would only honor the coupon for one sandwich out of the three I wanted to purchase. It is frustrating when coupons sent out are not honored as advertised. If the coupons won't be accepted as stated, it is best not to send them out at all.

I attempted to order the buy one, get one free footlong deal that was available for online orders only. Unfortunately, the app was not functioning properly. When I went to the store, the employees seemed unaware of the promotion and mentioned it was through a third-party app they couldn't control. Despite my intention to proceed with the order, they appeared disinterested and unhelpful, continuing with their tasks. I am a regular visitor to this store due to its proximity to my workplace and that of my colleagues. The dismissive and unfriendly behavior I encountered left me feeling disrespected. Given that they were aware of the app issue preventing me from accessing the deal, I believe they could have made an exception. Last night, I had a terrible experience at a Subway location. I arrived before 9:15 pm and though the store should have been open until 9:30 pm based on their online hours, the door was unlocked. The girl at the register rudely informed me they were closed despite the conflicting information online. It seemed like both employees were avoiding work before closing time. This behavior is unacceptable as it feels like false advertising to have incorrect hours listed online. Customers may travel far or be in a rush only to find the store closed early. The employees, who refused service during open hours, were unprofessional. I plan to escalate this to customer service as such service is unacceptable. The guy even locked the door at 9:25 pm while looking at me. I have photographic evidence that shows the store was open during this time. I demanded their names as I am serious about addressing this issue until resolved. The online hours need correction, and the staff spreading incorrect information must face consequences.

She provided alcohol to a 17-year-old assistant manager, which I witnessed when he loudly mentioned it in the store. Additionally, Savannah endangered employees by mishandling a loud pop machine labeled for carbon dioxide, instructed staff to fix it as inappropriately attempted before, and behaved rudely to customers, leading some to leave. As a 16-year-old with anxiety, Savannah made me work alone in the store, causing distress when encountering challenging situations like confrontational customers seeking refunds. Savannah's inadequate training extended to tasks like preparing tuna and closing procedures, where I struggled with cash register reconciliation due to a lack of proper guidance. These issues at Subway merit attention for the well-being of employees and customers.
