I recently visited Subway on Mike Padgett Highway and encountered a frustrating situation. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the staff assisted two ladies together, but then helped a man who arrived after me. Despite being next, they prioritized his order due to him being new and doing online orders. Another man who came in later was also served before us. The staff even knew his order before he placed it. This unfairness led us to leave and find food elsewhere. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced issues at this location. During my recent visit to Subway, I encountered a frustrating situation. I had completed my payment for my order when, unexpectedly, the employees canceled it without my consent. Despite my clear intentions, they seemed confused and unhelpful. This marks the second time I have faced this issue with two specific staff members. Their unprofessional and indifferent behavior is unacceptable. I request a refund for the order, along with a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. The employees' lack of care and negative attitude, particularly regarding honoring a promotional deal, is disappointing. It is essential for management to address these issues promptly.

I had a negative experience at the Elizabethville PA Subway. When I requested extra sweet onion Teriyaki sauce and a bit more mayo on my footlong, the young man working there refused my requests, was rude, and lacked customer service skills. Despite my online order for 2 subs, he denied me the condiment that typically comes with my sub. Throughout the interaction, he displayed an arrogant attitude, denied my requests, failed to cut the subs, and even touched my food inappropriately. This behavior is unacceptable when dealing with customers. I hope the store addresses this issue to prevent loss of business. I will not be returning to this location due to the extremely poor treatment I received from this particular employee.

I used the BOGO app for Subway, but upon arrival at the store, we were informed that they could not honor the BOGO deal because the app was not working there. There were nine of us, and unfortunately, we ended up having to pay for the free sub as well. They mentioned we needed a coupon for in-store purchases and that we could only get them through the mail. I believe some form of compensation is fair since it was not our fault that the app was down. Thank you for your attention. M. Byrd

I am seeking a refund for my recent experiences at the Belton location. The issues with my orders have been consistent, with errors on the receipts and receiving cold chicken. The manager's appearance is unkempt, and the staff failed to place my sandwiches on the pick-up shelf. I have lodged complaints via email multiple times without any response. I am frustrated with the lack of attention to detail and customer service at this Subway branch.

During my visit to Subway at [redacted] W Maple Rd, an employee threatened me with a gun after I politely asked her to change gloves and cut my footlong sandwich into two separate 6-inch portions. She was extremely rude and insisted that I not watch her make the sandwiches. I am shocked that an employee would have a gun in the store. As loyal customers of Subway, this experience has left us feeling terrified and hesitant to return to any Subway location. I have been attempting to contact Subway customer service since this morning, but have not received any response. This incident was very frightening, and I am seeking an urgent resolution to this matter.

I went to your restaurant at the Oldham Trading Estate on St. Albans Road. I ordered the Great Caesar sub, which is displayed on the board as a meal deal for £6.99. However, when I reached the counter, they charged me £7.19. I inquired about the price difference, and they mentioned it had increased, even though it is still advertised at £6.99. Furthermore, I found it rude that the staff starts speaking to each other in their own language while serving customers. It would be more appropriate if they waited until they had finished serving me before conversing with each other.

I visited the Subway on West Avenue in Blanco, San Antonio, Texas, and placed an order online. Unfortunately, they completely messed up my order. I had to return it, and they fixed it by angrily throwing the food in the trash before remaking it with a bad attitude. As a paying customer, I did not appreciate their behavior. Without us customers, they wouldn't have a job. If they had read the instructions attentively, they would have known how to make the order correctly, but they didn't. I am really upset and disappointed. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund.

I attempted to avail of Subway's recent BOGO offer expiring on 7/10. I tried on July 7th and again on the 10th, but couldn't access the website. I tried entering through the email link, other internet sites, and even asked my local Subway staff to order through their app without success. Despite others ordering online, I had to use a different coupon for two footlongs at $12.99. I regret getting tuna and meatball as I could have ordered them without the coupon. I feel Subway is purposefully creating issues with their online platform and would like to receive the BOGO offer at no cost.

On July 11, there was a promotion offering a free 6-inch sandwich from 10 am to 12 pm. I arrived at 11:50 am but reached the order station at 12:04 pm. I was informed that the promotion had ended at 12 pm, although the 4 customers ahead of me were still able to order past the deadline. I am disappointed by this inconsistency and wonder if there is any way I could still redeem the free sandwich.

I placed an order for two footlong sandwiches, but despite waiting for over an hour and a half, the order was not ready. This has happened before about two weeks ago with another order. I tried to explain to the owner, who operates the shop located in Walmart, that this had happened previously. Unfortunately, his response was quite rude. He mentioned that they only prioritize online orders if there are no other customers around and even suggested that I should not buy from there if I couldn't wait. Additionally, he made a disrespectful comment about my accent, suggesting I speak English because he couldn't understand me due to my Caribbean accent. It's disheartening that despite his own Latino accent, he displayed xenophobic and racist behavior towards me.

I frequently visit Subway three times a week, and I am facing issues with my Rewards card. Despite contacting Subway online, by phone at 1-[redacted] or 1-[redacted], and in-store, the card displays as invalid at the register and fails to add points. Last year, an agent assisted me in transferring points from my old card to a new one. However, recently my card has been consistently showing as invalid, denying me the ability to accrue points during my purchases. My attempts to seek assistance have been unfruitful. I am considering refraining from dining at Subway until this matter is resolved as the Rewards system appears unreliable. I am incredibly dissatisfied with this situation.

I own a GEICO agency located at [redacted] NE Glisan Street in Gresham, Oregon, zip code [redacted]. Our office is situated next to a Subway in a strip mall. The paper towel dispenser at the Subway is mounted on the wall shared with our office. The noise it generates when used, due to its manual push mechanism, is highly disruptive to my employees and annoys our customers. The loud bang from the dispenser occurs every time it is pushed, typically 4 to 5 times when an employee retrieves paper towels, causing constant interruptions. I have noticed that other Subway locations use electric dispensers which are less noisy. This disturbance is affecting our work environment and customer experience since we moved into the office in March [redacted]. I request assistance in resolving this issue as it is directly impacting our daily operations. Thank you.

Subject: Service Incident at Galloway Ohio Subway #[redacted]-0 Order ID: Q46529K6TLX72Q42 I recently contacted Subway regarding an incident at your establishment on July 5, [redacted]. Despite submitting an email, I have not received any follow-up or resolution to the issue. I expect acknowledgment that my concerns have been addressed and resolved. On July 5, [redacted], I ordered 3 foot-long subs, 2 of which were Turkey Breast. Each foot-long sub should contain 12 slices of turkey deli meat, but the worker only included 6 slices. When I raised this issue, he refused to rectify the mistake without an additional charge. Moreover, the worker was slow and made errors while preparing the sub, leading to delays. Other workers present did not intervene or assist, despite being idle. The overall lack of teamwork and professionalism was evident as the workers conversed instead of collaborating to serve customers promptly. By the time my order was ready, it had turned cold, despite my request for it to be toasted. During checkout, the lack of accountability and professionalism among the staff was disappointing. It was evident that the employees lacked proper training and adherence to quality standards. This experience was far below the usual service standards I have come to expect from Subway. I am extremely disappointed with the subpar service during my visit and the overall unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff.

I need a refund for the 2 dozen cookies I ordered but they were out of stock and unable to process the refund right away. They asked me to call back at 5 p.m. when the owner is in, but when I did, I was informed the owner wouldn't be available tonight. I suspect that the staff might be keeping the money instead of processing refunds. This has been a recurring issue at this location, and I'm not the only one facing problems. When communicating with the owner, they appear dismissive and unhelpful. All I want is to receive the cookies I ordered.

I visited Subway at [redacted] W Lake Mead in North Las Vegas, Nevada. I ordered 2 Italian BMT sandwiches with soda and chips. Unfortunately, the footlongs were not good this time. The vegetables were sparse, and I felt like they were being skimpy with the toppings. I asked for more but only received a small amount. I have been to other Subways and never had this issue. The footlongs are usually full and delicious, but this time I was disappointed. I spent $33, and I expected better quality. I am not satisfied with my food or the service I received. I hope we can find a solution to this problem.

My spouse and I purchased 3 sandwiches during your buy 2 get 1 free promotion. We collected the order around 6:30 p.m., well before closing time. Despite all the sandwiches being advertised with Italian herbs and cheese bread, they all arrived on plain bread. No explanation was provided, but it seemed that one of the employees may have been new. Surprisingly, I discovered the mistake only upon arriving home as no one informed me at the store. While it may seem trivial, when paying a premium for a sandwich, one expects to receive the quality bread that was promised.

I love the Sunbway Veggie Delite at Subway. I usually visit the outlet to choose the sandwich ingredients myself. The lettuce and onions in UAE are fresher compared to where I am currently in Chennai. I usually drive to the Kilpauk outlet daily by 6am for my Footlong sandwich with Chipotle and Honey Mustard sauce. However, my experience yesterday at 8am was disappointing. The lady at the outlet was not clean in handling the food, did not listen to my requests, and lacked attention to hygiene practices. I was dissatisfied with the service. I contacted the outlet Manager, Mr. Kesavan, who did not provide any assistance or apology. I visited the Anna Nagar Santhi Colony outlet, where the sandwich was priced higher at INR [redacted] compared to INR [redacted]. I am concerned about the price difference for the same item within the same region. Hygiene practices and employee training need improvement at the outlets.

On July 31st, I placed an online order at one of your stores, although I'm unsure of the store number at the moment. Doordash picked up my order, but unfortunately, it seems like they gave it to the wrong person as I never received my items. I spent $30.16 on this order. I have already contacted Doordash, and they mentioned they would try to get a refund from the restaurant. Today, on July 25th, I called the restaurant, and the individual I spoke with, who identified himself as the store manager, advised me to call a specific 1-[redacted] number for assistance. I tried calling the number but have been unable to reach anyone yet to request a refund. The store manager mentioned he couldn't process the refund directly. Order #: 3066D3D0-62 I placed an order on Subway.com for delivery after 4:06 PM, but it hasn't arrived by 4:50 PM. I tried contacting Subway customer support, but couldn't reach a person or leave a message. I now need to go to the store and reorder. I'm disappointed with this experience. If Subway can't find delivery drivers, they shouldn't offer the service and take customers' money.
