I'm currently at the local Subway in Bellmead, Waco, Texas. There are three employees working, but only one of them is actually assisting customers by making sandwiches. The other two employees seem to be unhelpful as they asked both me and another customer to wait for the sandwich maker. This resulted in a delay for some firefighters who were also waiting for their sandwiches. The service is slow, and it seems like the employees are not valuing their job or considering the needs of the customers.

I visited our local Subway after work to buy sandwiches for my family and me. I encountered an extremely rude employee who did not greet me or welcome me to Subway. Their behavior was unprofessional, with poor customer service. The employee interrupted my order, struggled to put on a glove, threw it in the air, and walked away. When I asked if they were having a bad day, they did not respond. After being uncooperative with my order, I decided not to purchase anything. As I was leaving, the employee mentioned that I could leave an online review, and then proceeded to make an inappropriate gesture with both hands. This behavior reflects poorly on your franchise.

Last night, my Subway order was mixed up. I ordered two footlong sandwiches at the Subway located at [redacted] Dixie Highway in Louisville. The tuna sandwich I ordered with spinach and onion ended up having extra mayonnaise and honey mustard that made it unpleasant. It was overloaded with condiments, hiding the tuna, and even included black olives which I don't like. Sadly, my son-in-law's sandwich was plain because they switched our orders despite me repeating them multiple times. Neither of us could eat the sandwiches due to the mix-up. I didn't notice the mistake until I got home as it was dark. I tried to return to Subway, but they were closed. I am hoping for compensation for the inconvenience we faced, either with a gift card or a refund for the $22 spent on inedible food. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Dwight P.

I had a disappointing experience at Subway today. I ordered two Combo 6-inch meals and a 12-inch sub. I made it clear to Amanda that I wanted the combo meals, but she was rude when I was choosing the toppings for my sandwiches. When I asked about the combo drinks and chips at the register, she pointed to a sign and said my order was not a combo. Despite explaining that the sign was misleading, she responded harshly and even suggested I leave if I didn't want the order. I paid and left, only to find out at home that my $28 order was all messed up. This experience was frustrating and disrespectful. Unfortunately, my family and friends will not be returning to Subway due to this incident.

The store's lead manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. During my visit, she placed 6 or 7 metal trays right next to my 3 subs while an employee was trying to fix my order. Unfortunately, one of the trays ended up on top of my sandwich. When I asked the employee to move it, the manager dismissed my concerns and remarked that it was the same tray the bread came off of. I expressed my discontent, but she continued to engage in a confrontational manner. This manager's behavior was unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of leadership and customer service skills.

I placed an online sandwich order with an added tip at the store located on Union Ave and California in Bakersfield, California. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was no record of my order, and I had to pay again at the store. $7.43 was deducted from my Chase account for an order that was never processed. I ended up paying $6.81 (minus the tip) for the meal on June 6th. This is the second email I am sending regarding this issue. If I request a refund from my bank, I will have to cancel my ATM card, which is inconvenient due to my bills set up for auto-pay. I kindly ask for a refund of the deducted amount.

I placed an order on the SUBWAY mobile app on 06/13/[redacted] at 5:19pm. The payment was deducted from my account, but the order did not appear in the app. When I visited the Subway Square One location and showed them the transaction details with the date and time, they were unable to assist me. They advised me to contact customer service as they could not resolve the issue. I have not received a refund or the order yet.

On June 3rd, while in Ocean City, I placed an order at the store on [redacted] Ocean Gateway with order number D4255E1D91 totaling $62.61. Subsequently, I contacted DoorDash to collect my order. I called Subway to request one of my subs untoasted but was informed they closed early due to the weather, even though they acknowledged the order. Despite the charge appearing on my account, when I raised the issue, they advised me to call back on Monday. I followed up as instructed, but they promised to have someone call me back. Sadly, I am still waiting for a refund. Each time I contact the store, they place me on hold indefinitely.

Good morning, my name is Danitra Infiesto. On 6/09/23, I placed an online order for $36.24 at 11:50 AM at store #[redacted]-0 in Phoenix, AZ. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email confirmation for my order. When my spouse went to pick up the order, he was informed that it was never received on their end, even though my debit card was charged. He had to place a new order for $35.38. Despite waiting a few days, the pending charge of $36.24 cleared from my account on 06/14/23, even though I never received the food and paid twice. I went into my usual subway spot, ready to line up for my order. An unfamiliar employee mentioned that the boys already seated were ahead of me. While I didn't mind waiting, I found it unnecessary for him to intervene rather than focus on making sandwiches. I expressed my thoughts in a quick call after leaving, but the reception wasn't pleasant. This experience has led me to seek a new spot for my takeout dinners. This incident occurred at the 11th Avenue and 7th Street branch in Rochester, MN. If customer retention matters to your establishment, it might be worth addressing this issue with the new employee. His demeanor on the phone only reinforced my decision to find a new go-to place for meals.

Hello, my name is I worked diligently at a Subway located on Billy Hext Rd in Odessa, Texas, suite [redacted]. I handled tasks like parking lot cleaning, window wiping, and trash cleanup that other employees didn't want to do. Unfortunately, in January [redacted], I was involved in a car accident on my way to work. I informed my manager, Raylene, about the incident. However, following this, a Subway on 8th Street pressed criminal trespassing charges against me due to an individual named Mrs. Alex in Odessa, Texas. I believe this situation has led to discrimination, and I am eager to continue working for Subway.

I have been a loyal customer for as long as the Sandwich Sweet Onion Teriyaki has been around. I used to visit Subway at least 2 to 3 times a week, especially when I had coupons. I am a big fan of your Sweet Onion sauce. The issue is your company started mixing the Sweet Onion sauce with Teriyaki sauce, and I'm sorry to say it's disappointing. I understand that Corporate may have been trying to cut costs, but I have completely stopped visiting Subway, and a couple of my kids have done the same. Please bring back the Sweet Onion sauce without mixing it. P.S. I also love coupons too!

Hello, I am curious as to why Subway is charging for ingredients that are already included in certain sandwich options. Recently, I used a coupon from my local circular and selected the number 20 sandwich from the menu. The coupon did not specify any exclusions, yet I was surprised when I was asked to pay extra for the bacon that is a standard ingredient in the Elite Chicken and Bacon Ranch sandwich. I believe this might not align with fair pricing practices, as this sandwich is supposed to come with bacon as part of its description. I appreciate Subway as a brand, but I am not comfortable with being charged additional fees for components that are already supposed to be included in the item as advertised.

Tonight, we ordered two footlong subs from the Subway app. I requested a Steak & Cheese on multigrain bread with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and black olives, not toasted. What I received was an Italian sub that was toasted, had minimal steak, and was filled with spinach, tomatoes, and jalapeños, along with provolone cheese. For my order, I asked for a Cold Cut Combo with lettuce, tomatoes, extra pickles, black olives, and jalapeños, topped with provolone cheese on non-toasted multi-grain bread. Instead, I received a flat sandwich with sparse meat and veggies, missing the jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. Paying $15.50 for these subpar sandwiches is disappointing, especially when the orders were incorrect. It seems the employees had trouble fulfilling our straightforward requests.

I have been a long-time customer at the store located at [redacted] Bonita Rd in Bonita, CA. Lately, I've noticed a decline in the store's stock levels and service quality. Today, when I requested a salad, the new employee seemed unaware that salads were available. Despite this, the employee tried to assist but had trouble locating basic items like bowls. The other staff member's response was to call the boss instead of checking the storage area. I believe the store could benefit from some improvements in inventory management and staff training. I aim to provide feedback as a fellow business owner, and unfortunately, I have decided not to continue shopping at this location due to consistent issues. I recently visited the Subway shop on Highway 65 South in Pine Bluff, AR, located in Love’s, on June 20th around 10:15 PM. While ordering my veggie delight sub sandwiches, the sandwich maker, a black lady, started giggling in an unsanitary manner that made me uncomfortable. She seemed to be behaving oddly, possibly under the influence of drugs. To prevent this in the future, a new rule could be implemented requiring employees to step back from the sandwich area when laughing or talking to avoid any potential contamination. Random drug testing may also help ensure food safety standards are met.

During my recent visit, I experienced a concerning incident with a staff member named Heather. Upon arrival, I found myself as the next customer to be served while Heather was assisting another guest at the register. Even though I was next in line, she proceeded to serve the other customer from start to finish, neglecting to acknowledge my presence. After handling money at the register, Heather attempted to take my order without washing her hands. When I politely requested her to do so, she displayed an unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. As more customers lined up behind me, another staff member joined to assist. Unfortunately, Heather's dismissive behavior towards her colleague was disappointing. This level of customer service is simply not acceptable.

I encountered issues with the rewards card not working and lost all my points during a recent visit to the Subway restaurant. I faced rudeness from an associate named Jyotika I, who dropped meat on my vegetarian sub and reacted poorly when I asked for it to be remade due to my dietary restrictions. She also imposed extra charges for a small amount of onions despite my past experiences of not being charged online. While trying to dine at the Duckworth Plaza store in Barrie, Ontario, I encountered an issue with bringing my dog inside to order a sub. Despite no visible "no dogs allowed" signage, I was denied service. The interaction was handled rudely, and I offered to wait outside, but this was still not permitted. Concerned as a dog owner, I explained the situation about leaving dogs in hot cars and the role of service animals. The staff member's statement that all people with dogs are prohibited from Subway seemed abrupt. I suggest additional training or posting a notice at this location. My son was employed at the Wildwood Subway. He had to call in sick due to vomiting and diarrhea. While he was at the doctor's, his boss called and fired him for calling in. He had informed his boss about being at the doctor, but no reason was given for his termination. He had not received any prior warnings and it was his first time calling in sick. Despite being told by the doctor to wait 24 hours before returning to work due to handling food and interacting with the public, he still expressed his intention to return. It is distressing that one has to fear losing their job when being unwell. What kind of company behaves this way?
