My Snapchat account was hacked, and now I am unable to access it as it has been permanently locked. Despite my efforts to contact Snapchat support through email and appeal the decision, I have only received automated responses. I have even tried to discuss a refund for the yearly subscription I paid for, but they have been unhelpful, claiming that my account was locked due to a violation of their terms of service. However, I was not even using my account at the time it was locked, leaving me frustrated and unable to regain access.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my locked account and would like assistance. I made a mistake when joking about my old medications and sharing a screenshot with friends, which led to the suspension. Despite what it may seem, I am not involved in drug-related activities; the image was forwarded to me by someone in a group chat. The tablets mentioned were prescribed by my doctor for personal use, as indicated in the screenshot where I mentioned taking them under medical advice.
