I am being harassed and blackmailed by someone named Carl Muguire. He got my home address from my Facebook and Snapchat accounts and is now using an email address with my name on it to threaten me. He has already received payment, but he continues asking for more money and items. He is contacting me from different phone numbers and emails, making it hard for me to report him. Despite my requests, he has not deleted my pictures and videos, and he is using them to harm and threaten me.

I am unable to access my Snapchat account because I no longer have the phone number associated with it for the verification code. Unfortunately, the app does not offer the option to send the code to my email address. I am also unable to locate my 6-digit backup code. I have many important photos saved on my account and would like to regain access to it. If the verification code could be sent to my email, I would be able to log in successfully. Currently, I am unable to make any changes to my account as I am locked out. I have been using this account since I was in 6th grade and it holds a lot of sentimental value to me. Yesterday morning, my Snapchat account was hacked, and just 20 minutes later, I received an email stating that my account was permanently deleted. I have been a loyal Snapchat user for over nine years, always respecting the company's terms and conditions. I would never jeopardize my account intentionally.
