Hello, I am reaching out to share my experience with applying for a provisional license for the first time in December [redacted]. Unfortunately, my application was rejected by Royal Mail due to an issue with my business address. Upon my second attempt after relocating, I mistakenly selected the 'change my address' option, not realizing the implication. Consequently, Royal Mail again declined my application, requesting my old license for address verification, which I never held. In my subsequent third application, I refrained from selecting the address change option and included all previous forms and documents, complying with the request. Regrettably, my application faced another setback for not providing an old license, which I do not possess as an international student. Before proceeding with a fourth application, I seek guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I need to make a complaint about the poor service regarding my item with number MA[redacted]96GB. Originally, I asked for it to be delivered to Toton Post Office because I wouldn't be home, but you attempted delivery to my house instead, even though I had asked for it to be sent to the post office. I correctly followed the instructions on the card and rescheduled the delivery for Friday, June 2nd, which was confirmed via email. However, I just got an email stating delivery was tried on the first. Today is not June 2nd as requested. Why is my package not being delivered according to my instructions?

I sent an international mail on 04.05.23, which is confirmed by UPU Global Track and Trace. However, as of 15.06.23, the mail has not arrived, and the status still shows it's on route with no updates from the UK. I've tried contacting Royal Mail multiple times with little success. The system recognized the reference number only twice out of around ten attempts. It was frustrating as one time it couldn't understand my response, and the other simply directed me back to the website, which is why I was calling in the first place. I am looking to speak with a representative or obtain a direct email address for further assistance.

I'm unable to find any post offices in the NG18 2RA area that provide "Click and Drop" services for purchasing postage and printing labels in-store with a QR code. The available option at these branches is "Drop and Go." I would like to know if there are any branches in the NG18 area that offer in-store label printing services. I'm interested in purchasing Royal Mail services through eBay and dropping off the items at a post office. If this service is not available, I may have to resort to using Everi, which offers a straightforward and convenient label printing process.

I submitted three older 1st class stamp books as requested for replacement with three new 1st class stamp books around two weeks ago. My name is Leslie Lewis of 7 Turnbull Avenue, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 2RJ. Can you please inform me about the status of my replacement stamp books? I mailed the books two weeks ago, and each book contained full sheets of red 1st class stamps (approximately 12 stamps or more in each book).

A packet was sent to Ireland from Camden Town post office NW1 on 5/6/23 with tracked delivery and insurance up to £50. Unfortunately, the item has not been delivered yet. The tracking number is LG[redacted]93GB, and it has been in transit since 01:27 on 28/6/23. There was some confusion regarding paperwork but it was completed at the post office and attached to the package. Despite being told it would be returned, it has not been. I have tried contacting them over the phone, but have had no luck getting any answers. I am concerned about the whereabouts of my package.

My passport was sent from Dublin by An Post on 17/06. Royal Mail now has it at Royal Mail LC, supposedly since last night, but An Post claims it was at Langley Heathrow several days ago. I'm anxious about when I can expect delivery since I have a Euro Shuttle booking next Tuesday, 11th July, and I require the passport for travel. I applied for the passport on 8/3/[redacted] originally and didn't anticipate a lengthy postal delay, but now it has become a pressing matter for me. Thank you. Tracking number LX[redacted]56IE.

Hello, I need some assistance. I am currently employed at a company in Reading. Last Tuesday, I sent out a letter using a signed-for stamp from our franking machine. At the time, I wasn't advised to keep a record of the stamp as the requirement for the old orange signed-for stickers had supposedly been removed. Unfortunately, the recipient has mentioned not receiving the letter. I would like to know if there is a way for me to track the letter now. Is it possible to obtain the stamp number from the franking machine to assist with this? Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding tracking number RR[redacted]05TR for my international parcel being handled by Royal Mail. The last update I received was on the 6-7th of July, and since then, I have not seen any further updates. Each time I check the tracking status, it indicates that the item is leaving the originating country and that more information will be available upon its arrival in the UK. I am eager to know the current location of my parcel and if it has reached the UK. Could you please provide me with an update on its status? Regarding Parcel TQ[redacted]20GB Hello, I received a photo from you showing the parcel on my doorstep. However, upon arriving home, I noticed that my back gate was open and the parcel was not there as shown in the picture. I am not filing a claim against you but rather against the sender. Can you provide more evidence? There was no calling card, so I am unsure if you took the parcel back with you or left it with a neighbor because it was definitely not at my home when I returned. I purchased a label for a small parcel with free pickup for £2.99. Unfortunately, I accidentally included a letter to the same recipient, stamped and addressed by me, as I am disabled and the postman usually assists me by mailing it. Despite the clear distinction between a regular envelope and a parcel, the postal service took the letter instead of the parcel. When attempting to contact them, I only reached an automated system that provided an incorrect reference number. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I decided to stop calling again.

On July 13th, I sent a recorded delivery containing thirty pounds to Rebecca Morrison at 1 Greenacres Court, Darnley, Glasgow G53 7BF. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt when I was hospitalized, and Rebecca did not receive the package. I contacted Customer Service to obtain the delivery office's phone number to check its status, but was told I needed the tracking number, which I didn't have. When I tried providing the recipient's information, the representative was unhelpful and refused to give out the office's address. As two vulnerable adults, how can we check if the letter is still at the delivery office?

I had a package shipped from the United States. According to Royal Mail Tracking, the package (Tracking Code WB[redacted]72GB) was delivered to HM Customs, Heathrow on July 3rd, [redacted], and remains there. I have received deliveries from the same company without any delays in the past. I've tried contacting Royal Mail multiple times, but the waiting times are between 12 and 45 minutes. I reached out to Customs Customer Service, who provided me with the telephone number for Heathrow Customs, but the line was inactive when I called. I would appreciate information on the status of this package.

I have encountered an issue with multiple orders that were dispatched on 21/07/23 but have not been delivered yet. Checking the tracking information shows the message: “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item,” indicating a lack of progress. One package was sent as Second Class Signed For, while the others were Second Class. It seems like a recurring problem in my household, with others experiencing undelivered items from Royal Mail. This situation has caused financial strain due to refunds being delayed for undelivered goods. I reside in the CT17 0SA area and suspect that there might be general delivery issues affecting multiple households in our vicinity.

Good afternoon, I sent some "old" first and second-class stamps worth £[redacted] to Royal Mail on 17th July [redacted], with a certificate of posting, under the "swap out" scheme. I was expecting to receive the new stamps with barcodes within around seven days. However, I have not received any "new" stamps yet. I mailed documents to County Court Money Claims PO Box [redacted] Salford N5 0BY via special delivery on August 2nd. Upon checking today, I was informed that the envelope has been returned to me with a photo that seems irrelevant. After speaking with an advisor, a complaint has been lodged under number1-[redacted]. The advisor mentioned that the address I used does not actually exist, despite my confirmation of its accuracy. This situation is frustrating as it contains crucial work related to a claims court case I need to pursue. At 75 years old, these mishaps are particularly bothersome to me.

I have a parcel from Shein on the way and need it today as I will be away for the rest of the week on holiday. It contains my holiday items, and I'm eager to receive it. In the past, my deliveries arrived early, so I hoped for the same this time. Although someone will be present to receive it, I personally need it. I would like to know the delivery schedule and when it will begin tomorrow since I require it by 9:00-9:30 am at the latest. Please make an effort to have it delivered as early as possible tomorrow (preferably by 9 or 10 am). Thank you.

I went to collect my parcel, but it was addressed with my 'pet name' instead of the name on my ID. Even after showing my ID and proof of address, they wouldn't release the package to me. I had scheduled a delivery for Saturday but missed it, so I redirected it to the Royal Mail at Rookery Road in Handsworth to ensure I wouldn't miss it again. I urgently need the clothing items inside for an upcoming funeral where the deceased will wear them. I cannot afford any further delays. Please, could you assist me in retrieving my parcel promptly?
