I've been eagerly waiting for my order today, and according to the tracking information, it was delivered at 12. However, I was at home and no delivery was made. The order is under the name Farcasiu Denisa and the address is Nordholter str 96, [redacted] Langen, Germany. Please reach out to the driver or the appropriate person to have my package redelivered promptly as I need it for work urgently. I am hopeful that this matter will be resolved swiftly. I placed an order for a pair of trainers over a month ago, and according to the tracking information, they were in Rochester rural address, but the driver attempted delivery without my notice. I was surprised to receive an email saying the product was being returned to the sender. After reaching out to the sender, they mentioned they would resend it. However, after 10-15 days, I got another email saying the package is back in Rochester rural address. The latest tracking information shows the time and date as 1-8-23, 11:51, with tracking number LV[redacted]1CN. I'm unsure when I will receive my order. Should I consider raising a dispute with my Visa regarding this issue?

I attempted to return an eBay parcel using the free collection service. Everything seemed to go well, and I received an email from Royal Mail for today's collection. However, the postman arrived without a printed label. I tried to rearrange the collection for tomorrow, but the process seemed the same, without an option to request a printed label. Can you clarify how to request a label to be printed by Royal Mail? It would be helpful to make this process more intuitive. I placed an order with Royal Mail for the "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm" service on 31 August [redacted] at 1:16 p.m. I was expecting my package to arrive by 1 September at 1 p.m. However, the package was only delivered on 4 September at 7:30 p.m. This delay was very disappointing as it did not meet the service commitment Royal Mail had promised. I chose this special courier service for its timeliness, as I had important timing requirements for the delivery. Due to the delay, not only was I unable to use my camera as planned, but I also missed out on some significant events. I am extremely dissatisfied with this entire situation and would like my refund application to be processed promptly. I am requesting a refund of the courier fee I paid since the service did not adhere to the promised delivery timeline.

I got a red notice from the post office stating they couldn't deliver an item and referred me to a website for assistance, which turned out to be non-functional. I then called the number provided on the red slip. Unfortunately, the automated system posed numerous inquiries and rejected the address I submitted verbally. After several failed attempts, I ended the call out of frustration as I couldn't make any progress. Their processes are ineffective, leaving me unable to retrieve my undelivered package.

I sent a small package to Liverpool, UK. The tracking consistently showed it at Liverpool Station, specifically South Station. I paid 45L in customs fees online. The recipient called the station before going, as they don't have a car. I've already spent over $[redacted] on international phone calls regarding this issue. Tracking number QJ[redacted]48GB is for the delivery to 57 Furze Hill House, BN31PU, for Russell S. The expected delivery was on Monday, but it was missed. A rearranged delivery to the Melville Road post office for the following day did not go as planned as delivery attempts were made to the home address instead. Visits to both the Hove delivery office and Melville Road post office did not locate the item. The re-arrangement for the post office was verified as correct. Despite expecting the delivery on Wednesday at the post office, there were still attempts made to the home address. Contacting customer services for assistance is the next step to resolve this issue.

I would like to express my appreciation for our local postman in London. He is always friendly, cheerful, and does an excellent job. He even knows the residents by name on his route. It brightens our day when he greets us, even outside of his usual delivery stops. The community recognizes how lucky we are to have him and I believe he deserves recognition from the Royal Mail for his positive and helpful attitude. I am looking for an email or address to send my commendation, but I have not been able to locate one.

On Monday, I arranged for a package to be picked up and signed for 1st class. The regular postman was not available, so the replacement did not sign the form, mentioning that I would receive a confirmation email instead. Thank you for your order. The payment of £3.10 to Royal Mail Group Ltd was made on Saturday, 30 September [redacted], at 10:24. The package was sent to The Natural Dispensary Ltd, and the tracking number is NZ[redacted]66GB. Unfortunately, I received an email later on Monday stating that the collection request was not fulfilled. The tracking information states that an update will be provided upon delivery attempt. I reside at 59 Beaumont House, Cliftonville, NN1 5FU. Currently, the buzzer is not functioning. Despite being at home, I have experienced more than 10 delayed deliveries spanning months, which is frustrating. I kindly request the postman to deliver the packages directly to my door rather than leaving collection cards in the postbox. This has become an ongoing issue and feels unfair. Reflecting on the last instance, I am concerned about the cost incurred in resending the package daily while I am physically present at home waiting for it. The buzzer's malfunction is leading to a situation where I receive collection cards every day. I urge for a note to be added to the system highlighting the buzzer issue and stating the delivery should be made directly to my address at number 59, instead of at the main door.

I scheduled a collection today but was informed that nobody was home. I had placed the parcel in my secure designated spot inside the porch. I rescheduled the collection for tomorrow morning. However, I received a delivery from Royal Mail today in the secure spot, and the parcel scheduled for collection tomorrow was not there. I am inquiring about the delivery address for the package I sent. The tracking number is JX[redacted]69GB. It was supposed to be delivered to H&T Group PLC at Times House, Throwley Way, Sutton, SM1 4AF. My customer claims they did not receive it even though the tracking shows it was delivered. I'm very disappointed with the delivery service from Manchester to Scottish Borders. The letter, which was supposed to arrive on the 20th of October, was only received today. This has caused me a lot of stress and worry, as the important details in the letter are now canceled. I cannot afford to wait another 15 days for redelivery. Additionally, Royal Mail has lost essential documents that I sent to Manchester.

I sold an item to a customer and shipped it using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service. The tracking information indicates that the package was delivered and signed for. However, the buyer has informed me that the signature on the tracking does not belong to them and that they did not receive the item. I ordered an international delivery and prepaid for it. I got a transaction confirmation but no payment confirmation from Royal Mail.
