What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?
If you're not home to receive your package, Royal Mail offers a few options to ensure successful delivery. The courier will attempt to deliver the item to a neighbor if available and can sign on your behalf. Alternatively, they may leave a "Something for you" card, allowing you to arrange a redelivery online or at your local delivery office. You can also request to have your package delivered to a different address within the same postcode area. In some cases, the item might be taken back to the delivery office for collection, and a "Something for you" card will be left. Royal Mail also provides various options for redirecting or collecting the item through their website or contacting their customer support.
